The Breakfast Club - September 10, 2010

Whether it actually happens is not so much the question as is would the media, would potUS Imam-a be as upset if a Muslim Imam announced he was going to burn Bibles at Ground Zero?
---
I'll be... "the Donald" has TRUMPED Hamas-que 'investor' Hisham Elzanaty. Elzanaty has been claiming that his involvement in the Hamas-que was purely a business investment, and had hinted he would like to recoup his 'investment', but turned down Trump's offer of the principal plus 25%.
---
Online story: "Cotton prices have nearly doubled this year, hitting a near 15-year high following a chain of events among major Asian cotton producers that has choked off global supply." -- Hmmm, and administration minions and other government officials are out trying to squelch any rumors, imagined or otherwise, of hyper-inflation. Wonder what Social Security will use as an excuse not to raise SS checks next year?
---
potUS Imam-a was on the non-Fox channels saying that if the November elections 'are about the economy, DIM/DUMBorats will suffer. "IF"? It is all about the economy, the potUS Imam-a economy, and no matter how long and hard potUS Imam-a points his finger at Bush, the public knows this is Imam-a's 'economy'.
---
Guess Auburn is having financial troubles/cutbacks. Last night, the QB and a defensive back swapped out wearing jersey # 2 all night.
---
Speaking of jerseys: Hmmm, wonder if a sports agent would give $1,000.00 for the UGA replica jersey with the number 8 on it?
---
Have you noticed all the latest cell phone ads? None of them talk about talking.
---
Thursday's L-E "Cryptoquote" was a quote of Martin Luther King, Jr, "Let us not seek to satisfy our thirts for freedom by drinking from the cup of bitterness and hatred.". Ehen was the last time you saw Al Sharpton speak with anything but venom?
---
"Carp Csar"... potUS Imam-a has appointed a "Carp Csar"? Looks suspiciously like "Crap Tsar" to me, but I thought that was Robert Gibbs' job.
---
L-E Online headline: "President Obama speaks against burning of Koran, says it could lead to suicide bombings" -- Well, well, it seems someone has finally gotten potUS Imam-a's attention, and now that's potUS Imam-a's on board, maybe he'll actually address the borders where illegal, suicide-carrying, aliens cross into our country!
---
So there may not be a Quran/Koran burning.. what did potUS Imam-a do, call for a 'bier summit'?
---
Stocks rose on job figure numbers? Let me get this straight....first time unemployment numbers dropped 27,000 to a rate that's still in excess of 1.5 Million a month, and that's good news?
---
If you thought you knew our history, you need to watch this. Special thanks to a fellow BCer:
YouTube - U.S. Capitol Tour with David Barton
---
Today is Bill O'Reilly's birthday. With all the make-up specialists at his beck & call on his 'set', would you believe he's only 61? I guessed 80.
---
L-E story: "RIVERSIDE, Calif. — A federal judge on Thursday declared the U.S. military’s ban on openly gay service members unconstitutional " -- This is another 'only in California' moment; once again our Constitution is not the one judges read in California.
---
Online headline/story: "Study: Australia, New Zealand Most Charitable Nations * Australia and New Zealand top a "world giving index" in a new charitable behavior study that finds happier people are more likely to give money than wealthy folks." -- Well, seems the wealthy in this country are giving more to get rid of the current elected House/Senate so everyone can be happier' but next year, America will be #1 again, and we'll soar in 2013!
---
From above story: "The study also found that 60 percent of Americans had given money to charity and 39 percent had volunteered time. The two countries with the largest populations, however, scored low: China came in 147th and India 134th. Madagascar landed in the bottom spot." -- Well, since less that half of Americans actually work for the bulk of their income, 60% is excellent since the working minority is having to pay to unseat the elected officials who bribe the majority with entitlement programs.
