With the terroristic actions at the Navy Yard, Boston, and Ft Hood, it doesn't look like the NSA has a leg to stand on as to the validity it claims that justify it's existence

---

Wonder if Judas 00-bama will describe Aaron (_°_) as possibly being his son.. Perhaps another half-brother.

---

Well if yesterday's Senate shutdown while the House stayed open shows anything, it is that Obamarats wanna shut down the government way more than the Republicans.

---

Online story: "The former roommate of the Washington D.C. Navy Yard shooter spoke out in an interview with the Fox News affiliate in Dallas-Fort Worth. The deceased shooter Aaron Alexis and Nutpisit Suthamtewakul lived together for three years in Texas. In disbelief, Suthamtewakul said Alexis was like his “big brother” and said he “admired” him." -- You know, it's sick, no, people who claim they knew a mass murderer and thought he was a nice person are sick.

---

Congressperson Norton, representing Washington, DC., Obamarat (naturally) said Washington is the safest city in the country. Safest? I'm afraid to take my wallet into the Capitol Building for fear a Congressperson will steal (confiscate) it.

---

While there was a shooting incident going on at the Navy Yard, we were "alerted" to news that Judad 00-bama was getting "frequent updates". Excuse me, but "why"? Shouldn't he be focusing on national & International issues rather than local ones? I'd be happy if he at least focused on one scandal at a time.

---

Somebody's head will roll soon in the White House. Yesterday, somebody let it be known that Judas 00-bama was being briefed throughout the morning of the Navy Yard shootings. Now, Judas 00-bama can't start off today saying he just read about it.

---

Online story: "Panera Bread founder and CEO Ron Shaich earns about $3 million a year. But this week, Shaich is spending no more than $4.50 a day on food as he joins 26 members of Congress in the SNAP Challenge, which encourages people to try and live like the average American on food stamps." -- This is 'liberal grandstanding'! It's the "been there, tried to do that, I understand now but you don't, YOU need to pay more in taxes" syndrome. Truth is, SNAP takes $80,000,000,000.00 annually out of other hardworking peoples lives that would have been better spent on humanity than funding government waste.

---

Online headline: "Market Close: Stocks Rise After Larry Summers Exits Fed Chair Race" -- Talk about ironic timing... Summers leave causes a rise as Summer ends and Fall begins.

---

Just read that Hyundai produces more cars annually than GM (but GM does produce more "other vehicles" and more combined). Only VW and Toyota produce more cars than Hyundai. Who'da thunkit.

---

Online headline: "Prince William And Kate Middleton's Home In North Wales Is Reportedly For Rent" -- Hmmm, is the future king now being addressed as Mr & Mrs William Middleton?

---

Instant repeat: "Prince William And Kate Middleton's Home In North Wales Is Reportedly For Rent" -- Whatta slap in the face for the English people. A pair of the world's richest welfare recipients buy a home from public entitlement, then rent it back to someone who was taxed so the Prince could buy the home for himself to begin with.

---

Online story: "Hawaii U.S. Sen. Brian Schatz says more than just a pipe failed when 1,400 tons of molasses spilled into Honolulu Harbor last week, killing thousands of fish." -- Hmmm, wanna bet Schatz joins California's Feinstein and Pelosi to introduce new bills to regulate "Big Molasses" next week?

---

From the "really bad timing" department - Online story: "WASHINGTON -- The Secret Service has arrested a man for tossing firecrackers over a fence at the White House. * The incident happened just hours after at least one suspect opened fire inside the Washington Navy Yard, killing at least 12 people." -- Hmm, a "FaceBook moment just became a 'mug shot' nightmare.

---

Online headline: "DiCaprio may play US president in new movie " -- Hmmm maybe art does imitatew life... Leo has 'played' Judas 00-bama all along so now he's wanting to 'play' another president.

---

Online headline: "Jaden Smith Tells Kids to Quit School" -- Yeah, that probaby works for him, but ask him how many other snot nosed brats has his dad cast in the movies he starts in or produces.

