From the 'there's no way a single judge can overrule a legal presidential order" department -  Online headline/story: "Seattle judge blocks Trump immigration order; government to appeal * During Judge James Robart's confirmation hearing, Washington Democratic Senator Patty Murray remarked how he had "a generous sense of community service through his work with at-risk and special needs youth."  -- Good grief.. Bush appointee or not.. any appointee adored by Patty Murray is a lib, and pretty much indicates that the lawsuit was another effort at "judge shopping"... BUT, something is wrong when a single (versus a panel decision) federal judge can overrule a legal Presidential Order.. In this case, the Supreme Court only should be involved.

Hmmm.. one thing for sure is that Robart pretty much assured himself that he'll not be on any list of potential SCOTUS replacement list in the next 8 years.

HuffPOOPOO story: "A U.S. Secret Service agent who suggested on Facebook that she would rather go to jail than take a bullet for Donald Trump has reportedly been suspended with pay" -- "suspended..... WITH PAY"? Outrageous.. She should have been fired by the Director of the Secret Service, but he's an Obama appointee.. Wanna bet how much longer he'll be on the job as well?

These TV ads that tell you that yoou can get a second product "free"...by paying a separate "fee"..how is having to pay a separate fee... "free"?

---
Tiger Woods has WD'd from the tournament in Dubai...back issues .. again. I tell you what, with the assets and motivation Tiger has, and with the access to top surgical talent, yet he still can't get "cured", I'm not sure I want lesser talent working on my back if gives me problems.

From the "suspicions confirmed" department - Online headline/story: "'El Chapo' lawyers say jail conditions are too strict in NYC * He's locked up 23 hours a day. His (common law) wife can't visit him. He can't call anyone, except his lawyers. He even was denied water, his lawyers say."  -- Hmm.. looks like my original analysis was right.. Hellary was supposed to win and give El Chapo a presidential pardon.. has anyone checked to see how much El Chapo donated to the Clinton Foundations?

Yesterday, friends of Cecil Darby met to reminisce the world of local sports. Cecil was a mainstay in correctly recording such about our local minor league baseball teams, and high school, college sports, and even golf events. UBIQUITOUS is a good word for Cecil.. I had many other interactions with him.. sharing hot dogs at the Orange Bowl or the Palace Pool Room (a.k.a."The 12th St Athletic Club) or at "the Patio" restaurant at our store. Other times might include fitting him for shoes..(Jarman blucher lace-ups..the top of the line Rex Flex, and always brown). Funny though, that after about 3 weeks, his determined plodding around in getting the facts and truth about a story, they were just as scuffed as the pair he just replaced. Cecil was disarming..everybody trusted and liked Cecil, and felt free to open up to him..Generally in khakis..usually a bit unkempt, and some version of a brown plaid button down collared shirt (sometimes with a non-descript brown sport coat)..always the aforementioned brown Jarman shoes, and a puppy dog smile..Once in awhile in the early-to-mid 90s, Cecil would occasionally drop by for a cup of coffee with the BisKit BoyS at the Wynnton Road Burger King. Not only did he know most people in Columbus, most people in Columbus knew and welcomed Cecil into their conversations. RIP, Cecil.. save us a seat at the ballpark.

From the "what?  I'm a liberal, I can't discriminate or be called intolerant" department - Remember Janet Napolitano – former secretary of Homeland Security under President Obama  –who has been a key player in providing sanctuary to illegal aliens? Well, the University of California President Janet Napolitano has replaced.. outsourced,  97 American  IT technicians with a tech firm located in India to reduce costs at the college...excuse me, but isn't that discriminatory, and no difference than hiring women at a lower salary to replace men?

You know, it's exciting to hear the names of the people Trump is tapping for advisors and department leadership. We know these names..we know of their successes.. whatta adrenalin rush for our children's and grandchildren's future!

Talk about confidence..over 225,000 new jobs were created in January..and that's "net" because it includes all the temporary Christmas jobs that ended in early January. Trump is a man of action!

---
In other news: "Japan, which has a consistent trade surplus with the U.S., is putting the finishing touches on a package that it says will create 700,000 U.S. jobs and help create a $450-billion market, Reuters reported, citing government sources familiar with the plans." -- Go Trump!

---
Online story: "Nordstrom has decided to stop carrying Ivanka Trump's brand, the retailer told Business Insider on Thursday. The company said the brand's declining sales led to its decision" -- Nordstrom?  Didn't we read that Nordstrom is closing STORES because of what only can be described as "bad management decisions"? Looks like Nordstrom is pulling a "Hellary" and pointing its finger at a Trump.

---
Online headline: "Starbucks responds to criticism over refugee hiring blowback" -- Good grief.. we know Starbucks' political correctness liberalism will not require refugees to speak in English, and since it's already too tough for me to get them to hear that all I wanted was a good cup of regular coffee. I guess I will not be making a "second chance" visit to Starbucks.

---
This demands a second look.. In yesterday's BC, I mentioned a HuffPOOPOO "headlie".. Here it is again: "Trump wants to 'destroy' amendment key to separation of church and state " -- Again, liberalism has no interest in being truthful... Our Constitution is made up of "Amendents", and the Johnson Bill was simply a law ...and one that has never been enforced equally.

Online story: "Panic erupted at a Southern California Cheesecake Factory on Thursday night after a man tossed in improvised explosive device, police said. *  The Pasadena restaurant was crowded with patrons settling down for dinner when a man opened the front doors and tossed the device. The device exploded, but no one was injured and there wasn’t any significant damage.*  The suspect was described as a Latino or Middle Eastern man, about 6-feet tall and sporting a “heavy beard,” according to the Orange County Register. He was seen wearing black clothing and a black beanie." -- "heavy beard, Latino/Mid-Easternish, wearing a "black beanie"... Hmmm.. I do believe I'd check the "no fly lists", and then check for recent hirings/firings of Starbucks barristers ....

Online headline/story: "Feds asked Atlanta for contracts, payments in City Hall bribery probe * A federal subpoena in the Atlanta City Hall bribery investigation demanded the city’s law department produce contracts with Elvin “E.R.” Mitchell Jr. and his companies, along with a Lithonia company with which Mitchell’s company partnered as a minority contractor." -- And we wondered why Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed was brown-nosing fired acting AG Sally Yates by claiming  she "demonstrated courageous, ethical leadership at a time when our country desperately needs it, and the city couldn't be more proud of her."
---
L-E headline: "U.S. imposes new sanctions; Tehran says it will retaliate" -- Good grief.. First. "bring it on, Tehran! Second.. this would not be an issue except for Obama giving Iran more than $1,.5 BILLION to fund this and 8 years of kowtowing which boosted Iran's confidence and arrogance.
---
From the L-E editorial page:

Good grief.. for the past 40+ years, all political compromises have diminished the moral structure of the US.  RINO-Republicans have let Democratic Party demands chip away at what this nation's Founding Fathers built into the Constitution when liberal judges that enact changes via agenda rather than defending  the Constitution and letting changes be made via the methods the Founding Father included in the Constitution. Trump is just leading the charge to "take the Constitution back"!
