Why does mainstream media find "offense" when Supreme Court decisions are 5-4, and special egregious offense when the 5-4 vote is for the conservative aspect of a question presented to the Court? Let's face , those 9-0 decisions should have been handled in the lower courts.. When a question is worthy of Supreme Court consideration, there almost should be a 5-4 or 6-3 decision determining the results.
