HuffPost headline/story: "John Boehner's Lawsuit Hits Obama On Health Care Law Changes * "In 2013, the president changed the health care law without a vote of Congress, effectively creating his own law by literally waiving the employer mandate and the penalties for failing to comply with it," Boehner said. * Obama and Democrats have dismissed the lawsuit as a political stunt by Republicans to shore up support among their base going into November's midterm elections." -- Doh.. Of course the Man of Steal has "dismiussed" the lawsuit as a political stunt... what's a couple of laws after he's already "dis'd" the Constitution?

Online story: "Fox News host Bob Beckel used a racial slur in a rant about China on 'The Five' Thursday.
"The Chinese are the single biggest threat to the national security of the U.S.," he said. "They have been, they will be and they can wait, they're very patient. Do you know what we just did? As usual, we bring them over here and we teach a bunch of Chinamen -- er, Chinese people -- how to do computers and then they go back to China and hack into us." * Sadly, this isn't the first time Beckel has made an offensive comment about Asian people. * Last year, he said that, after he went swimming, his "eyes blew up, and it made me look Oriental." * He's also used the term "crackers" to describe white people." -- Hmmm, you guessed it.. Blob Beckel is the Mosqued Man's puppet spinmeister on the Fox anchor crew.. unlike Juan Williams get fired by NPR for expressing his personal fear of Muslims then being "saved" by Fox, Blob Beckel will make an insincere apology and Fox will say it is "fair and balanced".

You know.. mainstream media will defend Hillsbury Dough-Girl and Where's Waldobama to the max on Benghazi based on there wasn't time after the start to actually get trained personnel there in time, so""what difference did it make". Of course the real issue is that no one knew what the time line would be, and no effort was initiated by either him or her to save American lives. That... neither one can talk their way around.

HuffPost headline: "Israel Dramatically Escalates Air Strikes On Gaza" -- Once again, HuffPost shows it's leftist bias.. "Israel Dramatically Escalates"? How about "Israel Defends it's citizens from Terrorist Attacks"?
---
HuffPost story: "Chelsea Clinton has followed her parents' footsteps into the paid lecture circuit, earning as much as $75,000 per speaking engagement.
The New York Times reports that Chelsea Clinton (Mezvinsky.. let's not let her get away with being married to the son on a crook ), the daughter of former President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, is giving all her earnings to the family's nonprofit Clinton Foundation. (Clinton (Mezvinsky) is the vice chairwoman of the organization.) According to Clinton( Mezvinsky )spokesman Kamyl Bazbaz, her speeches “are on behalf of the Clinton Foundation, and 100 percent of the fees are remitted directly to the foundation." The majority of her talks, Bazbaz says, are unpaid" -- Good grief.. having people make donations to your family's foundation which pays your salary is a huge tax dodge.. In fact, it use to be illegal, but who knows what's considered illegal by the IRS under the Man of Steal.

Online story: " A TSA agent blamed for letting one man carrying a loaded handgun and another with a flip knife board Phoenix-to-London flights on the same day last month is out of a job, * Both passengers flew the more than 10 hour flights to London with the weapons in their carry-on bags, * Neither passenger tried to use the weapons while aboard the flights * In the more serious of the two June 22 incidents, W***** J***** R***** was going through transfer screening at Heathrow Airport to board a British Airways flight to Paris when airport security discovered his loaded Glock handgun * Checks with two law enforcement databases revealed that R***** has a criminal record" -- You know.. mistakes are going to be made no matter how good the intentions are, but what offends me most about this are the TSA the incidences where a wheelchair bound grandmother wearing "Depends", and a less than 1 year old baby in diapers had to be strip searched. Good grief.. the gun was in his carry on luggage which goes through a pretty powerful x-ray stream. Hey, if you've seen one semi-automatic handgun, you've seen'em all. Firing was not enough!

From the "good grief" department - HuffPost story: "The Florida Legislature illegally redrew boundaries defining congressional districts to benefit the Republican Party, a circuit court judge ruled Thursday. * The League of Women Voters, along with a coalition of voters, challenged the state's Republican-controlled Legislature after it redrew congressional district lines in 2012, suggesting boundaries were manipulated to benefit GOP candidates." -- Once again.. the HuffPost and a low circuit court judge showed not only it's bias, but ignorance as well. When the mandatory redistricting following the 201o Census was drawn up.. there were 17 Republicans and 10 Democrats serving as Florida's Congressional representatives. What's a districting map going to look like.. How can redistricting not reflect the people's decision who they want serving them?

There're a few billboards around town proclaiming "more people" prefer Pepsi over Coke. Of course that's a lie, but what would you expect from a company that copied its logo off of an Obama campaign sign?
---
Online story: "A federal judge has ordered the IRS to explain "under oath" how the agency lost a trove of emails from the official at the heart of the Tea Party targeting scandal.&#" -- Hmmm,, wanna bet on the judge's next audit date?
---
Online story: "Iraqi jihadists have grabbed 88 pounds of uranium compounds from a Mosul University science lab, but U.S. and international weapons experts are downplaying the possibility the deadly toxins could be used to make a so-called "dirty bomb." -- Good grief... Even Jay Carney would have balked at telling the press that he didn't think the Iraqi jihadists couldn't possibly consider using uranium compounds in a "dirty bomb"!
---
L-E headline: "Ex-minor leaguers sue MLB over low salaries" -- Well, well, well... since the NCAA is being sued to unionize college athletes so they can get paid, now minor league washouts want more financial considerations. Good grief ... boys, it's like this.. if you're not good enough to make it to "the show", it doesn't give you the right to go and "show your arse".

