Online headline: "Kerry at odds with claim that Russia is top threat to US" -- You know.. I have to agree with two things here.. Kerry is "odd", and Russia's threat to the US pales at what Obamageddon's domestic policy has done.
---
Online headline/story: "Three new national monuments named by President Obama * They are the Basin and Range in Nevada, home to 4,000-year-old rock art; Waco Mammoth in Texas, home to the remains of more than 24 mammoths; and Berryessa Snow Mountain in California, a site of unusual biodiversity." -- "unusual biodiversity"? Hmmm, guess Obamageddon named the last one for himself.
---
Greece got a deal from the Euro Union....in fact, Greece basically accepted the same deal that was on the table before Alexis Tsipras called for a sham election he promoted to voters that they should be against. The only basic difference is that Greece was an election's cost worth of more debt.
---
Online headline: "California shark attack rates plunge" -- Yeah.. they got tired of biting into tofu filled swimmers and moved to the Atlantic.
---
Wow.. how ironic.. Obamageddon was basically responsible for both the Charleston massacre and the killing of Kate Steinle in San Francisco. One of his agencies messed up on the 'background check for the shooter in SC, and one of his agents could not keep up with his gun in California.
---
Talk about a "war on women" .. minority women at that in California.... there's the San Francisco unprovoked murder of a white woman by an illegal Hispanic alien, and then a white woman walking down a LA street was approached from behind and shot in the back of the head by a black man with a shotgun. Let's see some "moral responsibility" from Queen Pelosi in getting Democratic support for a death penalty with teeth in it.
----------------------------------------------------------------
Online headline: "Ross Mirk(_*_)rimi said Friday officers followed the law when they freed Francisco Sanchez months before the immigrant allegedly killed a woman." -- "followed the law"? How convenient.. he followed the "sanctuary city" law versus the law the rest of the country follows. Hey, Senator Feinstein (D-CA), its your state, how about introducing a rider on the new gun control law you're bound to propose making it illegl for cities to pass.follow laws that contradict federal laws... oh.. wait.. we do have such a law.. in fact, it's in the CONSTITUTION!
---
You know, if the Sheriff of San Francisco justifies releasing the illegal alien felon because there wasn't a warrant, then why did he jail the SOB to begin with?
---
HuffPOOPOO headline: "Kylie Jenner debuts new hairdo" -- Good grief.. mHuffPOOPOO considers this "news".. I would normally "throw up and move on" with this kind of a headline, but... BUT,, compared to her "dud".. uh, "dad", this is news..

Online story: "Chris and Scott Lindsey have been together for 14 years and have four children. * The couple was married on July 8th at the W Dallas – Victory hotel and following their touching ceremony, they were shown a special video message from Jennifer Hudson. * the singer actually crashed the wedding and surprised the couple and all their guests to serenade the newlyweds with her song 'I Still Love You.'" -- Hmmm.. they "have four children"? Obviously another story but no facts provided to examine, but the big question is whether Jennifer Hudson's song, "I Still Love You" was a "dis" to the ceremony...something she feels in spite of it..

Written early yesterday: The Office of Personnel Management says she inherited the antiquated system when she was appointed in 2013. Hmmmmm, so she's been there two years and hasn't done a thing about a problem she knew existed at the time. I imagine there are at least 21,000,000 current and former federal employees who probably wanted her fired.
---
Follow up from yesterday.. the director of the Office of Personnel Management did "resign" yesterday.. but only after a visit to Obamageddon's bus depot.
---
Online headline: "California beachgoers ordered out of water after large shark bumps surfer" -- Good grief.. and California Electoral votes basically control our presidential elections.. what does it say when a shark bumps into a person,. and the rest of the swimmers have to be ORDERED out of the water.. on the other hand.. what do you expect from voters who don't mind walking around next to convicted felons in "santuary cities"..
---
You know, when I heard the crow in Dumbo sing about about him seeing it all when he saw an elephant fly is now officially updated..I can say I have seen it all ,as well, as I've seen Hillewinsky, Queen of the softball interviews, complain about "mainscream media" not asking tough questions to Bernie Sanders.

Soapbox moment: All 13 original colonies had legal slavery...of blacks and whites. When the first American flag flew under the protection of the US Constitution, 8 of the 13 states still had legal slavery. That means 8 of the 13 Stripes on the flag and 8 of the first 13 stars represent states that had legal slavery. In fact, it wasn't until 1858 that there were more states (17) that slavery was illegal than the 15 states in which it was legal. Since December of 1865, slavery of any race/ethnicity has been illegal. So what next.. the Confederate flags are being purge, but the American flag still has stripes in honor of the 13 original colonies, and 20 of the stars representing the 13 colonies plus 7 other territories that were given statehood with legal slavery. Will the libs want to make a new American flag...stripeless and with only 35 stars? That would pretty much mean the National Anthem would have to be scrapped as well..can't we all just get along?

