Since it's in the news about Texas not providing birth certificates (and rightfully so) for babies born to women/parents who do not have photo IDs, I have a question as to whether Mexico would even allow a pregnant runaway American girl into one of its hospitals?

If they would simply say they respect the fetus and women, but know that the relationship of a woman with her fetus is a relationship with God, and the only legislation should be in holding doctors responsible for the safety and well-being of their patients, and only address the extreme and gruesome aspects of partial-birth abortions as infanticide.
