So Warren Buffet thinks Judas 00-bama should scrap "ObamaCare" altogether . Hmmm, this from the same guy who says he doesn't pay enough taxes complaining about what the US Supreme Court calls a new tax. Dementia?

---

Why is the mainstream media so upset at the lack of vetting the Navy Shipyard shooter had? It was probably deeper than the vetting MST gave Judas 00-bama.

---

By the time mainstream media has analyzed the mental state of Aaron (_°_) , he will have become a victim. Where's Hillary when she'd be pertinent... what difference does it make.

---

Online story: "Navy Shipyard shooter was "hearing voices". -- Yeah, probably from the 'blue-tooth' earphone listening to robo-calls from www.barackobama/organizingfor action.com.

---

Online headline: "Obama To Test Iran's Interest In Dialogue" -- Huh? I imagine Irani President Hassan Rouhani might accept just to see what he could get since seeing Syria walk out of the negotiation talks smiling.

---

HuffPost headline/story: "Aaron Alexis, Navy Yard Shooting Suspect, Tried To Buy AR-15 Assault Rifle: Report * The man police say is responsible for fatally shooting 12 people and injuring eight others at the Washington Navy Yard Monday reportedly tried to buy an AR-15 assault rifle last week. * But that report, published in the New York Times, contradicts a story in the Washington Times that says Aaron Alexis didn't try to buy the weapon." -- Media... MAINSTREAM media is so absorbed with it will fabricate stories based not on facts, not even rumors, but based on its agenda to blame certain guns for every ill.

---

Looks like yesterday (the day after the Navy Yard shootings) was spent analyzing the (_°_)'s mental conditions and how did he got guns. Wake up, libs, HIPPA prevents such disclosure so all those background check desires are wasted. Combine that with sealed youth records, and even more sick people escape the background check screening.

Colorado has been in flood chaos for a week. It's the worst evacuation situation since Katrina hit New Orleans. Judas 00-bama hasn't mentioned it, much less taken a helicopter ride to view the damage. Where's the mainstream media?

---

Colorado floods... the worst evacuation situation since Katrina... Where's Judas 00-bama during this...golfing or trying to find out where Bush43 is so he can blame him?

Online story: "WASHINGTON -- In a move that will change working conditions for two million Americans, the Labor Department announced Tuesday the enactment of a new rule that will extend minimum wage and overtime protections to home care workers, one of the fastest-growing occupations in the country. * As of Jan. 1, 2015, the long-awaited change will end a 38-year-old carveout that excluded workers who attend to the elderly and disabled in their homes from the basic labor protections enjoyed by most Americans. The home care industry had waged a prolonged lobbying campaign against the proposal, claiming it would raise prices on low-income customers and force companies to cut workers' hours." -- Let's look at this... low motivated or just compassionate people will now lose jobs. ObamaCare will either escalate at a higher than expected rate, or ObamaCare will cause an whole industry to collapse at a time we'll have the most seniors in America's history. ---
From same story: "The White House, however, has said that such a rule would rectify an injustice for a large pool of workers who log long hours for generally low pay." -- Yeah, it will RECTUM-FY those workers joibs.
---
Online headline: "Zac Efron Was Reportedly In Rehab Earlier This Year" Can't any of the Disney stars make it out of their teens into adulthood in one piece?
---
Online story: "SANTA ANA, Ca. - A Georgia woman is behind bars, accused of killing her two children. * Authorities allege (she) fled to California with the kids following a court dispute with her ex-husband. The bodies of the 13-year-old and 10-year-old were found in a Santa Ana hotel on Saturday. * Police say Edge attempted to take her own life by crashing her vehicle, but survived. * A lawyer for her ex-husband says she fled Georgia after a judge's ruling went against her. The ex-couple had been in a lengthy custody battle. * (She) is facing a pair of felony counts, and, if convicted, could face life in prison." -- The saddest thing is that this will be tried in California, and the "if convicted" aspect is always going to be in doubt.
---
On a local story aspect... who is Cliff Rutledge?
---
You know, the down scoping of education is having a horrible ripple effect. Students are less inclined to read anymore, but now online news is being relegated to "video only" coverage, and all the facts are just not able to be presented in 'sound bites'.
---
Online story: "Speculation around the photo has suggested that the rebels are using an iPad app such as iHandy Level Free to aim the mortars in the absence of sights.
Though civilians may be surprised to see a tablet used in the context of war, Apple anticipated it. The licensing agreement all iTunes users sign reads: "You also agree that you will not use these products for any purposes prohibited by United States law, including, without limitation, the development, design, manufacture or production of nuclear, missiles, or chemical or biological weapons." -- Well, the terrorists will get off on a technicality... once you start "listing" prohibitive uses, one must assume you've listed them all, and Apple didn't specify "aiming a mortar".
---
From the "would you believe" department - Guess the state that has a city that has banned "flip-flops/sandals" from a city park? You're right, California. Please don't ever forget that Claifornia's Electoral College vote amounts to 20+% of all needed votes to be elected President.

