How about making the responsible depatment head and staff who did this to pay for the "free" credit monitoring.......

Why is it that we see pictures of recidivist D.U.I 2nd and 3rd timers? Once someone is arrested for his/her first D.U.I, that person and the family/friends/public and banks/finance companies should be warned that a subsequent arrest will result in the vehicle being driven be confiscated and turned into scrap metal, no matter who owns it.
