Online story: "Angling to avoid political peril, the Obama administration Monday granted employers another delay in a heavily criticized requirement that medium-to-larger firms cover their workers or face fines. * In one of several concessions in a complex Treasury Department regulation of more than 200 pages, the administration said companies with 50 to 99 employees will have an additional year to comply with the coverage requirement, until January 1, 2016." -- Judas 00-Barnum and his Circus Jackasses may not read the Constitution nor bills that they pass, but they are reading between the lines and the handwriting on the wall. Of course, true to form, what they are doing is not Constitutionally legal and the Supreme Court should step in and trump 00-Barnum.
---
Gen Petraeus says he thinks Hillary would be a "tremendous" president. Well, he said McCain was his man, too, and that Judas 00-Barnum was also good. Why was this man in charge of our military?
---
You know, mainstream media is more interested in the closing of two bridge traffic lanes between NY & NJ than it is/was in the deaths of 4 Americans at the Benghazi Embassy. Mainstream media should be embarrassed.
---
I don't know how the Arizona prosecutor can equate 30 years in prison for the Mexican illegal who killed one of our border guards with justice. Justice won't be served until the responsible DOJ agents/officials get arrested for "fast&furious".
---
The next time a liberal expresses his/her wish that he/she feels that Denmark is a country the US should be more like, remind them that zookeepers like kids to watch them kill, skin, and feed giraffes to the lions.
---
Hmmm, and if the "something rotten in the state of Denmark" hasn't changed your liberal friends, just "Google" French President Hollande's name.
---
If you still need a good example to wave in liberals' faces about their dream countries, throw Norway's men's Curling team pants at them. Norway must be conservative cause those pants look like something only Republicans would wear to their Country Club golf courses.
---
Speaking of the outrageous Norwegian Curling pants I noticed that Nike designed our American team's uniforms, but I can only imagine how motivated Nike will be at designing even uglier uniforms for the Oregon Ducks' Curling team.

Have you seen the trailer for "Winter's Tale" being released Valentine's Day? The trailer says it's rated PG13. THE TRAILER ITSELF doesn't qualify as PG13

I think I'm gonna reconsider my vote this year to any candidate that ends his ads with "I approve this ad".

Online headline: "NAACP: Bring Photo ID To Protest Photo ID Laws" -- What can I add?
---
Those "Blair Papers".. the one's where Hillary is reported to say it was her fault that Bill was involved with that "narcissistic loony tune (Monica Lewinsky).... WRONG! It was Bill's fault! Hillary's fault was for not "fixing him".
---
I know the adage says, ".... but keep your enemies closer.", but how does one remain friends with a person you regard as "ruthless"?
---
How appropriate... the company hired for fixing the OObamaCRAP nightmare had been exposed as having ethics problems. The IG for the postal service said the same company didn't fix its problems, either.
---
That tremendous rendition of the KY All-State choir's National Anthem.. I'm waiting for the ACLU to go after the Kentucky State Superintendent of Education for honoring our flag.
---
A Democrat Congressman, Keith Ellison of Minn, defended OObamaCRAP from the report by the CBO that over 2 million jobs would be cut from full to part time by saying that Americans already work longer hours than any other industrialized country so this would be good. Hope Minnesotans do something 'good' for America... cut Ellison's hours completely.

Hmmmm..No wonder Judas 00-Barum doesn't want children reading the Bible in classrooms.. they would find this story about his life:

Proverbs 6:16-19
New International Version (NIV)
16 - There are six things the Lord hates,
seven that are detestable to him:
haughty eyes, (as shown with the Danish prime minister)
17 - a lying tongue,(where do I begin)
hands that shed innocent blood,(Benghazi)
18 - a heart that devises wicked schemes,(fast & furious)
feet that are quick to rush into evil, (Afghanistan)
19 - a false witness who pours out lies (Beer Summit)
and a person who stirs up conflict in the community. (Israel))
---
You know.. if Judas 00-Barnum got down on his knees, came out and apologized for lying... could you really believe him?
---
Online headline: "Hollande and Obama make joint call for climate accord" -- Hmm, guess both are trying to explain the "hot flashes" their women have been experiencing.
---
I don't need to unravel scientists' claims that God didn't create our universe... I haven't seen or heard a scientist who can explain what their "big bang" theory came from, and haven't seen any examples of ape-to-man evolution roaming Earth today. I have seen God's work in action, though...

