I went to the Government Service Center in January to renew a car tag and was stunned, that in spite of Judy Thomas's claims to have fought for the first floor garage parking be reserved for citizens rather than GSC employees, that 10 nameless "Reserved Spaces" signs had been erected for certain Government Service Center employees... Well,they are still there. Repeated mention of such has met with deaf ears, and they are still there this month. Oh, I guess Judy Thomas can justify the 10 Spaces reserved for unnamed GSC employees as being akin to George Orwell's quote about some being more equal.. In this case, I guess Councilwoman Thomas agrees, .. All Government Service Center Employees are equal, but some Government Service Center employees are more equal than others.....

L-E headline: "SCHOOL BOARD TO DISCUSS UNIFORMS" -- Hmmm.. finally something of merit is being discussed I can agree with.. 6 or 7 of our School Board members, would look good in uniforms.. especially if they had horizontal striping..

You know.. school uniforms would not be necessary if their was a clear dress code of what they could wear instead of one spelling out what the students can't wear.
