Tell you what... the more I hear liberals squeal about "botched" death sentence events being cruel and unusual, the more intrigued I am at making such "botched" applications "the standard" for executions. You know, if such deaths were offered on "pay per view", we could probably cut down on criminals committing crimes of violence , and at the same time raise enough revenue to eliminate the National Debt.

Online headline/story: "Massive water main break floods UCLA * A ruptured 30-inch pipe spewed out millions of gallons, wreaking havoc on the Los Angeles campus. * The 30-inch, 93-year-old pipe that broke under nearby Sunset Boulevard sent millions of gallons of water across the school's athletic facilities, including Pauley Pavilion which recently underwent a $132 million renovation that was completed in October 2012. At least an inch of water covered the floor" -- Hmmm.. guess we can expect Sen Diane Feinstein and Congressperson Pelosi to introduce new legislation to move refugee smelter fish and snail darters to Pauley Pavilion for emergency housing if the reservoir is drained. Oh, and reduce the water rations farmers and home owners are allowed to grow food and grass.

---
Online headline: "Obama ramps up sanctions against Russia" -- Ooops my bad.. thought Factless Shrugged had hired Dean Vernon Wormer who ordered Russia be put under "double secret probation.

---
Online story: "ESPN has hit Stephen A. Smith where it hurts most -- his airtime. * The network announced on Tuesday that it was pulling the First Take talker for a week from his ESPN2 morning show and ESPN Radio. He will return to ESPN next Wednesday. Smith is likely to take a break from social media as part of the move." -- Hmmm.. guess Smith's glad he's not a Republican.. he'd have been fired altogether, and Republicans everywhere would have been blamed for his "war on women".

---
L-E headline: "Sam Mitchell wants camp to be about more than basketball" -- Hmmm.."to be about more than basketball"...well, with Stephen A. Smith speaking, he got his wish.

---
I received the worst phone call ever yesterday. It was a call from a local store to "personally" thank me for being a customer. Funny thing is that it was a computer voiced "robo-call" ... Man..what's "personal" about that?

---
HuffPost headline: "Israel hits symbols of Hamas rule; scores killed" -- Hmmm.. Hamas must have the Common Core math program. Hamas hasn't figured out that if it stops firing missiles, Israel will stop firing missiles back. What is it now.. 3 UN run schools that have been storing missile/ammunition in them have been hit by the Israelis? You know, Factless Shrugged has been sending Millions of dollars to support those UN schools... If US money were stopped, those schools would probably be shut down and children would be safe from being used as Hamas shields.

HuffPost story: " A ruling by the New York regional office of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) says that the giant McDonald's hamburger chain shares responsibility for workers' wages and working conditions with the operators of its franchise restaurants. * McDonald's can now be named as a "joint employer" in 113 unfair labor practices complaints filed by franchise workers that are currently pending across the nation, according to Mic(_*_)h W********, an attorney for Levy R(_*_)**, the law firm which represents New York City fast-food workers. The designation could give workers more clout in future legal actions seeking higher wages or better working conditions, or protesting firing decisions." -- Wait a minute.. First, isn't the NLRB the specific board that the Supreme Court just invalidated Factless Shrugged's "recess" appointments? Secondly.. doesn't this mean that since Factless Shrugged "franchised" Pric Holder as AG, that Factless Shrugged is responsible for his inactions in upholding American laws?

---
HuffPost headline: "White House Issues Bold Climate Change Warning" -- Good grief.. has Factless Shrugged drawn a line in the sand and dared God?

---
Online headline: "Florida warns beach-goers of flesh-eating bacteria in state waters" -- Ooops, my bad.. thought this was a new IRS program to extract that well-known "pound of flesh" we've always heard about.

---
Online story: "Newly released emails show a key White House adviser, Valerie Jarrett, intervened on behalf of the health insurance industry after an executive repeatedly warned that massive premium hikes were coming unless the administration expanded an ObamaCare program that Republicans call an industry "bailout." * The controversy pertains to a program known as “risk corridors,” which allows the government to aid insurers that lose money by paying them from a pool of cash collected from insurers that turn a profit * The insurance industry, though, was concerned there wouldn’t be enough cash in the pool to go around. * A string of emails starting on April 4 of this year shows Chet Burrell, president of CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield, bringing this issue to Jarrett’s attention – and issuing blunt warnings that premiums could rise if the administration didn’t change course." -- and Factless Shrugged....

