Online headline: "Can the Tea Party's Platform Reduce Unemployment?" -- Hmmm, the real issue is whether the Tea Party Platform can further reduce 'employed' DUMB&DUMBERats and Rhinos.

Headline that shoulda been: "Gottfried got fried; got fired"

Isn't it amazing at the difference that the tsunami victims in Japan handled their needs compared to the citizens of New Orleans after Katrina?

Got the biggest kick yesterday...a woman, probably some college girl volunteering during her Spring Break, called me on behalf of the DNC soliciting a donation to help DUMB&DUMBERat Senators get re-elected in 2012. I let her finish her script about how the Republicans are bent on undoing all the great work the DUMB&DUMBERat Congress did following the 2008 election. I then told her "thanks for reminding me of all that they did", and that I was going to sit down and write checks to Republican Senate candidates in 'hope' that additional 'change' will salvage America's future from the doom of the Obama administration. The sound of her 'fluster' was terrific as she didn't know how to handle my reaction to her spiel. I said "Thank you for calling", and she responded with a perplexed 'you're welcome'. Hope she calls again. Bet I can get her to donate to the RNC. Hmmm, wonder if my business number use to belong to some DUMBERat?

From her recent interview and case decisions, Julia Slater must not be planning to run for re-election.

L-E headline: "Bishop would like to see Martin used as VA facility * Congressman says using Martin Army to treat veterans would significantly cut travel times " -- Excuse me, but wasn't the decision to build a new hospital at Ft Benning made because Martin Army was inadequate and out-dated? What message does this send to our taxpayers and Veterans?

When all's said and done, since the Hope Scholarship program has been 'tightened', in most school districts, those earning a 3.0 GPA will probably be given 3.7 GPA.

L-E headline/story: "Japan boosts holdings of U.S. debt * WASHINGTON — Japan increased its holdings of U.S. government debt for an eighth straight month in January. But the second-largest holder of U.S. Treasury bonds will likely scale back its purchases of foreign holdings, and even sell off some, in coming months to divert money toward rebuilding a nation devastated by a powerful earthquake and an ensuing nuclear crisis." -- Hmmm, fallout in Japan may mean a meltdown in the White House is soon coming.

This will be a daily inclusion of the Breakfast Club: Diane Schneider, a representative with the National Education Association (NEA), said that graphic sex education needs to be taught in the classroom. * "She said that 'gender identity expression' and sexual orientation are a spectrum, and...that those [who are] opposed to homosexuality are stuck -- quote -- 'in a binary box that religion and family create.' -- This should be sent to every teacher in every school district, and they should be asked to either endorse it, demand Ms Schneider be fired, or drop their NEA membership.
