The MCSD SPLOST receipts parallel the original City LOST tax rate, and that has already shown it will not even be close to the $225,000,000.00 the MCSD thinks it will generate before the 5 year collection 'window' closes, and I do not think the voters will give the MCSD another SPLOST to make up the difference.
