While putting a stamp on a card today.. I looked at it close... I had a choice of one that 'said' "Freedom, Liberty, Equality or Justice". The stamps are good 'forever', but I wondered if "Freedom, Liberty, Equality AND Justice" will still be with us when Judas 00-bama leaves office.
---
Wonder if any reporters will ask Hillary what she thinks about the tornado tragedy? I'll bet mainstream media is scared to do so for fear she'll say, "It was Oklahoma... What difference does it make?"
---
I was waiting for Judas 00-bama to finally address the Oklahoma tragedy ( for those confused by the difference been between such and a terroristic travesty, this is the difference between tragedy and an intentional bombing of civilian families) ; I wondered if Jay Carney would come out first as tell us no one in the White House told 00-bama about it until he read about it in this morning's paper.

Fox News reporter James Rosen was listed as a co-conspirator for tracking a source of a story. His personal e-mail was confiscated under a court order. Who was the judge that criminalized Rosen as an investigative reporter, and what other reporters are under such secretive surveillance?
---
HuffPost headline/story:" Anthony Weiner Enters 2013 New York Mayoral Race * Weiner addresses the scandal directly in the first official message of his campaign, and makes an appeal for a second chance. "Look, I made some big mistakes. And I know I let a lot of people down. But I've also learned some tough lessons," he says." -- Sadly, in NYC, he has a chance, as DUMBERat voters haven't learned 'nuthin' about getting rid of lying liberals.

--

From above: Another MYC Mayoral candidate is John Liu. "Despite a federal investigation accusing two former aides to Liu of breaking campaign finance laws, Liu announced his candidacy for mayor in March. * In a recent interview, Liu said, "We are all liberal Democrats" and suggested Democratic mayoral hopefuls were all the same" -- "were all the same"? What's even worse about DUMBERat voters is that even when they know the truth and they still vote for DUMBERats.

---

And another NYC hopeful: "Adolfo Carrion, Jr. * He was the Bronx Borough President from 2002 to 2009 and was appointed by the Obama administration as the Regional Director for HUD's New York office. He is running for mayor as an independent." -- Hey, he may be the smartest of the bunch... by doing a Bloom-ing-idiot-berg shuffle, he's shaking the "Judas 00-bama Shake".

---

And another: "Rev. Erick Salgado: He announced his Democratic candidacy for mayor, despite a socially conservative agenda which includes anti-gay marriage, pro-life policies. " -- He might as well put a Bush43 bumper sticker on his car.

---

There are other NYC Mayoral candidates, too, but the first 3 above are the ones DUMBERat voters will be drawn towards.

---

Online story: "Lois Lerner, the director of the exempt organizations unit at the Internal Revenue Service, plans to invoke the Fifth Amendment during her expected testimony before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee on Wednesday, the Los Angeles Times reports." -- How ironic, a government employee violates the Constitution then wants to hide behind it. You know... How can anyone who works for the government and violates someone else's Constitutional rights have any protection from that Constitution?

---

Last week, resigned-but-still-working interim director of the IRS, Stephen T. Miller said there was no partisan targeting of conservative groups. This week he is saying there was partisan targeting. Guess someone other than Judas 00-bama explained what perjury is, and even 00-bama can't keep him out of jail for that.

---

Online story: "The White House Visitors Log reveals that President Barack Obama met with Internal Revenue Service (IRS) union boss Colleen Kelley on March 31, 2010—the day before the Inspector General's report says the IRS began its scheme to target tea party and conservative groups. * Furthermore, Obama appointed Colleen Kelley, president of the National Treasury Employees Union (NTEU), to the Federal Salary Council whose job is to recommend pay raises for IRS and other federal employees one week after Obama and Democrats suffered historic midterm losses in 2010. Two years later, Kelley’s 150,000-member union had raised $580,412, 94% of which went to Democratic federal candidates. The group also strongly backed Obama's reelection." -- Here's another stone that mainstream media needs to at least look under with a passing glance.

How many millions of dollars did the MCSD spend on building a new Carver, and giving all the students web books? Thank goodness... Otherwise, the graduation rate might go down... Oh, not only did Carver go down, it's further down in the bottom half of the local schools than the previous year.

---

If that's not embarrassing enough... look at Hardaway. Hardaway is a partial "magnet school", housing the acclaimed "International Baccalaureate" program, yet overall Hardaway dropped from a 76% rate to a 65% graduation rate. Since we can assume that the magnet students probably held their own, then the non-magnet students took even a worse hit that it appears.

