Since it's being used as a bludgeon for Christine O'Donnell, thought I'd remind all of the wording of the 1st Amendment of the our Constitution: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances." --Our forefathers deemed it important that the Federal Government not be able to do as England had done. Same as it's why we are 'presumed innocent' until found guilty in a court of law. In England, when you're charged with a crime, you are "presumed guilty" until proven otherwise.

A couple of weeks ago she proclaimed the disciplinary firing of Tony Adams was a "public lynching", and now she proclaims she's working on allowing bicyclists to use sidewalks. It's against GA Law to ride bicycles on sidewalks if you are over 12, and it's a good law. Unfortunately. it's not enforced properly.
