Hmmm, I'm believing that all state Supreme and all Federal Court judges,
and all US Congresspersons and Senators need to take a remedial refresher course
on the U.S. Constitution. Stuff reaching the US Supreme Court should never have
been in the system.

A 20-something man won a $50,000-annually-for-life lottery in Massachusetts. * He
decided to take the cash option, according to MassLottery.com. He received a one-time payment of $650,000, minus taxes. * The site reported that he plans to pay off small debts and make some investments." -- Investments? Anyone wanna bet straight up that he files bankruptcy before he turns 30?

In less that a week, history could be made... instead of a "swearing in"
ceremony for Judas 00-bama's second term, we could witness a "swearing at"
ceremony. Besides, who's going to bellieve him when he swears to uphold our
Constitution and defend America?

From the "huh?" department - Online headline: "NSA Can't Tell Senator If
It's Spying On Him, Because That Would Violate His Privacy, Agency Says..." --
Huh? What arrogance on part of the NSA! When "it's" about you, you do have more
rights.
---
Online headline: "Chad Oulson, Slain Moviegoer, Was Texting Toddler
Daughter Before Curtis Reeves Shot Him" -- Hmmm, bet future moviegoers will take
managements directive to "cut off your cellphones" will get more attention than
in the past.
---
One thing that may get lost in the message of the above item is that the
man was at the movie and texting his toddler child. Reminds me of the State Farm
ad where the toddler freaks out at "the mime was talking"..was "the toddler
reading"?
--
Online headline: "Chris Christie Addresses Bridge Scandal In State Of The
State Speech" -- Christie doeth protest too much. Pretty soon, the voters are
going to get tired of his apologies.
---
From a L-E story: Uber businessman, and local Republican political entity,
Bob Wright said, "“This is nothing new,”. “I think people will vote for the
person and not the party. The last time I ran, I got 90 percent of the black
vote and 50 percent of the white vote." -- This is the danger of bloc voting..
When 90% of a segment can be swayed to vote because of outside influences, the
individual vote is compromised. A bloc vote does not for a person, it votes on a
political activist committee's desire to control politicians.

HuffPost headline: " Biden to attend working dinner with Detroit mayor" --
Huh? Detroit's present fiasco financial position looks like all decisions were
made during 4-martini lunch sessions, and now Detroit is going to break bread
with Bleep Veep Biden? Sounds like good money being thrown into a
toilet...

Online headline: "Entrepreneur's new invention could fix Obamacare
'disaster' -- Oooops, my bad.. thought someone had invented a time machine that
went back two weeks before the 2008 election with a video of Judas OO-bama's
OObamaCRAP lies.
---
You know, liberals are not the way they are because they cannot see; it's
because they won't open their eyes and look.
---
Times, indeed, have changed.. Was at a high school basketball game last
night, and every student there had a smartphone that cost more than my first
car, and most were driving cars that cost more than my first house.

Latest from www.barackobama/organizingforaction.com:
"Hal -- Over the weekend, I was shocked to read this: Nearly seven out of 10
uninsured people don't know that financial assistance may be available for
anyone looking for coverage through the new health insurance marketplace." --
Well, that makes sense.. that's about the number of publicly educated people who
can't or don't read.. Heck, even your Democratic Party leaders don't want bills
read. One thing that really stood out on this Judas 00-bama "e-mail" is that it
was from info@barackobama.com . Excuse
me, but he has gone to great lengths to claim his website was converted to "www.organizingforaction.com", and
typing in www.barackobama.com sends
you to www.organizingforaction.com" so
why isn't the Federal Election Commission investigating ths?
---
Oh! Got an invitation to sign a 50th Birthday card for Michele Obama.. I did, but stopped short of sending in the requested donation to elect more Democrats. Can't afford to elect more Democrats to tax me for her next years Vacation/Birthday party.

With a Democratic Party majority in both houses of the New Jersey
legislature, would Bridgegate even be in the newspaper if Governor Christie
actually went by the Democrat label he actually is?

