Online headline/story: "Oklahoma governor signs bill allowing nitrogen in executions * Supporters of Oklahoma's plan argue that nitrogen-induced hypoxia - or a lack of oxygen in the blood - is a humane execution method. * "The process is fast and painless," said Christian, a former Oklahoma Highway Patrol trooper who wrote the bill. "It's foolproof." * Opponents say there's no way to know whether the method is painless and effective." -- "no way to know whether...painless and effective"?. Well, let's test it out.. any mainstream media volunteers? Good grief.. mainstream media sure isn't concerned about whether or not its public lynchings of Ferguson's Officer Wilson was painless or effective but mainstream media went ahead and basically killed his future.
---
Online headline: "Indiana serial killer could face death penalty * Darren Vann has been charged in the killings of two women and is suspected in the deaths of five others found in abandoned homes." -- OK, mainstream media.. now here's someone you OUGHT to be publicly lynching... where are yoju....
---
You know.. protesters for $15.00 as a minimum wage would benefit more by protesting government's part in hyper-inflation driving up the cost-of-living...Protesters do not understand that it's not what they earn per hour but what that hourly wage will provide. Just look at what GA's university/college system is doing ...a nearly 10% across-the-board hike in tuition is coming this year. Name me a college professor earning the minimum wage?

Online headline: "Obama open to 'creative negotiations' on Iran sanctions" -- Oh... "creative negotiations"? Well, as President Reagan might surmise, "there he goes again".. Obamageddon has parsed the definition of "LYING" into "creative negotiations"...

Online headline/story: "The med school entrance exam just got a lot tougher * Counting breaks, the new test will take seven and a half hours to complete, more than three hours longer than the old version, and will cover a broader set of disciplines than in the past. * Because medical information vital to a doctors’ clinical practice is so readily available via computers, tablets, and smartphones, it’s less vital that they know such facts off-the-cuff and more important that they are able to adequately apply the material that’s at their fingertips." -- "because medical information ...is so readily available via ...smartphones (et al)"? Good grief.. if my doctor has me opened up in surgery, the last thing I want to know is that if he/she is stumped over a severed artery that he/she is going to have to Google ""Surgery for Dummies" to find out how to stop it!
---
Online headline: "Russian president Putin says he is ready to work with United States" -- I guess so.. especially after seeing what Kerry and Obamageddon are giving to Iran via nefgotiations...
---
Online headline story: "Obama immigration order back in federal court * Justice Department lawyers urged a federal appeals court to lift an injunction on a plan that would let up to 5 million illegal immigrants live in the country, obtain work permits and receive other benefits. * Victor Ibarra, a 43-year-old protester from Houston, was with a group of restaurant workers. He said it's time to change immigration policy." Oh.. is this a new game.. "Victor Says"? Since when do illegal immigrants dictate when it's OUR time to change immigration policies? Oh.. and which Victor Ibarra of Houston, TX is this.. there are several when Googled..one of which is a registered "sex offender".

Hmmm..with the soap opera atmosphere of the City Annex, perhaps a new logo is due for Columbus..."What Regress has Transpired."
---
Thinking about that steamy soap opera expose at the City Annex regarding some subordinate's revolving bedroom door, I have to believe the info must gave been spoon fed to the L-E.. The details just seem too common to be a part of a personnel file. Let's sit back and examine the motive of this story...
---
You know.. I still don't know how the woman involved in both the Arrington and Cargill trysts was allowed to stay on the City payroll when the men was forced out of their jobs. You know.. if equal pay is a goal.. equal punishment for equal play must be in force as well.
---
Well, well, well...some guy is developing a commercial substitute for peat moss. One of the facts he brought out is that as efficient as pest moss is to purifying the air, when peat moss is harvested for commercial use, those pollutants are released back into the atmosphere and becomes one of the largest contributors to air pollution. Wow..using organic peat moss is a tree huggers worst nightmare!

Online story: "ATLANTA (AP) A problem with a lethal injection drug that caused the last-minute postponement of an execution in Georgia was likely caused by shipping and storing the drug at a temperature that was too low, according to an analysis by a pharmaceutical expert. * State officials on March 2 called off the scheduled execution of Kelly Renee Gissendaner, saying the lethal injection drug they intended to use appeared "cloudy.'' -- Hmmm.. simple solution.. bring to to a boil right before use, and pour it down the throat of the intended (_*_)... it should be nice and "clear" and and give the "intended" a preview of what his/her afterlife will be!
---
Online headline: "Hank Johnson spars with Sean Hannity on police shootings and ‘black-on-black crime’ -- Glad it wasn't held on Guam.. all the Hannity supporters might have tipped the island over...
---
You know.. millions of dollars have been allocated/approved/spent to upgrade the City computer and software systems yet as a consumer, I haven't seen anything that saves us money happen. We still have to mail or go in person to do routine tag renewals. Why can't routine renewals be handled by computer.. I understand that some personnel will need to be kept in the tag office to handle "problems", but routine stuff should be able to be handled by computer and with staff reductions. The City has taxed us.. so, nowm show us the savings!

Hmmm..looks like Hillewinsky has abandoned Scooby Doo...and Iowans renamed it "Scooby Doo Doo".
---
L-E headline/story: "Wounded vet gets free home in Phenix City * Retired Army StaffSgt. Armando T. Ortiz Jr. grew up in Texas, but he’s moving to Phenix City after he was presented the key Thursday afternoon to a renovated, mortgage-free home." -- Nice story.. but is it the complete story.. IRS will consider this earned income, and Phenix City will want it's property taxes annually...
---
"Get's it" L-E "soundoff": "Twice a week garbage collections help keep Columbus neighborhoods clean. Since the savings are small, $500,000 out of $10.6 million collected, cut yard waste pick-up to two a month in summer and one a month in winter." -- You know.. Councilperson Glen Davis has sent out an e-mail survey/poll to members of a website neighborhood association (that private gleans info about people's lives) . (I got wind of it when someone passed it along to me). i still don't see how Mayor TomLYINGson computes , even as meager as they are, savings.. Whether once a week or twice week pickups are settled on, my garbage output stays the same, and enougfh trips will have to be made to the dump either way. This is just as "I'm gonna get my way... or else.. nanny-nanny-poo-poo ploy on TomLYINGson's part.
---
Another "get's it" L-E "soundoff": " The fact that “grant-writers” even exist is disturbing. People paid with our taxes to beg or persuade bureaucrats to give our tax money to their bosses instead of another grant-writer’s bosses." -- Hmmm, wow.. and if "grant writing" jobs were terminated, Columbus' unemployment trate would probably double..
---
L-E "Quotable" "Perseverance is failing 19 times and succeeding the 20th.” - Julie Andrews British actress (1935- )" -- Hmm.. another one of those bits of wisdom that won't make the walls of entitlement offices or school classrooms.. It makes convincing people that their first stumble hjas made them a victim-for-life...
---
L-E story: "ATLANTA — Thousands of students are opting out of new standardized tests aligned to the Common Core standards, defying the latest attempt by states to improve academic performance." -- Hmmm.. guess these are the students who already know that the Common Core math doesn't "add up", and Common Core English is about as grammatically correct as "tweeting".
---
L-E headline/story: "SOME EXPERTS PONDER FLIGHTS WITHOUT PILOTS * NEW YORK — To improve airline safety, maybe we need to remove the pilots." -- Yeah.. let's turn over airplane control to 12 year old gamers .... and prayer they are Christians and not jihadists..
