I'm still infuriated that the Court of Appeals would order a new trial based on a defense attorney's 'error'! I'm furious that the Court of Appeals has given every court appointed attorney and every criminal an excuse for an appeal. I'm even more furious that neither the Court of Appeals or the L-E broadcast LOUDLY the defense attorney's name so we'd know not to hire him/her for routine legal needs.
