How can the Baltimore rioters be apologized for by politicians/pastors saying "it's about a lack of jobs"? Who the hell is going to open/reopen a business in Baltimore now?

---
You know...the Baltimore should drop off a few dumpsters, a lot of shovels, and a sign saying.."You know who you are..when you clean up after yourselves, we'll come back and fix things."

---
I'd thought I'd seen and heard it all when I saw Dumbo fly, but I hadn't until I saw the Mayor of Baltimore saying looting and rioting are part of a peaceful protest/demonstration.

---
"space to destroy"? Just for the record. when I criticize the Mayor of Baltimore for the way she restrained her police department to the detriment of Baltimore and its law obeying citizen, I am not criticizing the brave police officers. I applaud them for putting their life on the lines while their hands were tied behind them by the Mayor.

---
Online headline: "CNN Analyst Rips Baltimore Mayor: ‘That Statement Is So Absurd, I Don’t Know How To Respond’" -- Hmmm, too bad that more people are going to learn about this on my blog than hear it on CNN..

---
Black Guerillas? Looking at video of them throwing rocks at action restricted police officers made the Black Guerillas look more like ordinary gorillas.

---
What do the looters think they are getting by protesting, burning,, and stealing..? Change? Hope? Respect? Truth is what's going to on is making ordinary citizens feel sympathy for the police involved in the recent questionable police events

---
How can any so-called black leader, nationwide, not stand up and condemn the black rioters and looters publicly and promptly.

Online story: "Obamageddon said, ""We have seen too many instances of what appears to be police officers interacting with individuals, primarily African-American, often poor, in ways that raise troubling questions. It comes up, it seems like, once a week now," Obama said. He said although such cases aren't unprecedented, there's new awareness as a result of cameras and social media. "We shouldn't pretend that it's new."" -- Good grief.. more white people are killed by police officers in any given year (*).. police are sworn to protect the citizenry of this country, and they all want to go home at the of the day. Why do we not see/hear Obamageddon challenge the DOJ and court system to HELP local police. Just Monday in Columbus, our DA let two gun-using violent criminals plead to lesser crimes in a plea deal that will put violent felons back on the street years earlier than they deserve. How does this help our community or safety of our police officers?
(*): ""In 2012, 123 African-Americans were shot dead by police. There are currently more than 43 million blacks living in the U.S.A.," Bill O'Reilly said on his program. "Same year, 326 whites were killed by police bullets. Those are the latest stats available."

---
Let's not forget Chicago during this implosion...Last year there were 2,600 +/- shooting victims in Chicago..almost, if not all were black on black crimes. Can you believe number..2600 shootings..2600 people shot..either dead or wounded. You probably think it couldn't get worse...then you read that this year, shootings are up 47% over last year. The Chicago River may run green on St Patrick's Day, but it runs red, blood red, the other 364 days. What's even sadder is Obamageddon and Pric Holder tell us the last 6 years have been the "Golden Age of the Department of Justice". Hmmm..

---
That curfew in Baltimore...reporters were on hand to show no one was on the street...now, why weren't the Live-TV reporters arrested for being on the streets after the curfew hour?

---
In the next month or so, the US Supreme Court will rule on several pressing issue of our time.. OObamaCRAP is certainly one of these, but lets let the ruling on the validity of same sex marriages be settled, legally (we all KNOW where is stands morally), and go on with our business. My prayer here is for it not to be a 5-4 ruling with the "we know how "they" will vote" result.. Let's pray that it's at least a 6-3/7-2/9-0 decision... either way. Hmmm... You know.. if it is a Constitutional matter.. the Supreme Court should not be allowed to return a split decision..
---
You know.. the LGBT community could get more respect if they showed more respect. Blatant and obscene demonstrations do not curry mainstream America's sympathy.

