HuffPost story: "Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) tweeted * "Can't believe
we live in a world where we'd even consider letting big corps deny women access
to basic care based on vague moral objections. The current Supreme Court has
headed in a very scary direction" -- This woman lied about her heritage and got
favored treatment in a job placement at Harvard, and blames corporate decisions
deny women to make personal choices in their lives? Good grief... is there
anyone in the Democratic Party who knows what the truth is?

Online story: "In a recording posted online Tuesday, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi declared he wants to turn the enclave his fighters have carved out in the heart of the Middle East into a magnet for militants. He also presented himself as the leader of Islam worldwide, urging Muslims everywhere to rise up against oppression. * The audio message came two days after al-Baghdadi's group, the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant, unilaterally declared the establishment of an Islamic state, or caliphate, in the land it controls. It also proclaimed al-Baghdadi the caliph, and demanded that all Muslims around the world pledge allegiance to him. " -- Hmmm... maybe we should help him.. out of unity, of course.. say... how about buying one-way tickets for those that want to go there. Then.. blow up every airport landing strip, and build huge pig farms completely surrounding the caliphate. With sharia law being their system, it wouldn't be too long before they "honor kil"l all the women.. no more Muslim babies, and eventually, no more Muslim jihadists..

Online story: " A Nevada-based startup that plans on selling medical and recreational marijuana products named former New Mexico governor and U.S. Libertarian presidential candidate Gary Johnson as its CEO and president, the company announced Tuesday. * The announcement came as Cannabis Sativa Inc. said it had acquired marijuana research business Kush * Johnson said he hoped to expand Cannabis Sativa into a major marijuana business and intends to work out of New Mexico to help develop products that are legal in states like Colorado and Washington" -- Huh? Even though Colorado and Washington have passed state laws allowing recreational usage, marijuana is still illegal in all 50 state under federal law, how does a company in another state plan to grow and ship an illegal product in and across other states? That "what've they been smoking" question keeps popping into my mind.

Online headline/story: "Even George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley knows it hasn’t been a great week for the President. In an interview with CNN, the liberal professor lists the reasons why Obama would rather just stay in bed this week * 1. The administration was found to be in violation of the 4th Amendment and privacy RE: NSA phone data collection, 2. Obama was found in violation of separation of powers when he made unconstitutional recess appointments, 3. the Supreme Court found the Administration-backed unions in violation of the First Amendment, 4. the President’s signature legislation was found to be in violation of religion clauses." -- Good grief.. you'd think mainstream media would find a story in here somewhere...

Online story: "Claiming it could no longer abide the Obama administration’s five-year refusal to approve construction of the Keystone XL pipeline designed to bring 830,000 barrels a day of much-needed Alberta shale oil to U.S. refineries, the Canadian government recently approved plans for a huge new pipeline and port project to ship that oil to Asia instead. When completed, the $7.9 billion Enbridge Northern Gateway Project, approved by Canada’s federal government on June 17, will consist of an environmentally safe, 730-mile oil pipeline. * Rather than purchasing crude from a friendly and allied neighbor, the United States will most likely need to continue its reliance upon hostile sources like Venezuela. * Refusal to approve Keystone has forced suppliers to deliver their flammable crude via thousands of trucks and railcars traveling on America’s highways and railroads, rather than in a pipeline." -- You know..forget the Supreme Court "Grand Slam", mainstream media will applaud the Mosqued Man's resolve for taking a stand on not creating jobs. Maybe somebody should inform MSM that those would have been oil, trucking and dock union jobs, too.

The GOP ought to buy up every available billboard in San Francisco and put Nancy Pelosi inane quotes on them, followed by the statement: "Pelois is not nearly as stupid as the voters who keep sending her back to Congress. If it helps, the Republican Party will pay for her to move to Hawaii if you'll just send someone else to Washington instead."

Online story: "The evil folks at Hobby Lobby pay their full-time employees a minimum of $14 an hour. That is nearly double the national average for minimum wage. The hourly wage for part-time employees is also $9.50." -- Hmmm... looks like Hobby Lobby folks can pay for their own abortions.

Is it just me, or are you wondering, too, why it seems anytime you see/hear about your friends retiring, they are retiring from a government job while small business owners have to continue to work?
---
Good grief... The Mosqued Man's spinmeisters are out proclaiming that the Hobby Lobby Court decision is evil because it allows corporations, rather than government, decide what it wants to offer its employees as incentives/benefits. How can even Democrats think , even feel, thus is good for the future if America?

Some Colorado l(_*_)wyer has filed a suit challenging whether marijuana retailers should collect/pay sales taxes. He says it could be used against his clients because it's against the federal law to possess/sell marijuana. Good grief..if you are operating out of a brick&mortar store with signs advertising your business, what other evidence would the feds need? What these people are doing is trying to lower consumer costs so they don't buy it from street corner dealers. It's ironic that the cities in Colorado will have to increase their drug squads to make sure street dealers are arrested so citizens will buy it in a store and collect the sales taxes. Amazing..most of these cities thought they would cut police costs, but that isn't going to happen.

L-E story: "California's marketplace for buying individual health insurance often failed to verify important personal information and resolve discrepancies in applications, a critical process in determining if people are eligible for taxpayer subsidies, a federal watchdog said Tuesday. * Covered California did not resolve inconsistencies in data, failed to verify citizenship and legal residence, * A companion report by the inspector general said there were inconsistencies in the enrollment eligibility of 145,307 applicants in California out of more than 500,000 applicants based on early enrollment data from October to December 2013. The vast majority of the inconsistencies were in income and citizenship" -- Once again, an inadequate system of identification rears its ugly and costly head. How can the DOJ stay focused on fighting states on their attempts to make voters get valid photo IDs to vote and collect benefits from state/federal paid programs?

Something to never forget: Saul David Alinsky, a writer, was an American community organizer and writer. He is generally considered to be the founder of the modern community organizing movement. He is most noted for his book Rules for Radicals. Hillary did her college thesis on his writings, and Obama writes about him in his books.

“As Mayor, I have made public safety the top priority of my administration. Accordingly, in response to a new statewide gun law that took effect today, the City has taken extra security measures to keep employees and citizens safe at our facilities. * “Effective today, City recreation centers with extensive summer programming will be staffed with security officers to screen entrants and prevent firearms from entering the buildings." -- You know.. Flat out, enact and enforce the death penalty on convicted felons who fire a weapon in a subsequent crime!