L-E headline: "CLAIM AGAINST MICHAEL EDDINGS DROPPED * Title insurance company still seeks $2M judgment against ex-wife Sonya Eddings for financial misconduct" -- Will someone please tell me when it's safe to stop holding my nose?

L-E headline/story: "Reese Road’s charter renewal questioned * (Cathy) Williams questioned the school’s progress on test scores, where the school has fallen short on some of the goals it set in the original charter five years ago. She also questioned the charter’s request to limit the enrollment to 450 students. It is around 600 now. * “What would we do if all of our elementary schools would want to have this same flexibility, to have a full-time art, music and PE teacher, have a school enrollment below the capacity of the building to cocoon their kids the way they want to have room to breathe and yet not achieve the goals they set five years prior?” Williams asked. “I’m struggling with this, and I love Reese Road.” * Williams also noted 37 percent of Reese Road’s faculty and staff disapproved of the charter renewal application." -- Wow... what this really does is question the leadership of the Board and qualifications of every teacher/administrator in the school system. If the administrative staff of a school given permission to run a program without the normal hindrances of school politics, and it cannot distinguish itself from other schools, we have a problem bigger than anything Houston dealt with concerning NASA.

Low info voter's L-E "soundoff": "In reference to a letter to the editor, fumbles are the result of not staying focused, but they’re also the result of the opposition trying to create fumbles." -- You know, when you are given or accept the ball, it's your job to keep it safe regardless of other people's intents.
---
L-E's "Thought for Today": “Respect for ourselves guides our morals; respect for others guides our manners.” — Laurence Sterne, Irish-born English author (1713-1768)." -- Hmmm, obviously another truism left out of the Democrat's political playbook.
---
Who'd guess Paul Olson would support Mayor Obamalinson, when there's really only one issue that counts, and that's c-r-i-m-e, and her record is criminal on its own.
---
Why do people hide their campaign for marijuana behind a "it's for the children" agenda? We all sympathize at the unusual medical situations of children, but to expose all children to the ills of a drug world just to tyry something to see if it might help/work is not a prudent solution to personal problems/needs. Take the child to a state that already allows dispensing cannabis, and if it makes a noticable difference, then consider moving there. I'm sure our community will help.

L-E headline: "SENATOR SEEKS RECORDS ON MILITARY SEX CRIMES" -- You know, I just wish she, every Senator for that matter, would just attend to the sex crimes of the Senate members.

L-E story about intra-canal hearing aid, Lyrica: " The hearing aids must be changed about every three months. They are sold by the hospital on a subscription basis with a user purchasing a year’s worth at a time. Wise could not give an exact price. “It depends on the insurance,” he said." -- "depends on the insurance"? Of all the problems in healthcare, this is one that should be eliminated... pricing services/devices depending on what the manufacturer/distributor can maximally get for them. No other industry does this, or, for that matter, could really get away with it. I had an experience with an adjustable "cast" several years ago when I broke my ulna. Using a traditional cast, my healing process would have required 4 of them at $120.00 a pop. I was fitted with a velcro strapped aluminum device instead. Being a self-pay patient, I actually got to see the bill... $460.00. I researched similar devices, and found the very best one had been developed as a tool for "curing" a golf swing flaw. It retailed for $49.95. I took this info to my physician who was dumfounded at the cost of the medical device he had been educated by the prosthesis provider which had an office in the medical facility. My doctor came with me as I confronted the in-house third party prosthesis "attendant/fitter". That man said he didn't know what the device cost either as he dispensed them and his company did the billing. He, too, was alarmed at what the billing cost was. Seems the billing department arm of his business was use to only billing to insurance companies, and billed them at the highest price that each insurance company would process. After a lot of hem-hawing, I got a 50% discount adjustment, and only paid $230.00 for the device I could have bought from a golf retailer for $49.95.
---
You know, with the high deductibles on OObamaCRAP insurance , I would have ended up paying the full price of that device (maybe even more), and had no recourse to challenge it.

Actor Burt Reynolds is 78 today.. His hairpiece is about 56.

There was a memory lane trip last week about the Beatles first show on The Ed Sullivan Show. I remember the report after the original viewing in 1964 that none of the audience actually heard them singing. Audience noise was too loud. Those of us who got only to watch on TV got to hear them sing.
