Online story: "President Barack Obama on Sunday said that the U.S. is "fully supportive of Israel's right to defend itself." -- Hmmm, maybe, but what he doesn't say is that he is fully supportive of Israel....but, unfortunately, Hamas and al Qaida and Hezbollah wouldn't fret if he did say that.

Online headline: "Obama Asia Trip: Myanmar Visit To Encourage Democracy" -- Hmm, if the people of Myanmar have cable TV, I doubt they will buy into potUS Oblunder's version of dim&dumbmocracy.

---

Online story: "WASHINGTON -- House Democratic leader Nancy Pelosi says she's hopeful lawmakers can come to a deal to avoid a year-end "fiscal cliff" but any agreement has to include tax rate increases for the wealthy." -- First off, how about if Nancy and Paul Pelosi publish their tax returns, but other than that, she doesn't have a pot to 'pee-losi' in.

WTVM9 headline: "Former Columbus High standout arrested again" -- Poor Kyle Carter.... wonder if he will take his 'bawl' and go home.

Fifty million in projects were included that the MCSD Board knew could not be funded by the pie-in-the-sky SPLOST projections. The total of projects submitted was for close to $225 million, and the most that the SPLOST should have been projected to bring in was $175 million. What the MCSD Bioard did was make promises to districts to get those voters' support, but without any intention of getting them done. Simple bribery! Keep that in mind next time.

L-E story: "Many of those visiting Columbus for the annual demonstration are regulars like Chantal, but every year it draws some young newcomers like Arlo Cristofaro, a 17-year-old from Northfield, Minn. * “I really loved how they incorporated art into it, especially with the theatrical puppets. That was something I think was done very, very well,” said Cristofaro, a senior at Arcadia Charter School. “They had the music playing constantly, and all of the art on the sides, and the T-shirts. It was just beautiful how much creativity they put into it.” * To him it was like traveling 24 hours to an outdoor festival. * “It totally is like a festival, which is super cool,” he said. * Cristofaro, who hopes eventually to teach writing for a living, said the weather here adds value to paying a visit to Georgia in November, in light of what it’s usually like in Minnesota this time of year. * “It was like 35 or 40 in Minnesota,” he said. “It was like we got off the bus here and we were just like, ‘Oh! Sweaters done!’ It was so wonderful.” -- First, since this kid is a minor, did the L-E have a permission slip from his mom to talk with him, but think about this guy being your grandchild's teacher one day... Secondly, if an organizer of a Civic Center event had only 2,000 known tickets sold before hand, the event would have been canceled...

Lying liberal's L-E "soundoff": "Obama is our president. If you voted for him or not, and I didn’t, you should support him. If you don’t, you’re part of the problem, not the solution. Limbaugh is part of the problem. " -- Obviously, this person voted for potUS Oblunder or he/she would know our Founding Fathers not only made provision (1st Amendment) for every any citizen, EVERY citizen, to speak out and stand up against an overbearing government.
---
L-E's "Thought for Today": “The facts are always less than what really happened.” — Nadine Gordimer, South African Nobel Prize-winning author. -- I think this gal is campaigning to take Jay Carney's place as potUS Oblunder's spokeperson.

L-E story: "SAN FRANCISCO — San Francisco may be getting ready to shed its image as a city where anything goes, including clothing. * City lawmakers are scheduled to vote Tuesday on an ordinance that would prohibit nudity in most public places. " -- "Most places"? Most of the country would be relieved if San Francisco just banned it from its Thanksgiving Day parade.

L-E story:
-- First, why are tomato pickers from Florida picketing a Publix store in Phenix City, Alabama; but more interesting is that none of the protesters seem to be migrant, illegal aliens of Mexican descent, which is how DIM&DUMBERats usually portray tomato pickers and them taking jobs Americans won't do.
---
From above L-E story: "The protesters outside Publix Sunday were with the Coalition of Immokalee Workers. Some demonstrators from the SOA Watch gathering at Columbus’ Fort Benning gate came over to Phenix City to add their support to the workers’ cause. " -- Guess some bused-in college students were trying to double-dip on extra course credit... beats working...

A L-E story touches on Dr Martin Luther King, Jr's father, Dr Martin Luther King, Sr. History will have a tough time recalling either. Dr King, Jr's and Sr's first names, legally (and never officially changed) were Michael. Dr. King, Jr adopted "Martin" as it was reminiscent of 16th century German religious reformant, Martin Luther, and Dr King, Sr adopted it after it was "working" for his son.

With LSU beating Texas A&M, Texas A&M beating Alabama, and Alabama beating LSU, does anyone know what the tiebreaker for the SEC West Championship Game slot will be if Auburn upsets Alabama?
