Online story: "WASHINGTON, Sept 7 (Reuters) - President Barack Obama will give interviews on Monday to the three network news anchors, as well as to anchors from PBS, CNN, and Fox, more evidence of a "full court press" strategy ahead of pivotal congressional votes on military strikes in Syria." -- Hmmm , Judas 00-bama must be serious about getting his message out; he's even including Fox which actually has listeners.

---

Online story: "Only 7 percent of Americans think the United States is winning the war on drugs, and few Americans are interested in throwing down more money to try to win, according to a Rasmussen Reports poll released in 2012." -- Hmmm, of course this was a poll within the DOJ/white House staff, and Holder and Judas 00-bama have pledged to 'weed' those out.

---

HuffPost has a slideshow with "27 reasons" why the U.S. shouldn't lead the war on drugs. It's a sad sequence of drug interested people and events that demonstrate WHY we need to step up our efforts. Here is the first one:

---

HuffPost also has a slideshow of 36 "Conservatives pointing fingers". What the HuffPost doesn't have is Judas 00-bama pointing his finger at the majority of Americans that many times everytime he speaks.

---

Online headline: "Tokyo To Host 2020 Olympic Games" -- Hmmm, let's pray the Gold Medals aren't radioactive.

---

WRBL 3 story: " Clayton Moore scored on a 3-yard run in the fourth quarter to give Jackson State the cushion it needed to defeat Alabama State 30-23 in a Southwestern Conference opener Saturday night. * At halftime, the Alabama State band spelled out "Trayvon" on the field in memory of Trayvon Martin, the teenager who was fatally shot by neighborhood watch volunteer George Zimmerman last year." -- "Clayton Moore"... Ironic... ironic that Alabama State would inject warped politics in it's halftime show, and then get beat by Clayton Moore. Ironic that another Clayton Moore played "The Lone Ranger", always won, and left a single bullet at the scene. The Alabama State band director should be "fired".

---

Online headline: "NBC News: GOP Opposes Syria Strike Because Obama's Black" -- If there is any truth in a headline, it would be this one, "NBC is still on the air only because Obama's black"

---

Online headline: "53 Homicides, 224 Shot and Wounded in August in Rahm's Chicago" -- Hmm, pretty soon this may become a 'crisis" in Rahm Emanuel's mind. He loves crises because he can take advantage of them.

Protest pic of the day:

Code Pink protestor outside of Center for American Progress building. Photo credit: Alana Goodman

Heh heh heh... Judas 00-bama make feel he's the culmination of MLK's "dream", but he's really more of the beginning of a 'nightmare'.

Online story: "The Department of Energy (DOE) will likely lose tens of millions of dollars on a loan extended to a green vehicle company with ties to a top fundraiser for President Barack Obama. * The department loaned $50 million to the Vehicle Production Group in March 2011. It announced this week that, after recouping a small amount of that loan, it will sell the remaining $45 million debt to AM General for $3 million. * As a result, taxpayers are expected to lose about $42 million on the deal. * DOE’s relationship with Vehicle Production Group came under scrutiny in 2011 after it was revealed that James Johnson, the former top executive at federal mortgage giant Fannie Mae and a major Obama fundraiser, chaired an investment firm, Perseus LLC, with a stake in the company." -- Not long ago, I made mention of 33 "green energy" loan recipients that got "ObamaLoans" that had gone belly-up with our money.. add this one to that list already losing BILLIONS of taxpayer dollars. Guess this must be another of the "phony scandals" Judas 00-bama made mention of.

---

Online story: "New Jersey firefighters were unable to save a warehouse due to the building’s 7,000 solar panels, according to local reports. * The fire chief on scene refused to allow firefighters on top of the building due to multiple hazards posed by the building’s solar panels. * Electric shock and slipping and tripping on solar panel roof displays are just two of a number of potential hazards in fighting fires at “green” structures, say experts. Others include structural collapse because of the weight of the panels on the roof and inhalation exposure as solar batteries exposed to fire are capable of generating extremely caustic fumes and gases." -- The White House is getting new solar panels as we speak. Carter put some up; Reagan took them down, and now Judas 00-bama is putting them back up... sorta like the cycle with Iran.

---
Online headline: "Hillary Clinton Breaks Silence on Syria" -- Hmmm, but not so much on Benghazi....

---

Random thought: E-cigs? Why not a soda straw or a short pencil? I can remember "justifying" smoking "because I liked the taste of it" in spite of how stupid sucking on a cigarette looked to others. How can anyone "enjoy the taste" of an e-cig?

---

Online story: "Designer Kenneth Cole stuck a shoe clad foot in his mouth. He "tweeted" (which makes him a 'big twit'): "Boots on the ground" or not forget about sandals, pumps, and loafers." -- Hmm sounds like Cole has come up with new Secret Service nicknames for Michell, Judas 00-bama, and Harry Reid. On the other hand, why not bombard Syria with millions of shoe soles... seems the sole of one's shoe is more offensive to Muslims than any military weapon we have.

---

In the early running, I figured Oregon would win this week's ugly uniform award, but Oregon surprised me with a decent issue. Now... Miami wasn't so lucky, though its uniforms were ugly by execution rather than design.

The latest from www.organizingforaction/barackobama.com: After taking a survey q;-), the donation "opportunity" came up. Now it wants at least %15.00, but won't advance unless you offer one of at least $3.00. Can you imagine the data base bias of a survey that is complied only from donors?

