Online  headline/story: "19 Dead Virginians re-registered to vote *  Authorities have launched an investigation, following reports that at least 19 deceased Virginians have recently been re-registered to vote. * A man who had fought in World War II and died in 2014 was sent a letter, congratulating him on re-registering to vote. * He was among 19 dead Virginians who received this letter, all of whom were initially registered as voters in the Shenandoah Valley city of Harrisonburg. *  The forms had been submitted by a private group was working to register voters at James Madison University, according to the Harrisonburg registrar's office. * while no charges have been filed, the FBI and local police are investigating." -- Hmmm.. dead voters in Harrisonburg are ALLOWED to register?... FBI is investigating? Somehow, I'm not very reassured.. What needs to happen is that the group who registered (as in forged dead people's names) be arrested, and security officials be placed at the polling places the "dead" are registered in and when someone tries to get those ballots arrest them too.

One interesting fact about Harrisonburg, VA: From 1968 - to - 2004, Harrisonburg decidedly voted for Republicans in presidential elections, but in 2008 and 2012, it suddenly turned pro-Democrat.. seems like there should be a purge of all registered voters over the past 10 years.

This follows the recent reveal in the state of Washington where no proof of citizenship is required. Secretary of State, Kim Wyman justified this wrongly, "We don’t have a provision in state law that allows us either county elections officials or the Secretary of State's office to verify someone’s citizenship," " What liberal BS! Our US Constitution specifies to vote, one must be a citizen, and no state's constitution can operate under different standards of the US Constitution!

What is it that states now allow college students to register at university addresses rather than use their "home addresses" and vote there or by absentee ballot? I'm waiting for some parents who's children are charged out-of-state tuition to file a suit  that since their children are recognized in such states to register to vote in state elections, that the out-of-state fees be dropped in the future and past fees be refunded.

From the "how about that" department - Online headline/story: "Commission on Presidential Debates: Donald Trump had a faulty mic in first debate *  The Commission on Presidential Debates confirmed on Friday that there were problems with Donald Trump's microphone during the first debate earlier this week. *  The debate commission issued its brief statement on Friday confirming audio issues with Trump's microphone *  Regarding the first debate, there were issues regarding Donald Trump's audio that affected the sound level in the debate hall," the statement said. * The day after the debate, Trump said his microphone was "going on and off" and that its volume was lower than that of the mic Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton had. He also complained of a crackling sound." -- You know, with all the prep that Hofstra did by reducing the height of her lectern to give her "more statue" (sorta like Shek's "Lord Farquaad), Hofstra should be permanently taken off the list of possible future debates.

Online story: "Friday afternoon, a women's rights group named UltraViolet Action dropped a press release regarding a campaign that will run Saturday ahead of five separate college football games. The group, which is anti-Donald Trump, will fly planes with banners above five contests – Wisconsin vs. Michigan in Ann Arbor, Rutgers vs. Ohio State in Columbus, Northwestern vs. Iowa in Iowa City, SMU vs. Temple in Philadelphia and Virginia vs. Duke in Durham. * The planes will carry banners reading: "Trump Says Women R Pigs. Disagree? Vote." -- You know.. what's sad.. no... what's PATHETIC, is that this woman's group has to be "anti-Trump" versus "pro-Hellary". I guess if UltraViolet Action had to fly a "pro-Hellary" banner instead, that it would be blank as even UltraViolet Action doesn't know of anything good or positive to say about Hellary.

Online headline/story: "Chicago Tribune endorses Libertarian Gary Johnson for president * The Chicago Tribune Editorial Board endorsed libertarian Gary Johnson as a "principled option" for President of the United States on Friday." -- "principled option"? Well, seeing as the Chicago Trib wouldn't even consider Trump, the Trib is making a bold statement about how it feels about Hellary... and in her home town! Of course, this will hurt the Trib's circulation numbers more than Johnson's vote numbers.

From the "guess who said this" department - Online story: "“When Alicia Machado of Venezuela was named Miss Universe nine months ago, no one could accuse her of being the size of the universe, but as her universe expanded, so did she, putting on nearly 60 pounds.” -- Hmmm show this to any liberal you know, and I'm sure you'll get a "Trump" response.. but.. that's not who said this.. would you believe.CNN's legendary CNN correspondent Jeanne Moos? Yep.. in 1997.  Trump, on the other hand, kept her from being fired.

