Online headline/story: "Miriam Carey Identified As Woman Shot By Police Near Capitol * Ms. Carey managed to get out of the car, and was shot by several officers. According to a law enforcement official, she was not armed, and it was not known whether she presented an immediate danger." -- She could have been Judas 00-bama's daughter... I AM MIRIAM CAREY!
---
Looking at the video of the Miriam Carey escaping from her first crash site, I am baffled at how she got her car out of the situation. There must have been 10-20 police cars there, yet her car had a route out from there to get back to the traffic lanes, and speed off to her destiny with death.
---
How can Judas 00-bama even claim he's uncompromising on ObamaCare...he's already kowtowed to the unions and government staffers.
---
My bride and I almost watched "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" Wednesday night. I'd read that Cybill Shepherd was guest starring, and it might be worth a look. Two minutes into the show, it was obviously going to be "too dark, too violent" for our tastes so we switched to a rerun of "Castle" which we enjoy. Yesterday morning, we learned that NBC's show had combined Paula Deen & Trayvon Martin incidents into a single character and tried an assassination hatchet job on the South in general. Mixing untruths into 'entertainment' is cheap.. people who otherwise wouldn't have been subjected to NBC's racially biased news opinions now have a warped view of both incidences and a deeper racial profiling bias of the South.
---
In the South, our high schools play football on Friday nights, not in the afternoons like they do in Chicago and Boston because racism and school violence are rampant.
---
Have you noticed that Judas 00-bama is using bigger American flags in the background when he's speechifying this week?
---
L-E headline: "Federal civilian government employees, including the roughly 2,700 at Fort Benning, will be able to file for unemployment benefits during shutdown" --
The "shutdown" just had it's 3rd day... no payday has passed... how can people already have missed a pay check?
---
If Judas OO-bama has created 7.5 million jobs, how come less people are working now than when Judas 00-Bama started office?
---
Judas 00-bama says his arrogance and stubbornness are his way to demonstrate his leadership. Maybe dependent sheep find that milling around is leadership, but to thinkers, leadership is determined when some one steps forward and others follow in his footsteps.... voluntarily.

If I'd been the SUV driver swarmed by the NY biker gang, I just wouldn't have just sped off, I'd have stopped and backed up as well.
---
Senator Dodd & Representative Frank claimed the Wall Street Banks & Investment Firms were "too big to fail". Now Hillary is claiming children are "to small to fail". The truth is that government has gotten so big that every thing "fails".
---
McClatchy story: " In recent weeks, President Barack Obama has seen a wide variety of his policy proposals – foreign and domestic – lambasted on television ads, mocked at rallies and challenged in petitions. * None of that seems surprising until you know this: Each one of those campaigns was organized by members of his own party." -- Dang! Looks like McClatchy googled "BUSH43:, and saw that he left office in January of 2009.

Online story: "Islamists in Syria attack ancient Christian town of Saidnaya Pravoslavie, October 2, 2013 * Islamists are continuing to attack Christian settlements in Syria. After seizure of Ma'loula the jihadist groups made an attempt to take control over Saidnaya, which is situated to the north of the Syrian capital * The residents of this town are Christians. They speak Aramaic. Many Biblical events are connected with this place. According to a tradition, it was here that Cain killed his brother Abel. This place is called the beating heart of the Syrian Christianity. Monasteries of various denominations are situated here: of the Mother of God, of Cherubim, Mar Thoma and others." -- Guess who's arming these jihadist?
---
Tropical Storm Karen......hmmmm, who's gonna get blamed for this... Bush43 or Boehner?
---
L-E headline:" NAACP convention opens with panel on gun rights" -- Well, I wish it would open with "gun wrongs"... that's where the problems seem to come from.
---
From above L-E story: " “We have to go through so much to get a driver’s license because we know how dangerous a vehicle can be,” said Katonga Wright, a local attorney. “But with respect to guns, that can be even more deadly, everyone has access.” -- "everyone has access"? That's not a problem, that's a Constitutional guarantee! Of course, individual people can lose that right, and those who acquire guns illegally should be treated as dangerous, and not allowed back on our streets.
---
Has anyone figured out yet how the NAACP & the Urban League have conflicting "Black Tie Galas" fund raisers scheduled for the same time at the same event center on Saturday night?

A low info voter's L-E "soundoff": "Republicans believe the health care industry should make years of profits on young healthy people, but when they age, get sick, lose their jobs and insurance, and have preexisting conditions, they’re the taxpayer’s problem." -- Wait a minute... that's ObamaCare in a nutshell...
Another low info voter's L-E "soundoff": "This fight over Obamacare shows how ill prepared the new faces of the Republican Party are for leadership. They’d shut down the government for a fight they can’t win? What’s the definition of “fool”?" -- Hmmm, and I bet this lib called our Founding Fathers "fools", too, for starting a war with England 'they couldn't win'...
---
L-E's "Thought for Today":Knowledge is like a garden: if it is not cultivated, it cannot be harvested.” — Guinean saying. -- "Hmmm.. sorta like life... if you don't work, you shouldn't get a paycheck....