Online story: "It was a big coup when the nonprofit Radiological Society of North America landed Bill Clinton as a speaker at its 2010 annual conference in Chicago -- so big that some members were alarmed at how the former president was being paid. Not to worry, they were told: An anonymous donor footed his bill." -- In fact, there's no record of this payment in Bill's (or the Foundation's) tax records reporting the source of income. Hmmm... maybe there was a lot more subject matter in all those "lost"/found, erased IRS e-mails.
---
Yeah, the economy is really booming...home ownership is down 6% points since 2004. That's almost a 10% drop.
---
You know...all the Republican candidates should get together and focus on a common grounds strategy of campaigning, and then just go out and let the voters determine how well they deliver the same message.
---
Soapbox moment: Having spent many years involved with the local Little Leagues (as player, umpire, coach/manager/Safety officer, maintenance officer, board member and league President), it's mighty hard to accept the concept of a "minor league all-star team and tournament". The fact that it's designated as "minors" obviously makes the statement that the youngsters were not ready for "the Majors". It bothers me that there is a reward for players who did not get drafted into "the Majors" as most players who were drafted into "the Majors" will not get selected for the "Major All-Star" teams, but what bothers me the most is that it leaves "wiggle room" for unscrupulous adults to manipulate children into not playing hard enough to make "the Majors" in order to be eligible to play on a "B-team" all-star team. You know.. "B-team/Minor League All-Stars" is an oxymoron.

Jonathan Gruber most-extra-stupid LIV's L-E "soundoff" ever: " I remember when my health insurance deductible was $500. Now it’s $5.000. I am ready for a Medicare-style national health insurance plan. It is a workable concept … and no, I am not a Democrat." -- Lying must be a condition of being a liberal..... there's NO DOUBT this is a Democrat... his/her problem is that he/she cheered for OObamaCRAP feeling that it was going to be free for him/her, and he/she still won't admit Obamageddon lied to him/her.
---
A "truly gets it" L-E "soundoff": " It just occurred to me. If we didn’t have lawyers we would need none." -- While it's not an "Absolute", it's so succinct in it's message.
---
L-E "soundoff" from a disappointed liberal who's finally looking at the truth of the matter for the first time: " States should strive to maintain their right to accept or reject important decisions like Confederate memorabilia, gay marriage and other issues. If the states lose these rights then the federal government will have everyone in a chokehold." -- Well, remember all thiose years you voted for Democrats? Well this is what you got.
---
Have you seen the pictures of the Charleston creep that shot all the people in the church? The pictures always show him wearing a bullet-proof vest.... why? In my estimation, any one wanting to shoot his would go for the "head shot" to make sure he didn't get a chance of parole from some liberal judge in the future.

From the ":whatta hypocrite" department - Associate professor John A. Tures's Comentary: "When I saw the images of people long denied the chance for a homosexual marriage, I could understand somewhat why they were happy. That’s because, at one time in my life, my girlfriend and I were denied a chance to marry by several churches. And I remember the joy when finally one agreed to let us get married, especially on the day of our 20th wedding anniversary this month. * Now my wife was a self-described “Easter and Christmas Lutheran,” where church-going wasn’t a strong priority. But I kept insisting that Christians were very warm and welcoming. They’d love the chance to have a young couple join their church. * I’m not sure what happened, but every church in town told us no, they weren’t interested in having someone perform the service. Only one said maybe, and that was if we did their year-long counseling program for a start. * “We don’t marry strangers,” another pastor told me. * “But we’ve been in a relationship for almost four years,” I replied. “And we don’t want to be strangers … we’re looking for a church to join as well.” The answer was still no. * Finally, an Episcopal Church said they’d perform the service, if we did their six-month counseling program. We agreed, and thoroughly enjoyed the process." -- "church going wasn't a (our) strong priority"? No wonder the churches said you were a stranger.. not to yourselves, but to the church and to Christ.. but on the other hand, you acquiesced to a 6-month program of membership versus a 12-month plan, so just by accepting the "quickie" you became a hypocrite you accuse the churches of being. Churches wanted what's best for you, and simply performing an "off-the-street" marriage ceremony was not what the churches perceived as "best". Oh... Happy Anniversary to the Tures family!

CSU is building a golf training facility off University Boulevard as we speak.. To protect the neighbors, there's netting being installed to catch errant golf balls.. Some areas of the netting will be 130' tall.. that's eqivient to a 13 story building.. Are there no zoning laws to protect the neighbors from such a site.. Oh, there are, but state projects are exempt from local restrictions.. It's nice to be able to make your own rules.

L-E story: "A former lawyer for gun manufacturer Glock says in a federal lawsuit filed this week that a vindictive campaign by the company led to unfounded criminal charges against him that caused his wrongful imprisonment. * Glock Inc., the Georgia-based subsidiary of the Austrian gun company, used its wealth, power and influence to get local prosecutors to pursue criminal charges against people the company wanted to see locked up, former Glock general counsel Paul Jannuzzo said in a federal lawsuit filed Wednesday in Atlanta." -- Good grief.. why has a judge accepted this as a legitimate case?.. You know, if Glock wanted to get rid of a person, don't you think Glock could arrange for some on campus shooting range "accident" that wouldn't raise legal eyebrows?
---
Good grief.. some one-hit wonder named (_*_)riana Gr(_*_)nde has gotten more publicity for licking a donut that she ever will as a singer. and she said she "hates America".?.. Somebody stick a condom on her tongue!
