Remember Cliven Bundy? Nevada rancher who had a potential showdown with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) over grazing rights on land his family has used over 140 years, but was "claimed" by the US Government? He's leading the charge for a Nevada bill to take back property the feds have basically taken over by various "executive actions" over the decades. It seems the feds, between the BLM and military installations, have "claimed control" 60,000,000 acres, over 85% of Nevada's 70,000,000+ total acres. Seems like there is "no land of the free" in Nevada.

Necessary repeat.. Hillewinsky is not just a pathological liar, she's a perpetual liar..the truth is not in her:

Online story: "Hillary Rodham Clinton wiped her email server "clean," permanently deleting all emails from it, the Republican chairman of a House committee investigating the 2012 Benghazi attacks said Friday.
* Rep. Trey Gowdy, R-S.C., said the former secretary of state has failed to produce a single new document in recent weeks and has refused to relinquish her server to a third party for an independent review, as Gowdy has requested. * Clinton's attorney, David Kendall, said Gowdy was looking in the wrong place. * Kendall said in his letter that Clinton's personal attorneys reviewed every email sent and received from her private email address - 62,320 emails in total - and identified all work-related emails. Those totaled 30,490 emails or approximately 55,000 pages. The material was provided to the State Department on Dec. 5, 2014, and it is the agency's discretion to release those emails after a review." --

"looking in the wrong place"? "Clinton's personal attorneys reviewed every email sent and received"? --

Good grief.. if I had my "personal attorneys" reviewing my email for what they were instructed to discern as personal or governmental, I guarantee that nothing they turned over to the government would be a "smoking gun". Since "discernment" of personal versus governmental is at the heart of this situation, I conservatively estimate that 10-minutes-per-email was "billed". 62,320 times 10 equals 623,200 minutes which equals over 10,000 HOURS of "billable time". Conservatively estimating she would have top echelon attorneys doing the discerning, I figure a volume rate of $500.00 per hour is assumable, so I figure her billable time is at least $5,000,000.00. Now.. I want to see proof of this.. I want Hillewinsky to have to produce paid attorney bills covering the reading and discernment of 62,000 emails.....I want to see the time billing documents....I want to see the "PAID" checks... and I want to see whether she paid them or we have been stuck with this "bill" like we've been stuck with her other "Bill".

Now, only 4 e-mails can be found connected to her interaction concerning drone attacks, but they were not sent from her personal Blackberry acct.. remember, her "reason" for having a "personal server/e-mail account" was to keep her from carrying "multiple devices"... well, the "found" e-mails were sent from her personal iPad, a totally different device from her Blackberry. Liar, Liar, pantsuit on fire!

Online story: "ast food labor organizers are expanding the scope of their campaign for $15 an hour and unionization, this time with a day of actions including college campuses. * Kend(_*_)ll Fells, organizing director for Fight for $15, said Tuesday the protests will take place April 15 and are planned to include actions on about 170 college campuses, as well as cities around the country and abroad." -- Good grief.. are college students so stupid now that they are going to cut off their access to part time jobs at one of the most teen/student friendly employers? And for who.. the union organizers who have zero interest in college students working part time to get an education that will free them of hourly wage jobs?

Obamageddon just commuted (basically, shortened sentences to time served) the sentences of 22 people based on his opinion that the prisoners would have been sentenced lighter if convicted by today's standards. All 22 were convicted for distribution/intent to distribute drugs.. these are not "users" picked up at a party... these were dealers. Now, what makes Obamageddon think any of theses convicted dealers will be contents to start over at the bottom of the corporate ladder at starting wages? What makes Obamageddon believe that these 22 will not be back doing what they know within a year? What respect has Obamageddon given to DAs, police officers, or witnesses that braved consequences to bring them to trial to begin with?

---
Now Obamageddon is wanting to lower the standards of our volunteer military by dismissing drug related convictions as an automatic rejection. Good grief..our military is at a low personnel wise..America cannot afford bringing in soldiers that aren't responsible!

