If that's a legitimate reason for a 'technicality, the Court of Appeals must order the elimination of court appointed attonreys, and the Court of Appeals must revoke the license of every attorney that loses a case.. no matter how guilty its client is! You legal eagles should call for a recall of the whole Court of Appeals for setting an unreachable requirement to practice law!
