UpChuck Schmoozer just saw his past.. and future .. sail before his eye's yesterday..before he spoke, the stock market hit a new high.
---
81 to 18....Schumer just found out he's no longer relevant while Trump's in office. He just had to backtrack under pressure of other DIMocrats who realized they will already be having to explain why they voted against tax cuts in their next re-election campaign.
---
One of our BC members.. very astute in the world of political and government interactions, reminded me that the DIMocrats.. including areal Congressman Bishop, will technically approve "the Wall" ... but they will not approve appropriations for actually building it.. another typical "I was for before I was against it" move.
---
DIMocrat spinmeisters are really sweating bullets trying to defend the DIMocrat positions on tax cuts and DACA, and the shutdown.
---
Mainscream media must be deaf..during the press meeting with Governor Huckabee's daughter, they kept asking her where Trump has drawn his line in the sand on various issues. When will mainscream media realize that Trump does not negotiate with anyone by putting all..any of, his cards on the table until the betting is over.
---
Before we elect or re-elect any more Congresspeople, we should ask them if they are going to represent us and America's best interests, or theirs and their party's.
---
Thank goodness that Marco Rubio did not win the Republican nomination..he'd have been zapped by Hellary, but..for arguments sake, let's assume Rubio did win.. well, Rubio pretty much showed his wimpy butt on Fox yesterday by saying he feels a DACA (DIMocrats Aiding/Abetting Criminal Aliens) should be part of the concession to UpChuck Schmoozer.
---
After listening to Rubio promoting a DACA solution be included in getting DIMocrat support of the CR bill in the Senate, I'm putting Rubio in the same category of Juan Williams and Geraldo ... when Fox brings Rubio on. "Click" goes the channel changer.
---
No matter what disappointments we're hearing about former FBI/DOJ political appointees, I firmly believe the rank and file working to keep us safe are on our side.
---
Revealing the Strzok/Page e-mail exchange showed how intentional Comey's lies have been.. Comey said no one knew of his decision to not bring charges up on Hellary before he was then making the announcement..yet..and it's very obvious, that not only did Strzok and Page know before that, but Loretta Lynch KNEW before Bill Clinton went aboard her plane. This even adds new fuel as to what Lynch may have told Clinton, and what Clinton may have promised Lynch if Hellary won.

From the "natural disasters will be 'chicken feed' compared to this DIMocrat disaster" department - Online headline: "California Democrats want some businesses to fork over half tax-cut savings to state * Calling the Trump administration’s tax reform plan a “middle-class tax increase,” two California lawmakers introduced a bill that would force large companies to fork over half of their expected savings to the state. * Assemblymen Kevin McCarty and Phil Ting, both Democrats, introduced Assembly Constitutional Amendment 22, which calls for a 10 percent surcharge on companies with a net earnings over $1 million. The plan could potentially raise billions for the state's social services programs" -- If California citizens feel that fires and mudslides are their biggest problems, wait until corporations abandon California.. APPLE, alone, pulling out would create a "black hole" for California, and the rest of Silicon Valley would be nipping on APPLE's heels.. It would look like the second EXODUS.

WTVM 9 story: "The cities of Columbus and LaGrange both received recognition with the Live, Work, Play City award presented at this year’s Mayors’ Day conference in Atlanta. * Each of the nine cities awarded has fostered projects and initiatives resulting in increased civic involvement and improved quality of life for area residents and draws visitors. * Judges, including Georgia Power’s office of Community and Economic Impact, the Department of Community Affairs and the University of Georgia’s Carl Vinson Institute of Government, praised the cities for their success in job growth, housing offerings and recreational amenities * Other cities receiving the award include Chickamauga, Porterdale, Summerville, Cartersville, Decatur, Thomasville and Athens-Clarke County." -- I understand Lagrange being in this "mix".. Lagrange landed a Great Wolf Lodge franchise.. but Columbus? Population is stagnant, unemployment is higher, job growth is lower, and our sales taxes and property taxes are higher.. but what really gets me is that GA Power is one of he judges, and GA Power is one of many businesses that closed it's business here. Oh, and Macon, even though landing the new Amazon Fulfillment Center, didn't make this list.