---

Most jokes in the 'hood use to begin with "yo mama"; now they mostly begin with " yo Bama"

---

There are numerous polls/surveys about how average Americans feel about Judas 00-bama taking on Syria, but the most telling one is whether or not to send Congress to Syria. 90% say "YES".
---
Online headline/story: "Online headline: "John Kerry: Obama Can Bomb Assad Even If Congress Votes No * But even though Obama is now seeking Congress’ support, Kerry insisted that the president is not bound by law to stand down should his plan be rejected." -- Yeah, and a pervert can assault a child if parents aren't in the same room. Since when is this become the issue of debate? Does Judas 00-bama want Congressional support of not. If so, he should tell Congress it's its choice regardless. Otherwise, do his own things and let the chips fly.

The NSA is almost useless for the future. Now that terrorist cells and organization know the depth of spying, they will transmit more 'fake info' missives than ever before, so the NSA and CIA will not know what to follow, what to take serious or what's going on.
---
L-E headline/story: "U.S. runs into resistance over strike on Syria * Obama prepares to address nation Tuesday while Kerry lobbies for European support * U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry, who met with more than two dozen European foreign ministers on Saturday, insisted that international backing to take strong action against Syrian President Bashar Assad’s regime was growing, not receding. * Kerry noted that the ministers, who held an informal meeting of the European Union in Vilnius, Lithuania. -- Excuse me, but why does Kerry go to Lithuania when the UN is located in NYC?
---
low-INFO voter's L-E "soundoff": "To those people who can’t figure out Obama, he is a whole lot more intelligent and caring than W. and Cheney ever thought about being. That’s easy to figure out. " -- Seems to me, the only "people who can't figure out Obama" are the ones that voted for him again in 2012.
---
Another low-INFO voter's L-E "soundoff": "Republicans keep arming every angry drunk teenager, mental case and criminal who can afford a gun, so Americans must spend scarce education dollars to protect our kids. " -- This has to be a public school history teacher with 2008 AND 2012 Obama bumperstickers on her car.
---
ANOTHER low-INFO voter's L-E "soundoff": " If our government were breaking international law, using chemical weapons to murder our wives and children, would you want the rest of the world to sit idly by and do nothing about it? " -- Hmm, let's see, "fast & furious", and not enforcing chemical drug laws. Our government IS breaking American and International law, and Obamarats sit around idly and do nothing already.

We are all saddened at the death of a local 15 year old high school student who died after playing in the Carver air-conditioned gym yesterday. I do have a question why the Carver High School gym was operating on a weekend. The football team played Friday, and there is no Saturday school activity which would warrant the school operating an air-conditioned gym. Especially with the high costs of electricity. We have parks&rec gyms and YMCA gyms that were open if someone wanted to go shoot some hoops.
---
L-E/McClatchy headline: "Obama's puzzle: How to strike without sparking Syrian retaliation" -- They're kidding, right? Obviously my opinion is being requested, so here goes two ways to assure this: 1 - Secure our borders, 2 - Don't announce in advance when and where you're going to attack.
---
L-E headline: "Sea turtle nesting up for fourth straight year " -- Well, of course the numbers are up! After 4.5 years of government nannyism, the turtles now have no need to endanger themselves by going into hostile ocean waters to work for food.
---
In the L-E, paid Sanford Bishop staffer, Karl Douglas writes: "Almost every fight I saw growing up started for one of two reasons. A kid wanted to either earn a reputation or protect a reputation. " -- Hey I knew Karl Douglass when he was a kid. He played baseball at Peach Little League where I volunteered. He was a good friend of one of my nephews. If he saw a fight down there, it wasn't about "reputation"; it would have been about two grown-ups arguing about a rule neither probably knew correctly.
---
L-E's "Quotable": “Education is a progressive discovery of our own ignorance.” Will Durant American historian (1885-1981) -- This must be the driving influence of the Progressive's plans to keep public education at an ignorantlevel.
---
L-E editorial headline/story: "Georgia PSC not supposed to be advocacy group In case there’s anybody who still wonders why we need laws concerning open government, conflict of interest and fiscal accountability, we offer as Exhibit A the Georgia Public Service Commission — or rather, two members thereof. * The elected panel that is supposed to serve as the people’s representative in the oversight of utility companies recently fined a Georgia telephone company $10,000 for failure to file necessary reports. Such fines, fees and penalties are supposed to go to the state treasury. * Two PSC members, H. Doug Everett and Tim Echols, had a different idea: They wanted to donate the fine to Care Net, a faith-based charity that offers pregnancy testing and prenatal help and discourages abortion." -- About time the L-E editorial staff woke up, but it's probably only because it involved a donation to a group that discourages abortions. Of course, the L-E completely missed out on a utility group making advocacy donations. The REAL story is why GA POWER can direct a portion of consumer payments into its own foundation to make gifts to other activists.
---
Have you ever noticed that the only changes and compromises "Progressives" want to make are digressive to good morals?
---
L-E story: "CANBERRA, Australia — Australia’s “unelectable” and gaffe-prone political leader, Tony Abbott, confounded critics Saturday by becoming the country’s latest prime minister, leading the opposition to a sweeping election victory and ending six years of Labor Party rule. * Abbott, the leader of the conservative Liberal Party-led coalition, rode a wave of public bitterness over a hated carbon emissions tax, worries about a flagging economy and frustration over government infighting to win the election. * The result was a stunning turnaround for Abbott, a 55-year-old former Roman Catholic seminarian and Rhodes scholar who has never been particularly popular and was once dubbed unelectable by opponents and some of his own supporters." -- Hmm, so much for the opinion of this paper, and mainstream media in general.