Mainstream media has joined the Democrats in taunting John Boehner to indeed "impeach" the Mosqued-man. For once Boehner is right that the Democrats want him to start impeachment proceeding as such would be a total distraction from the real issues between now and November. Even talking about the possibility or probability does the same thing.

---
Republicans need to bury such impeachment talks. The Senate would not convict him so charges would be moot. Besides... the more Factless Shrugged reveals himself, the more the independent voters will return to sanity.

L-E headline/story: "Council hears pitch for tax measure on November ballot * For more than two hours Tuesday morning, Columbus Council listened to three experts from Atlanta outlining the advantages of Tax Allocation Districts, an economic development tool that allows newly created tax revenue to be plowed back into specially designated areas for infrastructure improvements to encourage redevelopment" -- We've been down this road before with Mayor Obamalinson and it proved to be in as bad shape as the current roads in Columbus are now. I've driven on multiple roads over the past months, and our roads are as in bad a shape as I can ever recall. Oh, we have public projects that drain our coffers because they do not produce positive cash flow, and we have millions invested in the Pave the Chattahoochee project, including a $244K toilet, and she's spent enough tax dollars on wasteful political payback projects that would have paid for another 10-20 new cops on the street. This plus she can't balance our budget without reducing our fund balance. Besides, the citizens of Columbus designated 30% of the last LOST to be used for existing infrastructure needs, but the Mayor has frittered those funds away on 'new toys'.

---
The Mayor is back.. trying to ram those Tax Allocation Districts through. The first time she tried, her examples blew up in her face when people actually looked into them, so why's she doing this again? Diverting good tax dollars to try and stop an area's decline just delays the inevitable, but in a slower, most costly manner. When areas "bottom out", then , and only then, will developers take the risk of redevelopment.

---
You know.. the people and groups being assembled to lead discussions on the T.A.D. issue are limited to those who stand to personally gain from such. That's not a discussion plan.. that's a brainwashing attempt.

---
L-E story: "The NCAA agreed on Tuesday to help athletes with head injuries..... * The deal, filed in U.S. District Court in Chicago, calls for the NCAA to toughen return-to-play rules for players who receive head blows" -- Helmets have improved to the point players don't get surface injuries even when they use their helmets as weapons. Put the players back into older style helmets, sans face masks, and see if that doesn't curtail concussion causing contact.

---
Online story: "Michelle Nunn can come across as a “lightweight,” “too liberal,” not a “real Georgian.” * These may sound like attacks from the Senate candidate’s Republican rival, but in fact, those are a few of the concerns expressed in her own campaign plan, which sources say was posted online briefly in December * From all appearances, the document was intended to remain confidential." -- You know.. besides wondering how the state election laws will allow a voter to be on the ballot using a non-matching voter registration name, with her upbringing in Maryland as the daughter of a sitting Senator, you have to wonder why she would think Georgians would consider her "one of us"?

---
Online story: "Diane Feldman, a Democratic pollster and strategist who counts among her clients Minnesota senator Al Franken, South Carolina representative James Clyburn, and former Los Angeles mayor Antonio Villaraigosa. Feldman, who did not return calls seeking comment, is frank in her characterization of the demographic groups — Jews, Asians, African Americans, Latinos, and gays — that are essential to a Democratic victory" -- How can the Jewish community sit back and be content to be considered a "demographic group" of the Democratic Party? How can Asians be content, or African-Americans or gays as well. It's pretty obvious that the Democratic hierarchy is white based, and uses/tolerates the "demographic groups" as political pawns to get its agenda through.

I just got hold of the Hilton Heights Homeowners Association newsletter, and was blown away by the number of crimes being perpetrated in that area... most of which is not reported in the L-E. You know, with all the crimes that are reported, the fact that so many more aren't just makes one wonder just how deep was the collusion of the L-E to get Mayor Obamalinson re-elected.