I do not know how this slipped by me 3 years ago... but then again..I do. I found this by accident looking up Biden's niece's arrest for obstructing justice and assault on a police officer - Online headline/story: "IT'S MAGIC! Joe Biden's Brother Wins $100 Million Federal Contract to Build Homes In Iraq * David Richter, the president of Hill International (HIL), a mid-sized outfit that manages construction projects, was speaking last year (2011) at a private meeting with investors when he was asked about the recent success of his newest subsidiary, HillStone International. * Richter didn’t mince words. It really helps, he said, to have “the brother of the vice president as a partner,” according to a person who was present. * The “brother” Richter was referring to during the meeting is James Biden, the younger brother of Vice President Joe Biden. * Since November 2010, James Biden has been the executive vice president of Hill International’s housing subsidiary despite little if any documented work history in residential construction. And if the company’s projections are accurate, both Hill and Biden are on the verge of a huge payday" -- I have to wonder whether Fox News knew/knows about this, but I'm sure since Biden has indicated he'll challenge Hillary, that this will erupt as soon as the primary chase begins.
---
You know, when PBS begins/ends a show with "This show brought to you by (sponsor)".. that's advertising.. a bit more subtle than regular TV, but advertising none the less, so why are tax dollars given to PBS?
---
There are "experts" saying the solution to chemical weapons is to forbid the manufacturing of them. Huh? Evil people will make evil weapons and evil despots will buy them, just at a more profitable margin for the supplier.
---
WTVM9/AP headline: "NCAA won't budge on paying college athletes" -- The writer almost sound disappointed, but I surely hope that the NCAA never diverts it's goal of promoting student-athletes as its end goal result. Just on a real possibility, can you imagine the cost factor of disability insurance a college would have to be prepared to meet if a jury, decided a player injured has been shut out of being a multi-millionaire NFL player, and what a player might be entitled to in compensatory penalties?
---
WTVM9 story: "DALLAS (AP) - Nidal Hasan collected nearly $300,000 in his military salary while awaiting trial for the 2009 shooting rampage at Fort Hood, but his attorney said nearly all of it has been given to charity - likely making it impossible for his victims to get any of it. * Hasan's civil attorney, John G(_@_)lligan, wouldn't disclose any information about the charities or proof that donations had been made." -- Lawyer, Lawyer, pants on fire! The lawyer knows where every penny has gone, and most of it in his personal favorite charity.. his wallet. Besides, can you imagine a legitimate "charity" taking such a donation?
---
WTVM9 story: "A Canadian company promises you'll never need a password to unlock an account again because of the Bionym bracelet. * Imagine flipping open your laptop and instead of typing in your child's name or birthday, your computer automatically unlocks. * The device was developed to make passwords a thing of the past. * The company claims it will replace bank cards, credit cards, key cards and will know who you are when you walk into a room." -- Whoa! Bracelets get lost and stolen.. why not just go to your Veterinarian and have him inject an ID chip in your neck; then you would only have to be worried about being decapitated.
---
If you tried out www.BarackObama.Com's "ObamaCare Calculator", you'll quickly realize that the 49 Million on food stamps are the only ones that will sign up for it. Now, instead of going to the ER without insurance, they can walk in proudly with their non-paid-into insurance card. Sorta like some of the welfare cards with MasterCard emblazoned on it when they present it to the clerks at the convenience store.
---
L-E headline: "CITY HEALTH CARE RATES COULD RISE " -- "could rise"? That's more certain than 'death & taxes' of which ObamaCare is both.
---
L-E story: "U.S. Attorney’s officials say a man has been indicted for calling in a bomb threat to the headquarters of Carmike’s movie theaters, according to a report. * (_*_) is charged with transmitting threats in interstate commerce, and it’s unclear if he has an attorney. Officials said (_*_) faces up to five years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000." -- Whoop-da-whoo... Yeah, 5 years in prison will be just about the right amount of time the (_*_) will need to learn and perfect how to make a bomb.
---
L-E story: "The Muscogee County School Board appears to have broken a state law Monday night when one of its representatives voted on hiring an immediate family member, but officials say the process is only a formality and doubt that any harm has been done. * Athavia “A.J.” Senior of District 3 didn’t recuse herself from the vote on the consent agenda, which included the hiring of her youngest daughter, Jonai, as an English Language Arts teacher at Fort Middle School. “I just didn’t know I was supposed to recuse myself,” Senior said Tuesday." -- Wow, my subjecture yesterday was right on the mark... After Mrs Senior's naming of a school after "Height", this really displays her "height of incompetence" for the board in general for not catching this vote at the gitgo.
---
Newt is right about Judas 00-bama's "foreign policy". Newt thinks 00-bama SHOULD HAVE ONE! me, too.
---
L-E's " Thought for Today": “We want the facts to fit the preconceptions. When they don’t it is easier to ignore the facts than to change the preconceptions.” — Jessamyn West, American author (1902-1984)." -- Now we know Algore's and the Obamarat's party political mantra origin.
---
"Positively Phenix City" would have a better chance of working if Phenix City, AL did something positive about changing its name to something other than the Phenix City everyone remembers.
---
A very talented wood worker, furniture maker has left this life all too soon. Daniel McGrotha (owned "Daniel's Den" on Veterans just into Harris County) died in a car wreck. Guess he should have been a bar-b-q maker so the staff at the L-E might have made mention of this loss to the area.
