Inc, alleges products liability, failure to warn, negligence and wantonness for the unsafe conditions of the van and the tire." -- Chrysler probably hadn't seen that van in 20 years, and what tire company/manufacturer is responsible for tires that are overloaded? This is why 99% of lawyers give the rest a bad reputation! I understand the family's loss and frustration, but any suit should be brought against the driver or the person who authorized the van to leave with too many people on board.
