&%(%*%^^$^%^^....Ron White is right.... you CAN'T fix stupid.... you can't even slow it down! (Please excuse my language, but if you can't beat'em, join'em!)

Proof headlines:

1 - "Maryland Approves Gay Marriage In Historic Vote"

2 - "Democrat To Become First Openly Gay Senator"

3 - "Colorado Legalizes Marijuana For Recreational Use"

4 - "Man Dies At Polls, But Comes Back To Life To Finish Voting"

5 - "Michael Vick Voted NFL's Most Disappointing Player" (Had to throw this one in to show that in sports, versus politics, voters do not put up with mediocrity)

Say it ain't so, Joe.... say it ain't Joe, again.

---

Next time, we need to have a poll tax.... one on every poll that comes out concerning any election. A tax on polls would solve debt problem.

The more I think about the surging interest Bill Clinton has in re-electing potUS Oblunder, the more I think a deal has been made that Biden would not challenge Hillary for the 2016 DIM&DUMBERat nomination.
---

Online story: Straight from the mouth of William Jefferson Clinton talking at a potUS Oblunder rally: “You’re laughing, but who wants a president who will knowingly, repeatedly tell you something he knows is not true?” -- He was referring to Romney! How could anyone but Clinton say this with a straight face? Can't wait to see the school history books' recap of the Clinton years.

---

"Partnership for Public Integrity'....Whatta crock! This was the name advertising the less than accurate claims as to what the State Charter Amendment 1 would do. Even "googling" showed nothing about such an organization.

---

Wish this was moot when you read it, but potUS Oblunder spinmeister Robert Gibbs was explaining that the potUS Oblunder team's was busy digging itself out of this economic hole. My grandfather always told me, "When you find yourself in a hole, first, stop digging." You cannot dig yourself out of a hole!

---

When I went to vote yesterday, I noticed an armed member of one of our local public safety offices on duty. There was really no need for such at Wynnbrook. Next time, send him to Philadelphia to escort voters safely by the New Black Panthers poll monitors.

---

Since the Charter School Amendment passed so overwhelmingly, I'd guess Muscogee County does not have a lock on school systems that voters are frustrated with or disappointed in.

---

The Republican Party has to adopt an abortion issue policy. One liberals can't argue with (too much), and Republican candidates can't shoot themselves upside the head when they opinionate on it. I am pro-life, but do not ever want to see those opting for abortions having to resort to the 'back alley' kind of the past. Abortions are a real issue between a woman, even the couple, and God to work out. I do agree it should not be a government paid form of birth control, but our God is a forgiving God, and He has the final judgement on those who opt for abortions. Let them work it out in deed and prayer.

Heard an interesting tidbit about Air Force 1. Did you know there was once a bomb threat? 1999, when PotUS Clinton left Greece, someone cut into the radio system and said there wad a bomb on board. No explosive device was found, but the hacker wasn't technically wrong, Bill Clinton was on board.

I am officially putting barackobama.com in my spam filter today!

My e-edition Ledger-Enquirer just got up and running (6:45 AM). It's amazing that the L-E would 'wait up' for the election results for a race it wouldn't publicly endorse a candidate.

---

Liberal's L-E "soundoff": "With all the shootings by teenagers in Columbus, do we need a curfew for them? I think that would quell some of the crime." -- Like any criminal is going to obey a law he/she doesn't like? Of course, the writer is feeling quite smug for writing about this since now that it's been addressed, the problem is solved.

---

Typical D&D mentality L-E "soundoff": "The taxpayers do not pay post office employee's salaries. We are the only federal agency that makes our money like a regular business. We give you the product and you pay for it." -- Yeah, yeah... sounds simple on paper, but when the PO does not earn enough revenue to pay the salaries, Uncle Sam dips into our pockets to supplement the revenue. The PO is basically an ongoing government bailout. If it were a private business, it would have been taken over by UPS or FedEx by now.

---

L-E headline/story (and BIAS): "Charter Schools * State constitutional amendment likely to receive approval * Proponents of legislation lead by slim margin with 20 counties still to be reported * With 139 0r 159 counties reporting, the ballot's Constitutional Amendment No. 1 was leading by a margin of 58 percent to 42 percent." -- A 38% margin with only 14% of counties not included is a "slim margin"?

---

L-E story: "Part of a state law that requires a Georgia-issued driver's license to get behind the wheel is unconstitutional because it discriminates against non-Georgia citizens, a lawyer for a Mexican national argued before the state's Supreme Court on Monday. * The law says anyone living in the state longer than 30 days must have a state-issued license, and anyone who violates that law can be punished unless they show up in court with a valid Georgia license." - The inmates are running the asylum! If the Mexican national is an American/Georgia citizen, then he/she is under the same law as ALL Georgians are answerable, and if it's an illegal Mexican national, he shouldn't even be in Georgia.

It's official, now, that our facility on Broadway will become the newest "Your Pie". It's a pretty neat way to enjoy pizza and other treats. Planning to open the 1st of February. A lot of you will know the two entrepreneurs .. Barrett Feighner and Macon Evans.
