Online headline: "Cleveland Kidnapper Found Hanging In Prison Cell" -- Did
not touch on this yesterday as I didn't want to dilute the focus on the (_*_)
judge in Montana who gave the teacher who raped a 14 year old (now dead by
suicide) student a 30 day sentence. That said, now we can focus on the Cleveland
DA/Court system that took the death sentence off the table on the (_*_) guy who
ruined 3 women's and their families' childhoods. Thank goodness the (_*_)
kidnapper turned out to be "honorable", if that's possible for an (_*_), and did
what the court should have ordered.

Online story: "BOSTON — A family asked Massachusetts' highest court
Wednesday to ban the daily practice of reciting the Pledge of Allegiance in
public schools, arguing that the words "under God" in the pledge discriminate
against atheists." -- From a nation, from probably the bee hive location of a
nation formed to escape the oppression of government, one couple can bring a
suit to undermine the one aspect that has held America together for 4 centuries.
If they don't believe in God, then just skip saying it, but be very thankful
they aren't in a Muslim country denying Allah exists.

If civil rights are the main concern of the ACLU, why doesn't it have
worldwide offices? Also, why isn't the NAACP headquartered in Rwanda, or the
N.O.W. headquartered in Iran? Sure seems suspect that organizations concerned
about rights and safety seem to prefer the protection of the US Constitution
they want to dismantle.

Good news! My nephew is back from Mali, and the timing couldn't be better.
Let's pray more often and harder for our soldiers Judas 00-bama is about to
expose to mid-eastern terrorist /jihadists.

Looks like Bill Clinton's latest lie is, "Chelsea, I didn't have dinner
with that steak, Filet Mignon-sky"
---
It was sorta ironic that McCain was caught playing poker while others asked
questions. Bet he was holding asses & jackasses.
---
The Republicans are such suckers.. their push to "seem" relevant in the
decision on whether to support Judas 00-bama's conclusion to engage in Syrian
actions has set them up for being blamed next election time for putting 'boots
on the ground" in Syrie. What the Republicans have really done is put Judas
00-bama's boot up their arses.

Online story: "AUSTIN, Texas -- A Texas judge is pushing Lance Armstrong
closer to his first sworn testimony on details of his performance-enhancing drug
use, ordering the cyclist to answer questions about who knew what and when about
his doping, including possibly his ex-wife and his attorneys." -- This is where
the 5th Amendment should be honored by the court system and Congress. Where was
this judge the day IRS' Lois Lerner took the 5th wrongly at a Congressional
inquiry?

L-E story: "SPRING, Texas — A fight
inside a Houston-area high school escalated into a series of stabbings Wednesday
that killed a 17-year-old student and wounded several others, sheriff’s
officials said. * Three students
described as “persons of interest” were taken into custody after the fight in
the cafeteria at Spring High School, about 20 miles north of Houston. Harris
County Sheriff Adrian Garcia said authorities were not searching for any other
suspects and that everyone involved in the fight were students from the school
district. * We believe a confrontation
of some sort occurred... that ultimately led into a physical confrontation that
produced weapons,” Garcia said. “There has been some information that this may
have been gang related.” -- Dang, we were left in the lurch of not
knowing if was an automatic or semi-automatic knife...

News Flash! Nancy Pelosi and Diane
Feinstein will initiate simultaneous knife control laws in Congress as soon as
they get back from vacation!

L-E headline: "Education chief says later start of school day could
help teens " -- Yeah, I can see it would help teens... they would still be home
when their parents went to work so they could sleep in without being nagged, and
as long as they get up before their parents get home, probably wouldn't get
caught. Is this the best Judas 00-bama's Secretary pf Education can come up
with?
---
So Bradley Manning has become Chelsea Manning.... now she-it has become a
WACko instead of a wacko.
---
From L-E's "Looking Back - 50 years ago today" feature: "Three Birmingham white schools scheduled to admit
Negroes were closed today under the prodding of Gov. George C. Wallace following
a midnight riot which claimed one life. The four-member city school board voted
unanimously to go along with Wallace." -- The L-E is doing us a favor by
reminding every one of "what was" compared to "what is". Let's just pray the Al
Sharptons, Jesse Jacksons, and Judas 00-bamas read this.

From the "that's the night the lights
went out in GA" department - Online story: " The parents of a south Georgia teen
found dead inside a rolled-up wrestling mat in a high school gym want federal
authorities to reopen a case that had been declared an accident, the family’s
attorney said Wednesday. * Sheriff’s
investigators had decided after months of investigation that 17-year-old
Kendrick Johnson died in a freak accident after he was found stuck upside down
Jan. 11 in the rolled-up mat, which was propped upright behind bleachers at his
Valdosta high school. Family attorney Chevene King said Wednesday that a new
autopsy by a private pathologist has concluded the boy died from an apparently
non-accidental blow to the neck. Johnson’s parents had reported the teen missing
when he didn’t return from school Jan. 10. * Sheriff Chris Prine in Lowndes County has previously
said he suspected Johnson became trapped while trying to retrieve a shoe that
fell into the center of the large rolled mat." -- Hmmm, this falls into
the "suicide by multiple shotgun lasts" category.

Random
thought: By the time St Francis and Columbus Regional hire all the doctors to
work directly for them, will there be any doctors we can go to for minor medical
problems?
---
L-E
headline: "Falcons’ Ryan has his money, now he
wants a championship " -- You know, it used to be that you got the championship
before you get "the money". What is the incentive
now?
---
L-E story: " Family Dollar, also is growing in the
market. Columbus building permits show the chain constructing a new store at
2333 Hamilton Road, with a construction price tag of $750,000 for the
8,250-square-foot structure. " -- It's ironic that our MCSD spends $300.00 a sq
ft to build a school to teach children who barely qualify to get a job in a
business that can be built for $90.00 a sq ft. This is an education in itself
for taxpayers.

Dick Tracy has become real. Samsung has introduced a
"smart-watch" that allows wearers to received text messages, plus make and
receive phone calls. Boy this'll eliminate your teen from saying he/she wasn't
near to his/her phone, or that it was cut off.
