Golf has been more than ready for Tiger Woods to return, but Tiger is not ready. No one in the audience expected him to be perfect out of the gate...and he wasn't, but his poses and antics following disappointing shots was pretty childish.

On a different thought.. I wish Ben Crenshaw hadn't teed it up yesterday.. I prefer to remember early triumphs.

Though not in the spotlight, I think my home's azaleas rival, if not best, the azaleas of Augusta this year.

Online story: "Thursday brought another milestone in U.S-Cuba relations, as the State Department sent the White House recommendations to remove the county from the State Sponsors of Terrorism list. * Present Obama has not yet announced an acceptance of the recommendation, but he did have this to say: "There's a process involved in reviewing whether or not a country should be on the state-sponsored terrorism list. Our inner agency team will go through the entire thing and present it to me. That hasn't happened yet." -- Good grief.. "a process..whether or not a country should be on the state-sponsored terrorism list" will be determined by Obamageddon's sycophant staff? What exactly is a determinant of being a terrorist in Obamageddon's eyes since he will not call ISIS a terrorist group?

HuffPOOPOO headline: "Obama nearly twice as popular in Cuba as in the US" -- Need I add anything?

Online story: "N. Charleston, SC - Dash cam video of a traffic stop provided the world with another piece of evidence Thursday in a fatal police shooting. It showed no indication of any physical or verbal threats before the driver bolts and the officer chases after him. * Michael Slager, approaches the used Mercedes-Benz driven by Walter Lamer Scott, and asks for license and registration. There's a brief exchange, and the officer returns to his cruiser. * Scott then takes off running. The officer chases after him, also leaving the dash camera's view. The next moment was apparently not captured by any camera: The officer caught up with Scott and a possible struggle over his police-issued Taser ensued. A bystander noticed the confrontation and pushed record on his cellphone, capturing video that has outraged the nation: it shows Scott running away again, and Slager firing eight shots at his back." -- As Paul Harvey oft said, " the rest of the story"... contrary to social network and mainstream media analysts "I know what happened" analyses, it is quite apparent that the driver bolted on his own accord, the officer gave chase.. yelling that a Taser was going to be used, and that the driver "get on the ground" are clearly heard. FTR.. this does not clear the officer for the end results, but it does neuter the one-sided, knee-jerk blame being cast by liberals.

Online headline/story: "Walgreen Aims to Close About 200 Stores * The company hasn't finalized the list of stores it will close, but Walgreen Co. President Alex Gourlay told analysts it was looking at locations where the population seemed to be moving away." -- Hmmm... can Al Sharlatan and Jesse Jackson, and Pric Holder be far behind yelling.. "racism!"?
---
HuffPOOPOO story: "Keeping with a major theme of his presidency, the Obama administration has installed a gender-neutral bathroom on White House grounds." -- "keeping with a major theme"? Good grief.. this move just nails Obamageddon's legacy.. he doesn't know whether to sit or stand!

Apple released its "iWatch" yesterday... they retail from $349.00 to $10,000.00. Wonder if Microsoft will offer one.. wonder if Microsoft could make one that doesn't crash?
---
Are you looking at an "Apple Watch (" iWatch?")? They are not inexpensive and you know they will be obsolete every couple of years, so are you ready to really put your fine watch away that only costs a new annual battery each year?
---
Online story: "Georgia lawmakers approved a bill this year that could allow the state to have tolls on roads without an end date, which one Cobb lawmaker calls a “dangerous precedent.” - "Dangerous precedence"?How about double-dipping theft! GA legislators are raising taxes on gasoline to pay for roads/repair/maintenence, and now want to charge you on a per use basis to drive on what we've already been charged for!
---
Online headline: "Nathan Deal hints support for legalizing fireworks sales in Georgia " -- Hmm.. I guess that's only fair considering how many fireworks he already set-off..
---
Jonathan Gruber stupid LIV's L-E "soundoff": " The only result of the war on drugs is it has produced brutal, corrupt law enforcement and prisons full of young people who need help, but will only be lost forever." -- Good grief.. Obamageddon just recently commuted 22 sentences of current prisoners. There were different charges involved, but every one had a charge of "distribution" for one drug or another.. in short, dealers. You do not rehab dealers.. they will be back in business as soon as they can. Our "war on drugs" can only be as successful as our court system allows it to be..

L-E headline/story: "From worst to FIRST, robotics team seeks help for trip to world championship * After finishing last out of 42 teams at the FIRST Georgia Southern Classic Regional, Feb. 27-March 1 at the Georgia National Fairgrounds in Perry, Ga., Columbus Robotics faced 20 of those teams at the FIRST Peachtree Regional, March 26-28 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta. This time, Columbus Robotics finished first out of 66 teams, representing eight states and the Dominican Republic. * To help Columbus Robotics pay the estimated $18,000 in expenses for its trip to the FIRST world championship in St. Louis, you can donate online at www.gofundme.com/frc4188 or write a check payable to Columbus High School and note "robotics team" on the memo line." -- Good grief..the MCSD can "see" spending $312.00 a square foot to build a shell building to house a weight room or wrestling room ($750,000.00 for 2,400 square feet), but cannot ... no, will not, help students who have elevated classroom success to go out and represent the MCSD to the rest of the world. Our family is making a donation and hope you will join in as well.. ultimate need is $18K, so a lot have been pledged already but help get these "doers" even more motivated.
---
L-E headline: "Duke to buy court from NCAA title game to sell sections to fans" -- Good grief.. With all the money the NCAA received for staging this event in a football stadium, you'd think that the NCAA would be content at giving the winning school "the floor" just to eliminate the responsibility of disposing of a dated/passe memento.

As of yesterday, the Civil War has been over for 150 years, and we're still having to tell people to :let it go".