Online headline: "John Kerry Says Nuclear Deal With Iran is Possible: “If Allah Wills It”" -- Who are these people running our government?

Online story: "Hotel accommodations for First Lady Michelle Obama’s two-day trip to Cambodia required 85 rooms and cost taxpayers $242,500, according to a government contract released Friday. * Mrs. Obama traveled to Siem Reap, Cambodia on March 21 to promote a girls education initiative. A contract was awarded on March 3, citing the “unusual and compelling urgency” of the First Lady’s trip. * Mrs. Obama and a delegation of senior high-level U.S. government officials stayed at the Sofitel Angkor Phokeethra Golf and Spa Resort, according to a justification and approval document for the visit. * The trip required 85 single rooms, five office suites, five sleeping suites, and one conference room for 14 nights. Mrs. Obama herself only stayed in Cambodia for two days, leaving on March 22." -- Michelle should put more interest in curbing her travel appetite as she does school lunches.

Interesting....that the Columbus Water Works is basically imposing a $30-$40.00 "assessment" on 65,000 households in Columbus (a $1.9 to $2.5 million dollar windfall) as it begins to run water/sewage pipes to the GA 315/I-185 properties in Harris County. Coincidence? You know.. I do not mind the CWW selling water to Harris County, but...BUT it's a different story in providing sewerage service to land that is normally restricted to 2-to-5 acres per home site for septic tanks when all those home sites can now be smaller and not stuck with the higher tax/millage rates of having the same home sites in Muscogee County.

L-E headline: "MAYOR'S PROPOSED BUDGET DRAWS FIRE * Sheriff claims mayor lied in budget presentation; proposal would cut sheriff’s, marshal’s funding" -- Mayor TomLYINGson.... lie? Pshaw! If you can't believe a Democratic Party politician/lawyer, who can you believe.... She's as trustworthy as Hillewinsky and Obamageddon.. Bless her heart....

L-E story: "A Germany-based discount grocery store chain called ALDI, with its emphasis on frugality and bottom-line prices for shoppers, is landing in the Columbus area before the end of this year. * The 18,000-square-foot supermarket will be an anchor...(for) strip shopping center being built at 6301 Veterans Parkway. * ALDI has been issued a building permit from the city of Columbus with a construction price tag of nearly $1.6 million. Pound Construction of Columbus is the general contractor." -- Hmmm.. 18,000 square feet for a shell building going up for $88.00 a square foot.. compare that to the 2,400 square foot wrestling buildings the MCSD wants to erect fro $312.00 a square foot ($750,000.00 each). Let Pound Construct build them, and reduce the SPLOST revenues by $538,800 for EACH wrestling building.

---
L-E headline: "Providers urged to work together to solve Columbus' homeless problem" -- You know.. we have always had "homeless" with us, and, perhaps.. no.. probably always will have "homeless" with us.. people's situations, and their lack of ability to cope with them, are inevitable. Why is it liberal politicians (and heads of charitable organizations) create "plans" to end such situations years from now when such are someone else's responsibility. It's the same with our school board/superintendent situation.. grandiose plans spending other people's money but not a chance to succeed. The answer to this question is: "Good intentions... we just need the right person to head it up... but we're picking one of our own so success is not going to happen."... Just kick the can further down the road...

L-E headline/story: "Defense rests in Boston bombing trial * the defense admitted that Tsarnaev participated in the bombings * If Tsarnaev is convicted, the same jury will hear additional evidence to decide whether he should be put to death or spend the rest of his life in prison." -- "if (Bomber Brother 2) is convicted"? Good grief..on what basis would, no... COULD a juror hold out for "non-conviction"? Oh... I forget that jurors in the Menedez trial in California for killing their parents had juror dissent based on the brothers now "being orphans"........