Latest figures from OObamaCRAP says only 24% of the young people have
signed up. By OObamaCRAP's own words, the "dream" needs 40% of those young
people to sign up for it to work. Wait a minute...if everybody is required to
have insurance, doesn't OObamaCRAP need to be getting 100% of the young people
to be signed up?

L-E headline: "Baptist preacher accuses city of using ‘slave labor’ *
Hugley, Barnes deny claim, say prisoners work to learn skills" -- Well, the
preacher is obviously out of line, and Hugley and Pop Barnes should be applauded
for immediately standing up for what's right, but where were the other
Councilors and Mayor Obamalinson?
---
Trillions... TRILLIONS of tax dollars (and 00-bama monopoly dollars) wave
been spent on the "War on Poverty" since LBJ was president, yet their are more
people in more poverty situations than when "the War" was started. One of the
greatest reasons is simply the effect of good tax dollars being wasted, and the
effect that money has on inflation. Inflation is a powerful beast.. as it grows,
it sucks people into a bottomless pit.

Judy, Judy, Judy.... ignorance by any other name would be the same... once
again, the L-E ignores the policy it practices when it gives Republicans "op-ed"
space. The L-E notates Republican Party connections when 'op-ed" pieces are
printed, but conveniently "forgets" to mention that Judy F. Brouillette is the
Treasurer of the Muscogee Democratic Party, and the L-E conveniently "omits"
that weekly columnist, Karl Douglass is on Congressman Bishop's re-election
staff. - I don't agree with "the Judy" at any time, but occasionally partly
agree with Douglass' commentary, but that's not the issue. The issue is
transparency, but the only thing transparent is the bias of the L-E.

Usually, when a person adamantly fouls protest when he's caught with his
hand in the cookie jar, it's about 'the money". I do not believe this is the
case with A-Rod. A-Rod should be financially fixed at this point in his career,
so what's with his tenacity at the MLB rulings? It's got to be a misplaced sense
of importance and vanity. It's as if A-Rod believes he is bigger than "the
game"...

From the "what's the point of this story" department - L-E story: " A
juvenile was charged at Midland Middle School Monday after he brought a weapon
on school grounds, according to a Columbus police report. * The juvenile was
charged with carrying a weapon in a school safety zone around 2 p.m. It was not
stated on the report whether the juvenile was a student, what type of weapon he
was carrying and where the weapon was carried." -- OK. what exactly do we know
from this report: Perpetrator was a juvenile. Some undetermined type of weapon
was on a school campus. Why bother to print this if there is no knowledge of
whether the juvenile was a student, and there's no mention of the type of weapon
involved. As far as we know, some dropout was walking by a school carrying a
plastic knife or a Pop-Tart nibbled into the shape of a pistol> Why waste
ink, paper or time on reporting such as this.
---
L-E story: " MONTGOMERY, Ala. — Alabama’s graduation rate increased to a
record 80 percent for the Class of 2013, the state school superintendent
announced Tuesday." -- Hmmm, now the real question that needs to be asked: HOw
many of those 80% given diplomas are life or college ready. Graduation rates
should be 100% but that's not as important as graduates actually knowing how to
enter the next stage of their lives.
---
L-E story: " Seven Atlanta Braves — first baseman Freddie Freeman,
outfielder Jason Heyward, third baseman Chris Johnson, closer Craig Kimbrel,
pitcher Kris Medlen, pitcher Mike Minor and outfielder Jordan Schafer — have
field for salary arbitration." -- Hmmm, wonder how many are willing to take a
cut that is commiserate with their importance to the team?
---
L-E story: " PASADENA, Calif. — The Bible is still hot, at least as a
television property. * The WGN America network said Sunday that it has ordered a
10-part series, “Ten Commandments,” with a unique twist. Over 10 nights, 10
different filmmakers will take on a single commandment with a modern
interpretation of its meaning." -- I can see the disclaimers now... "loosely
based on a popular book.". "Any resemblance to known characters is purely
co-incidental."
