The L-E, and I'm sure many other liberal sources are smugly smirking at Judas 00-Barnum's arrogance, but what these bastions of liberalness don't realize is that 00-Barnum's skirting of the Constitutional powers granted Congress, means he wouldn't have a problem skirting the 1st Amendmendent as well, and the L-E couldn't operate without that guaranteed protection.