In the L-E's "Letters to the Editor" feature.. we have a letter from "Walter Thorne, New york, New York".. hmm... Walter Thorne... New York, New York... you'd think a google would reveal some Walter Thorne of NYC as "somebody".. but, alas.. even google doesn't seem to know who Walter Thorne, New York, New York is.. OK.. then why does the L-E print letters from some nobody in New York, New York anyway? I'm willing to bet no one at the L-E bothered to check the authenticity of such a Walter Thorne New York, New York.. I remember when the L-E ran a letter signed by "Roscoe E. Coltrane" taking a liberal side of a local issue.. Y'all remember Roscoe, don't you? Sheriff on "Dukes of Hazard"? Seems the editor-in-charge of verification of "letters to the editor" didn't.. I also wonder if the L-E actually knows these fictional people don't exist, but just use such names to write non-responsible editorial opinion for themselves...

L-E story: " The House approved a constitutional amendment charging strip clubs to provide services for victims of child sexual abuse * The charge would be $5,000 or 1 percent of revenue on adult entertainment businesses, whichever is greater * “It’s a tax; it’s a fee; it’s a requirement that they participate in remediating the cancer and the problem they provide in your community and mine and in our state,” said Rep. Tom Weldon, R-Ringgold. * Opponents said the proposal unfairly targets one industry and not all clubs contribute to crime. Rep. John Pezold, R-Fortson, said lawmakers are setting a precedent akin to charging soda companies to fight childhood obesity or doctors to fight prescription drug addiction.
“We all know that human trafficking is a massive problem,” he said. “My problem lies with the tax on one specific industry.” -- Hmmm.. guess what.. taxes on the local "adult" clubs will be part of the SPLOST revenues.. why doesn't the MCSD deny receipts from such? BTW, Pezol;d is taking a bold position that he will be attacked on in the next election.

From the "let me get this straight" department - L-E story: " Former Central High coach Woodrow Lowe has joined the coaching staff at Jackson State, the school confirmed Tuesday. * Lowe was fired by Central last year after four seasons as head coach with a 33-14 record and one region championship. * Lowe graduated from Central in 1972 and went on to be a three-time All-American at Alabama. * He also played 12 seasons in the NFL for the San Diego Chargers. * After the school board removed him from his head coaching job at Central, he remained as a physical education teacher. He also asked the board to reinstate him last fall." -- Hmmm.. Woodrow Lowe.. pride of Bear Bryant.. brother of Phenix City Mayor Eddie Lowe.. was fired yet retained on school staff.. (which sorta eliminates a situation we might not be privy to) for a 33-14 record in 4 years... good grief.. something smells in the state of Phenix City politics...

L-E story: "Google is releasing its cheapest Chromebook laptops yet, two versions priced at $149 aimed at undercutting Microsoft’s Windows franchise and gaining ground in even more classrooms. * Various PC manufacturers have been working with Google to design lightweight laptops running on the Chrome operating system since 2011. The newest versions are made by Hisense and Haier. * Hisense’s Chromebook orders began Tuesday at Walmart.com   and Haier’s version can be bought at Amazon.com  . * Their arrival coincides with Microsoft’s rollout of a lower-priced Surface tablet in an effort to reach students and budget-conscious families" -- Hmmmm "Their arrival coincides with Microsoft’s rollout of a lower-priced Surface tablet in an effort to reach students and budget-conscious families"? Obviously, the crack IT purchaser(s) for the MCSD has never heard of these...as teachers are required to sign a "responsibilty contract" valuing the laptops given them at $2,400.00.
---
L-E headline/story: "Part of Whittlesey Road to close April 6 for 45 days * The $9.8 million project is projected to be completed before the end of this year," -- How quickly the L-E forgets this project was given out at a $1,000,000.00 less basis and should be finished by now.. The 2.5 year original project completion will reach 3 years this summer, and won't be finished until Novemberish. Of course the kicker is November of what year...
