From L-E story: "When the first designs of the building were presented Aug. 31, Councilor Evelyn “Mimi” Woodson said the city service center had no personality." -- Speaking of no personality...
---
L-E headline: "Oct. 6 is International Walk to School Day" -- What a novel idea. Reminds me our my school days when we walked to school or even rode our bicycles! Let's bring back neighborhood schools, scrap buses altogether, and go back to the Labor Day Tuesday start date, and end the early part of June. That way , kids won't have to walk in the hot summer months, and schools won't have to run A/C during the month of August!
---
L-E story: "Columbus Police announced just after 11 a.m. today that they have arrested two men in connection with razor blades being taped to playground equipment at Lakebottom Park earlier this year. * “These individuals have admitted their participation in these incidents,” Columbus Police Chief Ricky Boren“These individuals have admitted their participation in these incidents,” Columbus Police Chief Ricky Boren" -- Congrats CPD! Rather than a punishment of time, how about grinding up the blades and have these playground terrorist eat them then give'em an overdose of laxatives!

potUS Imam-a says 'we' need a "long term plan"....Finally, I agree with him on something! We need to plan never to elect another DIM/DUMBorat to Congress or the White House!
---
Online headline: "Obama Makes Case for Education Reform" -- I'll bet so, especially after the DIM/DUMBorats have educated the voters on how big a mistake they made in electing them.
---
Online headline: "Obama, Biden Scold 'Apathetic,' 'Whining' Democrats * Using words like "inexcusable" and "whining," President Obama and Vice President Biden are scolding Democratic voters" -- Well, potUS & VPOTUS Imam-a bin Biden have set their own table, and not even yellow-dog DIM/DUMBorats want to join them at the table. This may get gory as when they resort to pistol whipping the hold-outs.
---
"Raspberries" for Edward DuBose for throwing the race card, and "Kudos" for Mayor Wetherington for standing up for what the issue is about. Not sure if there is an 'award' to send to Isaiah Hugley for "CYA"...well, maybe a 'donut' pillow.
---
Online headline: "What Did GE's Summer Plunge Signal?" -- Well, I certainly didn't help GE! Since Jeffery Immelt sided with and helped get potUS Imam-a elected, I haven't bought one GE product, not even a light bulb. Doesn't matter that Immelt left Imam-a's ship because the damage was already done.
---
To all the potUS Imam-a voters who were swayed by the only campaign promise he kept, "America's the world's greatest country; help me change it.", are you happy yet?
---
Any incumbent who does not run on his record does not deserve to be re-elected.
---
The San Francisco Chronicle, the bastion of California liberalism, says it cannot endorse Senator Barbara Boxer for re-election based on her 18 years of wasted representation. WOW! Don't you love it when liberals eat their own?
---
Katy Perry must be a basket case. She couldn't make it in Christian music, and now Sesame Street has rejected her.

Monday AM, as I was taking my daughter and my neighbors' daughter (both 13), my daughter switched the radio to 107.3. It's not one of the stations I listen to, but obviously it attracts a teen audience during school driving time. It was the "Elvis Duran Show" and the discussion of the day turned out to be about "bucket lists for sex acts". The first caller called in asking if she should be suspect of her fiancee because he drunkenly tried to get her approval to have a 3-way with another woman before they got married and settled down. I have never seen my daughter move so fast as she shot out her hand to change the station! PMB, the same group that owns "The Truth" owns this station, too. This is what they are offering to your teenaged children/grandchildren as they drive to school. Here are Helen Neal's and Dave Arwood's e-mail addresses: hneal@pmbbroadcasting.com Dave@q1073.com . Let'em know how you feel.

It will be interesting now that Tony Adams has been fired to see if the abutting crime districts around the Comer headquarters will remain 2 of the worse in Columbus now that the Blazer Basketball program has been scrapped.. it has been scrapped, hasn't it!
---
L-E's "Thought for Today": “Justice cannot be for one side alone, but must be for both.” — Eleanor Roosevelt, American first lady (1884-1962)" -- Will some one FED-Ex this (same day delivery, please) to Edward DuBose!
---
Roy Barnes....Even his name makes me envision Sam Walton's "Ol' Roy". a big yellow dog riding in the back of a pick-up waiting for another hand-out.
---
Can you believe it but "Actos" has run a 'double truck" ad for the 3rd day in a row in the L-E! The mark-up in this prescription must be phenomena!