---
Online headline: "Washington state pols weigh controversial 'In God We Trust' plaque" -- You know.. "In God We Trust" is not a religion statement.. its an acknowledgement of our creator. It's obvious what "they" are smoking, but how do people elect politicians that think God doesn't exist?

---
Is "Strongly worded letter" the best he has to offer? Does Factless Shrugged really think a "strongly worded letter" will work better than the lines he's drawn in the sand?

---
You know.. the world used to be at peace knowing that America stood in the shadows to protect other countries when despots got antsy. Now the world worries that their liberty is depends on Factless Shrugged's "lines drawn in the sand", and "strongly worded letters".

Important facts about our Constitution that the Mosqued-man and his faithful mainstream media companions would like to gloss over and bury:
James Madison, called the Father of the Constitution, said that the Constitution should be interpreted according to the opinion of the people of the states when they ratified it, and that the Tenth Amendment, which limited the government to specific powers and left all others to the states and the people, was the cornerstone of the Constitution. * Just before his election as President Thomas Jefferson drafted the Kentucky Resolutions which stated in absolutely clear language that sovereignty rested in the people of each state. * Even Alexander Hamilton, the greatest advocate of a strong central government, stated that the government would never have any right to coerce a State." -- These are important, and context genuine, excerpts of an exceptional article. The whole article can be read here: http://www.abbevilleinstitute.org/clyde-wilson-library/lies-my-teacher-told-me-the-true-history-of-the-war-for-southern-independence/

LIV's L-E "soundoff": " The Koch brothers’ gift to the United Negro College Fund kills three birds with one stone — improve their anti-minority image, influence black voters and get a big tax write-off." -- You know.. you can't live with liberals, and you can't kill them... legally..Whatta idiot. Not one praise for the Koch Brothers generosity that will elevate many, many students out of the grip of the government/Democrat Party efforts to keep black students in poverty. The Koch Brothers could have given that money to many other causes, but they chose this one. Their motives can be questioned, but their generosity and AIM is right on the mark.

---
LIV's L-E "soundoff": " Benjamin Netanyahu is a cruel dictator. The Israelis have persecuted the Palestinians since 1948. Most Palestinian Christians have fled the Holy Land due to the immoral and illegal Israeli occupation." -- Good grief... Christians who have fled do so because of the Muslim jihadist genocidal efforts to kill all who aren't Muslim.

---
From the L-E's "Today in history" feature: " In 1975, former Teamsters union president Jimmy Hoffa disappeared in suburban Detroit; although presumed dead, his remains have never been found" -- Hmmm.. maybe when the ruins of Detroit are leveled for some government project will Hoffa's body be found.

---
L-E's " Thought for Today, “An efficient bureaucracy is the greatest threat to liberty.” — Sen. Eugene McCarthy (1916-2005)." -- McCarthy wasn't so smart after all... today's inefficient bureaucracy is an even bigger threat to our liberty.

---
Judging from decisions being made by lower courts concerning states' laws, the US Supreme Court should crank up refresher courses onn the 9th and 10th Amendments.

---
L-E commentary column headline: "Wells’ loss a reminder that the public is watching * John Wells has been hanging around local ballots for close to 40 years, so it was shocking when he lost what is probably his final political race by close to 60 percentage points." -- Well, the school board runoff is over... unfortunately,, the dust won't settle until January. Moving the local elections until the November General Election date would help tremendously in eliminating "lame duck" votes by defeated School Board members.

---
Government figures proclaim this is the 4th straight month that 200,000 or more jobs have been created. On the other hand government doesn't want to discuss that better than 300,000 have applied for their first time unemployment benefits avery week of Factless Shrugged's terms in office, nor do they want anyone to 'parse' the jobs created to see how many are actually an existing job's hours being cut in half to avoid being responsible for providing OObamaCRAP.

---
L-E story: "BEIJING — China’s anti-monopoly agency announced an investigation Tuesday of Microsoft Corp., stepping up regulatory pressure on foreign technology companies. The State Administration for Industry and Commerce said it opened a case in June after complaints Microsoft improperly failed to publish all documentation for its Windows operating system and Office software" -- Good grief the investigation that needs to be conducted is at what level does the state supported software piracy start with? Of course, Bill Gate's liberalism doesn't carry a "byte" of weight with the Chinese.
