You know..after watching the arrest video of the Texas police officer who took in the woman who killed herself, I think it should be a policy for arrests made with a dash-cam running to keep within the view of the camera. I know it cannot always happen that way, but effort should be made or the camera be one that can "pan" along with the officer's movement.
