I'm curious.. why does Mayor TomLYINGson feel.. obviously thinking wasn't p[art of the process... that the City can run its own healthcare program...the City use to own what is now Columbus Regional but "gave" it away some 35ish years ago but still pays a fixed mil rate to them that doesn't benefit employees... or the community.