Online story: "Democrats in Pinellas County, Fla., are crying fowl over the supervisor of elections’ decision to hold voter registration drives at nine area Chick-fil-A locations earlier this week on National Voter Registration Day. * Susan McGrath, head of the county Democratic Executive Committee and leader of the Pinellas Stonewall Democrats, a pro-LGBT equality group, says she is all in favor of getting out the vote — just not at Chick-fil-A, the Georgia-based fast-food restaurant chain beloved for its fried chicken sandwiches and its adherence to the Southern Baptist culture of its founder by closing on Sundays. The company's CEO Dan Cathy has made multiple remarks in the past expressing a personal opposition to same-sex marriage." -- "Susan McGrath, head of the county Democratic Executive Committee and leader of the Pinellas Stonewall Democrats, a pro-LGBT equality group, says she is all in favor of getting out the vote — just not at Chick-fil-A? Hmmm.. guess it's "OK" in her mind to register dead people like they do in Virginia, but not live, ID carrying fried chicken lovers...

Think about this...why are we even trying to bring Syrian refugees through  New York which is over 5500 miles from Syria? They are broke, lack identification, and likely will not have means to return to their homes  in the future..ZERO-bama needs to put pressure on Saudi Arabia to open up..besides Saudi Arabia OWES us big time.

---
You know...it's more than funny , it's sorta weird, to hear Hellary spinmeisters out telling viewers of news shows how Trump must act and talk to win various voter blocs versus how he goes about his campaign.

From the "what's on Congressman Hank (Guam's gonna tip over) Johnson's mind" department - Newsletter item: "The Georgia Department of Community Affairs is putting federal funds to work to help underwater homeowners – residents who owe more on their mortgages than the homes are worth – stay in their homes. Homeowners in Conyers, Covington, Decatur, Lithonia and Stone Mountain are some of the hardest hit in the state. The program provides up to $50,000 to people who are underwater on their mortgages." -- Wait a minute.. a program that bail's out banks again? Besides, you do not put money in the j=hands of people who owe other people the money.. it ain't gonna get there!

Online headline/story: "Georgia among worst states for tax competitiveness * Phil W. Hudson - Atlanta Business Chronicle * Businesses are jumping to relocate to the Peach State, but it’s likely not due to Georgia’s tax climate. * According to the Tax Foundation’s 13th annual State Business Tax Climate Index, Georgia has the No. 14 least competitive tax code in the nation. The report measures how well-structured each state’s tax code is by analyzing over 100 tax variables in five different tax categories: corporate, individual income, sales, property, and unemployment insurance." -- Hmm.. guess we know why Mayor TomLYINGson and John "Beneduct Arnold" Pezold are trying to strip our constitutional protection on our properthy taxes.. they want to see if they can make GA "Number 1" on one of the worst lists in America!

---
Folks at the L-E want a rememberable name for Mayot TomLYINGson's biking/walking trails.. Hmmm.. why confuse anyone by multiple names.. how about the Queen TT Trail.. with mile markers paced from the Queen TT Lounge.

L-E story: "Alabama Chief Justice Roy Moore was removed from the bench Friday for defying the U.S. Supreme Court on gay marriage, more than a decade after he got in trouble for refusing federal orders to move a Ten Commandments monument. *  The judiciary court ruled that Moore defied law already clearly settled by the high court" -- Hmmm and why hasn't Hellary been removed from politics based on her knowing criminal act of destroying documents pertaining to her office, but doing so after there being subpoenas out for them?

---
 L-E circulation report: "

Not only is this revealing about the lack of penetration into the community of about 250,000 the L-E has become, does the signature of "the Publisher" look anything like Richard Mahone's signature? Not to me.. is he just a puppet?

For local homeowners.. There's a meeting at the Main Library at 10:30 for the Keep The Freeze" committee and supporters.. come on down for a few minutes .. bring a couple of bucks to donate to help spread the word about what will happen in the repeal referendum passes.

L-E's Quote: "GAMBLING: THE SURE WAY OF GETTING NOTHING FOR SOMETHING. * Wilson Mizner, American dramatist (1876-1933)" -- And the other way is to send tax dollars to the US Government for social programs.