HuffPOOPOO headline: "Bombing trial turns to elusive sister-in-law * The trial of Boston Marathon bomber , (Bomber Brother 2) focused on his late brother's wife as the convicted bomber faces the death penalty." -- First, why has the jury taken more than 5 minutes to sentence Bomber Brother 2 to death.. secondly, why isn't the wife of Bomber Brother 1 on trial as well?
---
HuffPOOPOO headline: "The 'Most Expensive Ice Cream In The World' Costs $817 A Scoop" -- Ooops, my bad.. thought it must be by Ben & Jerry & Elton..
---
L-E story: "The excitement in the Central High cafeteria was palpable on Tuesday night as the school introduced Bobby Howard as its new baseball coach. * In addition to his 12 titles at Columbus, his teams also finished runner up eight times, giving him 20 trips to the state finals in 31 years." -- Hmmm.. Columbus High's.. no Columbus's loss, is, well, Columbus' loss. Thanks Dr Lewis.... NOT!
---
L-E headline/story: "City dismisses first female battalion chief * Janice Bruner released after probe into Easter fire * More than seven years after she was promoted as the first woman battalion chief in Columbus, Janice Bruner was dismissed Friday after a two-week investigation found her untruthful on whether she responded to an Easter fire at Brighton Park Apartments. * By this Friday, the mayor said Bruner can come forward with information to lessen the severity of the city’s action. * “She also may be given opportunity to resign given her lengthy tenure with us and services at such a high level,” Tomlinson said." -- "opportunity to resign"? Good grief.. this is as bad as letting violent repeat felons plea bargain to lesser charges so they can get back on the street quicker! Mayor TomLYINGson needs to learn that mediocre personnel handling just breeds more of the same down the road.. just look at her 'past retirements/resignations'...
---
L-E story: "At the end of his presentation, Darr also took issue with a statement that Tomlinson made in her March 31 presentation about the police chief being the top law enforcement officer in the county. * "Regardless of what you hear or who you hear it from, if you look at the Constitution of the state of Georgia, the sheriff is the chief law enforcement," Darr said. * Tomlinson also took issue with that reading of the law.
* "In many counties, the sheriff is the chief law enforcement officer because there is no countywide police department," she said. "When you have a countywide police department, with the full authority allowed under Georgia law, then of course they are the chief law enforcement agency." -- Maybe we're "lucky" to be getting the Queen TT Lounge on the RiverWalk.. Mayor/Queen T.TomLYINGson (a.k.a. "TT") seems to want to get engaged in a p*ss*ng contest. Truth is, that the only two people in the county who can arrest a Mayor are the Sheriff and the Coroner.. no wonder she wants to see the CPD, her watchdog, as the most powerful.
---
You know.. if the Democrats cannot come up with any more candidates for president than Hillewinsky, maybe even the yellow-dog Democratic Party voters should question themselves about voting a straight ticket.
---
Jonathan Gruber contender for LIV of the year award - L-E "soundoff": " Smoking cannabis just makes you a better person. That’s just a fact." -- Good grief.. it's bad enough that liberals just pick "facts" out of thin air, but now they are pulling :facts" out of "smokey air".
---
A too wacko to be in a Jonathan Gruber LIV's category L-E "soundoff": "I never thought I would miss John Wells. Frank Myers is only interesting in creating controversy, being in the limelight and challenging our superintendent." -- Hey John Wells,, give it a rest.. besides, it was John Thomas who beat you...TWICE!
---
L-E headline/story: "BUDGET REVIEW COMMITTEE * Once weekly garbage pickup back before Columbus Council * Councilor Glenn Davis also expressed some reservations , but he made the point that since it’s in the budget, council would have to find the savings elsewhere." -- "find the savings elsewhere"? Well, let's start with City provided services that bring in zero or negative revenues. Shut down those facilities that not enough actual users provide enough revenue to keep them open.
---
L-E story: "The conference comes as the 2.5-mile urban whitewater course is starting its third year of operation. Last year it drew more than 25,000 rafters. Whitewater Express owners are hoping to significantly top that number this year. " -- You know, at .035% of $50.00 as an average trip that both PC and Columbus receive depending on the origin point of the sale, a maximum of $44,231.25 will be collected for fees. and the MCSD gets none of that because it's not a tax... That amount hardly justifies the amount of money the City contributed to the construct, and surely won't cover the additional costs of maintaining the RiverWalk area nor Chattahoochee River safety response/needs. Maybe some re-negotiation of the fee structure is needed.. hey, that might even take a chunk out of the (as the Mayor calls it) "budget shortfall". Of course, we all know it's just an improperly presented budget overage.