---

From a fellow BCer: "Comedian Jay Leno: "Hey, can you tell I've lost some weight? I'm on that new Obama diet. Every day I let Vladimir Putin eat my lunch. That's how it works." -- heh heh heh, I do believe Leno should hire Judas 00-bama after 2016 to be the "foil' Ed McMahan was for Johnny Carson.

---

A fellow BCer has a good and more appropriate solution to two naming situations. Name the new school for A. J. McClung, and go back to just "Memorial Stadium" which honors our veterans.

---

Delta Airline has a most worthy ad running now that would benefit this nation if the NAACP and Rev. Al Sharpton would adopt it for their campaigns... " you can't create the future by clinging to the past".

---

Online headline/story: "17-Year-Old Shoots 71-Year-Old In The Head From His Bicycle * Authorities say he was arrested for burglary in Miami Gardens and for burglary, display of a firearm and aggravated battery in Opa-Locka in May. They say he was arrested for possessing cocaine in September of 2011 and in April of 2011, he was arrested by School Board police for battery on a law enforcement officer. * “He’s a juvenile and he cannot under Florida law receive the death penalty if convicted,” said Vereen. “The state must go to the Grand Jury to get an indictment for first-degree murder. It can direct file second-degree murder charges.” -- Here's another senseless killing encouraged by street knowledge that if you're under 18, you'll get a slap on the wrist. If the libs truly want a new gun control law, it should be that illegally using/possessing a gun in another crime, e=regardless of age, gets the death sentence and will be carried out within 24 months.

---

From the "eating one's cake and having it, too" department - Online headline: "Atheists Announce Global ‘Missionary’ Tour to Establish Godless Church Congregations Around the World." -- Establish Godless Churches? Don't we have enough after-midnight bars already?

---

Online story: "Washington D.C. is looking into a new law that could make people wait 24 hours before getting a tattoo. * The proposed regulation would not allow businesses to accommodate walk-ins, it would create mandatory artist biohazard training, and would also make a 24-hour wait for piercings." -- Somehow, someway, Judas 00-bama will eventually blame this civil rights issue on Republicans which aren't even represented on Washington's Council.

---

Extremely low-info voter's L-E "soundoff": "Really and truly, did we need a new tag office? We don’t need new buildings. We need to put that money toward the schools." -- You know, the MCSD portion of your property taxes is more than the City gets from them. The City budget for 200,000+ persons 24/7 needs is less than the MCSD budget for 32,000 students need for 180 7-hour school days.

---

L-E story: "Ever wonder why oyster shells line the roads outside Phenix City? Or how dam removal in the whitewater course might bring back long-gone wildlife? Then the Spencer Environmental Lecture Series is for you. " -- "dam removal... MIGHT bring back long-gone wildlife"? Wasn't one of the purposes of the original project meant to ASSURE the return? On the other hand, there's plenty of "wild life" (versus wildlife) whooping it up.

---

Curiosity question: How does a Club operating under the local & state liquor laws hire an unlicensed security (bouncer) guard and still retain its licenses the following day?

---

Wonder if one day that a future School Board rethink the naming of the new elementary school after a little known, non-Columbus person. It could become the 'height' of controversy, maybe even the 'height' of hypocrisy versus its current status of the 'height' of incompetence.

---

L-E story: " MARIETTA, Ga. — A metro Atlanta school board has voted to develop a system to pay teachers based on performance instead of seniority. " -- This might work, but ONLY if it works both ways, and includes firing those who don't perform better than others.

---
L-E story: "MOBILE, Ala. — A skyscraper that’s being called Alabama’s largest residential building began welcoming owners this week. * Phoenix West II on the Gulf of Mexico in Orange Beach is 32 stories high and includes 1.9 million square feet, Al.com   reported. * The $245 million condominium has been in the works on the city’s west end for more than eight years. * Gene Brett developed and constructed the project with his brother Tillis Brett and Tommy Robinson." -- Hmmm 1,900,000 sq ft built for $245,000,000.. that's about $128.00 a sq ft in construction costs. Why doesn't our MCSD board hire Gene Brett to construct our new schools?

---

L-E headline: "Obama warns GOP against ‘economic chaos’ " -- Warns? Judas 00-bama is All-State Insurance's "Mayhem"'s twin brother.