L-E headline/story: "DA evaluating murder case against felon connected to five homicides * The 2011 murder charge against convicted felon (_*_)ntonio D**** K**** is being evaluated, Russell County District Attorney Kenneth Davis said Thursday. * K**** was out on bond for the homicide of Timothy Turman and wearing a GPS ankle monitor when police say he played a part in the Feb. 19 shooting death of his nephew, Sayquawn Lamer Wiggins, who died from multiple gunshot wounds in the cemetery of New Hope Baptist Church in Cottonton, Ala. * In addition to the two murder charges King currently faces, he’s been connected to three previous homicides, according to authorities and court records " -- Good grief.. Forget wondering how a previously convicted felon gets a bond set on a violent homicide case, how does a person with three previous homicide CONVICTIONS get out on the street to kill two more people? You know.. in Alabma a person charged with writing bad checks cannot get a bond set because such people are pretty much going to do that again... why doesn't that logic apply to previously convicted violent felons?

L-E story: "Georgia summers get a lot of heat -- sorry -- for their oppressive humidity and tendency to linger well into September. But a new interactive imagines something worse: how much worse the summer will be in 2100, after almost another century of climate change. * Climate Control has put together a survey of more than 1,000 American cities that forecasts what the summers will feel like, and what cities around the world will be most comparable. * "On average, summer heat is projected to warm 7-10 (degrees), though some cities will have summers 12 (degrees) warmer than they are now," Climate Control's report said." -- Good grief.. how can the L-E print this garbage as "news" much less "factual news"? In fact, the only thing that may give credence to this theory, is that the L-E has wasted the life of too many trees to print this, and fewer trees might contribute to climate warming...

Online headline/story: " 20 Reasons Obama’s Line About Not Being ‘Interested in Photo-Ops’ is Knee-Slapper of the Century * Yesterday, in a national address, President Obama decided to respond to calls from Republicans and even some fellow Democrats urging him to visit the southwestern border in Texas. Obama said:“This isn’t theater… This is a problem. I’m not interested in photo-ops. I’m interested in solving a problem.” -- Good grief.. without even going into his Hollywood folder or his "beer summit" occasions, let's just mention his "selfies" with the German woman during the funeral of Nelson Mandela...

Online headline: "ISIS militants sledgehammer Mosul tomb of Prophet Jonah" -- Seriously, what's it going to take for non-radical Muslims to stand up and put jihadists down?
---
From the "huh?' department - Online story: "President Barack Obama’s approval rating is higher among Muslims than any other religious group, a new poll says. * According to a Gallup poll released Friday that tracked responses for the first six months of 2014, 72 percent of Muslims said they approve of the president, compared with just 20 percent who disapprove." -- What could make Muslims in the US feel this way? My guess Muslims feel the Mosqued Man is one of them.
---
Online story: "Costco has a real public relations nightmare on its hands, and it’s spreading like wildfire throughout social media. * the popular discount warehouse giant “has issued an order to remove all copies of Dinesh D’Souza’s bestselling book, America: Imagine the World Without Her, from the shelves of its stores nationwide.” * D’Souza’s book, released on June 2, is ranked #1 in Amazon’s Commentary and Opinion subsection of Politics and Government, and the #3 hardcover book overall in Amazon’s Politics and Government section. * Costco co-founder and director Jim Sinegal is a huge leftist, a major Democrat donor, and even spoke at the 2012 Democrat convention that nominated Obama." -- Hmm, too bad we don't have a Costco here I could stop patronizing..
---
You know, the only reason the Mosqued Man wants Congress to approve $3.7 Billion for the illegal alien minors is to embarrass Republicans as being uncaring. Why doesn't he just whip out his now famous pen & phone and solve it himself? Hmmm, on the other hand.. the Mosqued Man may have run out of ink to write checks with..

LIV's L-E "soundoff": " Americans are beginning to understand that most corporate “job creators” reinvest in their own stocks, salaries, offshore businesses and foreign tax havens while laying off workers and defrauding regular taxpayers." -- Good grief.. the only way I can explain this guy is that he's never owned a business, and prefers government entitlement programs to getting a real job.
---
L-E story: " It sounds like science fiction: A device that can be surgically installed in the brain to help form, store and recall memories. * But the Pentagon is betting tens of millions of dollars that so-called neuroprosthetics will someday be used by victims of traumatic brain injuries and other conditions to overcome memory problems." -- Hmmm.... you know.. without artificial stimuli, I recall stories of the Pentagon paying $1,200.00 for hammers, and $3,000.00 for toilet seats... I think I'd feel better if someone other than the Pentagon folks were paying for the development of such hardware.
