You know, it really doesn't matter exactly what and when potUS Oblunder knew about the attack in Benghazi, it's what he didn't do/authorize to save/protect American lives.

---

Online headline: "CNN Bomb Threat Closes Streets" -- Oooops, my bad. Thought the Neilsen Ratings had been published, and CNN show hosts were sitting on window ledges..

---

I'm a Tim Allen fan, and was eager to watch the season the new "Last Man Standing" show last night. I was disappointed that the ABC show took on a rather pointed political slant featuring Tim as an "Archie Bunker" conservative and his family as Glorias and Meathead Obamarites. ABC went so far as to 'call' states as having been won by potUS Oblunder. Stark stereotyping was promoted as Allen was portrayed as the Neanderthal conservative breadwinner, and his non-working daughters/son-in-law as the "Occupy Tim's House" protesters. Too much, ABC, even for ABC.

Mayor Bloomberg... full of gas politician, but can't deliver it. Perhaps he should have let potUS Oblunder into NYC....

---

HuffPost headline: "October Jobs Report: U.S. Adds 171,000 Jobs As Unemployment Rate At 7.9 Percent" -- Hmm, no mention that the 7.9% figure is UP from the last report despite most of the seasonal jobs that the 171,000 new ones represent.. Bias by omission.

---

Does anyone know if production of the "VOLT" has begun again? The symbol of the potUS Oblunder presidency stopped production in mid-September.

---

The latest from barackobama.com: "Hal -- This is me saying goodbye to your inbox.
I know, I know. But PLEASE don't celebrate until you've hit submit on that donation." -- If I thought he was throwing in the flag of concession, I might donate to his retirement fund.

GOP campaign signs on Second Avenue were torn down one night this week. Now bullet damage had been discovered at GOP District Attorney candidate Mark Post's campaign office. All their D&D opponents are incumbents. Why would the GOP candidates be subjected to such treatment?

---

You know, potUS Oblunder had a couple of slick, Clinton-worthy, ads talking about things looking up now so we should let him have 4 more years. Things are looking up only because voters see Romney as the light at the end of a dark, dark tunnel.
---

I disagree with Rush Limbaugh on Harry Reid's ability to thwart legislation Mitt Romney will need to be effective. I do believe Romney will take any Reid antics directly to the American people ala POTUS Reagan.
---

The election... it's basically about confidence, and broken, even incomplete promises that are sliding backwards, create doubt in the voters' minds. Those doubts won't change the vote of those who are only voting for personally selfish gains, but it matters to most of us... and that's what gives us true hope. Having faith in God has given us the strength to weather the worst possible storms.

Thursday afternoon, there was an ambulance and a fire truck pulled into the medical office (that used to be a CB&T) on 2nd Ave. Obviously, it was a call from the facility needing transport for a patient. Why the necessity (and extra expense) of sending the fire truck when the medical facility was staffed with a doctor and trained medical personnel?

The latest from barackobama.com: "Hal -- If I don't get a chance to tell you before Election Day, I just want to say: No matter what happens on Tuesday, I am grateful to you. And Hal, I want to make sure we're celebrating a win to honor all the work you and millions of others have put into this." -- Is there no shame in what potUS Oblunder will say and do? He knows pretty much that only one of us will be celebrating Tuesday night/Wednesday AM.

---

Thank God there weren't television networks in the early days of presidential elections. Can you imagine what Chris Matthews, Alan Colmes et al would have been saying about Washington, Jefferson, and Adams?

What is going on in the MCSD? A recent hire has been accused of molestation in the school system he left; is currently being held without bond in Albany, and our school administration is keeping him on the payroll on the basis that the charges are only "allegations"? The man was hired here just 6 weeks ago, and even if the charges prove to be unfounded, the man is at best an employee in a trial/probation period, and should not be treated as a long time employee.

L-E story: "Last month, (Congressman) Bishop told the Macon Telegraph that he could technically be a veteran but that he doesn't refer to himself as such. * "No, I don't say I'm a military veteran, but let me just say, look up Webster's dictionary and see what a veteran is," he said. "Depending upon what definition you use, I could be considered a veteran. To me that's not really an issue."-- Why is it that DIM&DUMBERats attempt to clarify things based on how you "define" something. Clinton wanted to redefine "is" to determine whether he thought his actions with Lewinski were sexual or not; potUS Oblunder tries to cover the unemployment numbers by redefining what a job is, and what 'transparency" is, and now Congressman Bishop being a veteran of the military is a matter of how you define 'veteran". You know, I have one definition of honesty, and none of the three fit it.

---

The L-E says the Charter School Amendment doesn't pass the "smell test". Hmmm, is it simply because the L-E has gotten too used to the smell of the local schools, and doesn't know what a breath of fresh air is?

---

L-E story: "Atlanta - Average bills from Georgia Power will soon INCREASE, not DECREASE as some might have expected when the company announced last month that fuel costs had dropped." -- We get to vote on two PSC seats in a couple of days. One race features a DIM&DUMBERat, a Republican, and a Libertarian... vote for the Republican so the DIM&DUMBERat want get elected by a split conservatives' vote. The other is a race between a Republican and a Libertarian. There is no DIM&DUMBERat to muddy the choice... vote for the Libertarian in this race, as Libertarians won't roll over to GaPowCo wishes.

Columbus Carver beating #1 ranked Peach County at their home field is a big thing. Sorta fits in with my idea to have this Dr, Carver quotation chiseled into the wallsinn the lobby at the new G W Carver High School here in Columbus: "Ninety-nine percent of the failures come from people who have the habit of making excuses."