---
Another WTVM 9 headline/story: "With just 3 students, small-town high school closing down" * ROCHESTER, Vt. (AP) - With just three students left attending high school here, junior Kimberly Taylor moves from one empty classroom to the next, taking mostly online classes or studying alone." -- Good grief... 3 students.. and the school is still open.. of course, that means there are probably more teachers, school administrators.. and school board members.. than students.
---
From the "Pee Wee Herman school of "I know you are, but what am I" department - Online headline/story: "CNN star Chris Cuomo belittles viewers over immigration concerns: ‘Who teaches you guys this tripe?’ * The social media thread started on Sunday when Cuomo wrote, “Honest question: how is wanting to help dreamers become citizens, being anti-American citizens?” A user responded, “When you put those who have entered the US illegally before US citizens. Remember that the government cannot give anything to someone that it hasn’t taken from another.” -- "who teaches you guys this tripe"? The real question is who did Cuomo learn HIS tripe from....
---
Online headline: "Ruth Bader Ginsburg shocks Sundance crowd with her own #MeToo story * Clutching a microphone between both hands, Ginsburg told NPR legal correspondent and longtime friend Nina Totenberg, who was leading the discussion, about an incident that allegedly occurred when she was a law student at Cornell University in the early 1950s." -- - Ruth Bader Ginsburg was harassed 65;70 years ago... and she's just now bringing it to light.. no wonder she's always looked/acted so anal retentive.
---
Looks like the GA General Assembly is looking into another coup to take over the Atlanta Airport...hmmm..you know.. as tough as it is to think of any government run transportation project that runs efficiently, why does the GA Assembly believe it can be less inefficient as the city of Atlanta?
--
Online headline/story: "Vermont becomes ninth state to legalize marijuana * Vermont became the ninth U.S. state and third in the Northeast to legalize recreational marijuana use on Monday when Republican Governor Phil Scott signed a bill passed by the legislature earlier this month." -- Hmmm... The Vermont political picture is somewhat clouded... Vermont has a DIMocrat Representative, a DIMocratic Party and an Independent US Senator, and a Republican Governor... and all three parties in Vermont are obviously on the same page... socialism.
---
Have you seen the figure NetFlix uses for it';s "statue"... it reflects liberals to a "T".. well, a "T" as in Transgendered.
---
From the "I believe this person suffers from thinking to much of herself" department - Online line headline/story: "Trump's Mar-a-Lago is being slammed as a 'disgrace' after serving caviar with plastic spoons * "I hate to do this, but this is a total #disgrace , #shame on #maralago , you can’t serve caviar with plastic spoons!" the caption reads. "Please offer your caviar with mother of pearl spoons and dishes! * Vacayinbae also posted a follow-up post, showcasing "low-budget" and "disgraceful" crackers that accompanied the caviar" - "I hate to do this"? Yeah, right... the woman (or perhaps confused male) has .. obviously, too much self-indulgence going on...
---
L-E headline: "Legacy Chevrolet sold, but former owner Jones still owns valuable site" -- "valuable site"? It would be a lot more valuable if Jones paid up his overdue property taxes.
---
From the "good news; bad news" department - L-E headline: "Henderson plans to leave council post early for mayoral run" -- It won't take a genius to figure out the good news from the bad news..
You know, over the years, I cannot put my hands on one return response to an issue I've mentioned to Henderson... Does he not know he is EVERYONE'S representative.. could he be any less responsive sitting in the mayor's seat?
---
L-E headline: "Facebook admits social media can harm democracy" -- Hmm.. so now Mark 6uckerberg wants to "harm" the 1st Amendment...
---
L-E headline: "Former CSU student Kimani Griffin to compete in Winter Olympics" -- Hmmm-
I, for one. would have loved o have read that Griffin used our skating facilities to train himself... either he didn't do so often.. or not at all.
