One night a few weeks ago, there was a report on our Columbus, GA area (Manchester Expressway/River Road intersection) of a "wheelchair" (I'm thinking one of those sit-down electric scooters) and a car. We haven't seen/heard a follow-up, but flower, balloons, and stuffed animals are piling up at a corner of that intersection.. did the "wheelchair" operator die?