---

Even CHS, the Number 1 public high school in GA saw a decline. If that doesn't rattle bones through out the system, nothing will wake up the MCSD board.

---

Hmmm, so some scenes for "Need For Speed" are going to be filmed here in the near future. Hope Marshal Countryman doesn't see this and send out his 'drug team' to make arrests,

---

Also saw where the "Need For Speed" advance crew was down searching for filming sites. Guess J R Allen Parkway will be out as regular traffic will pass the movie cars.

---

That student loan forgiveness plan of Judas 00-bama is a rip off for taxpayers. First, 'we' loan them money for non-private sector careers, then they go to work for the government and don't have to pay "us" back, and then take more of "our" tax dollars working in jobs trying to get even more of 'our' money in taxes.

---

Thanks to a fellow BCer, pic of the Decade?

---

Judas 00-bama says he's OUTRAGED at the scandals that have erupted. I say it's OUTRAGEOUS that Judas 00-bama hasn't cleaned house.

L-E headline/story: "Bond set for man charged with possession of sawed-off shotgun * man who was arrested Sunday after he was reported for waving a weapon at people passing his 13th Avenue home faced charges of owning a sawed-off shotgun and disorderly while intoxicated during a Monday hearing. * Bonnie Huling, 54, also faces charges of criminal use of an article. * Police noted during the hearing that Huling was noticeably intoxicated and said he had been "drinking all day." * police found a sawed-off shotgun inside Huling's home. When he was confronted, he again stated that his shotgun had been stolen." -- Why is this recidivist getting bond? This version of the story doesn't include two other points, chargeable offenses reported in his 'arrest story'.. he's a convicted felon in possession of a gun, and the gun had it's serial number altered, both gun offenses. In addition, he probably was in violation of a parole condition. The man has a history of disregard for the law; what makes the Courts think he will obey the law while unmonitored until his next court date?

---

If you go to the Uptown/VSA Whitewater website, you'll see two live video stream views of the "featured rapids". Of interest , since we are being told this is a "restoration" project, is that neither of these "featured rapids" existed pre-1850. In fact, neither existed in 2011. Both are man-made, manipulatable concrete and steel structures.

---

Went down by the river yesterday morning and saw the river at, basically, flood levels as GaPower evidently is helping Whitewater put on show this weekend. Hmmm, is the City gonna fine/arrest us if we get caught watering our lawns on Fridays?

---

The latest figures on the earth's core show it hasn't warmed in the last 14 years. Environmental wackos feel something's wrong with the data. Truth is, the wackos' models were wrong then and even more wrong today. Where's Algore?

---

From another fellow BCer:

This sums it up, even in "new math".

---

L-E headline: "Troup County Schools practice energy efficiency, save $2 million " -- Hmmm, MCSD could save that just by opening the Tuesday after Labor Day rather than the First of August.

---

This Jodi Arrogant-ass stood in front of a jury and told them she wanted prison instead of death so she could organize a prison recycling plan, donate her hair to cancer and design T-shirts. She should have thought about that before stabbing her boyfriend, 27 times, slitting his throat ear-to-ear, and dotting his "eyes" with bullets,

---

L-E headline: "FBI ID’s Benghazi suspects; no arrests yet" -- Wow! The FBI has alerted the "alleged perpetrators" that the FBI knows who they are. Wonder when they took off to Egypt?

---

Since the IRS is tracking political groups, I wonder if IRS was at the Judas 00-bama/Arthur Blank Fundraiser taking names?

---

If Council had made sure that the Whitewater companies, ooops, company collected local sales taxes on the sales, and the estimated 8,000 trips times 8 riders times $48.00 a pop, the revenue would be over $3,000,000.00. If City/MCSD got its approximate 3.75% of that, the City/MCSD would have an additional $112,500.00 in found revenue to spend. Alas, since the only Whitewater equipper is in Phenix City, Columbus would miss out on those sales taxes anyway.

L-E story: "ATLANTA — Gov. Nathan Deal says he believes in the right of atheist groups to donate literature for use in cabins and lodges in Georgia’s state parks just as Bibles are allowed. * Deal said Tuesday “if somebody doesn’t want to read the Gideon Bibles, they don’t have to take it out of the drawer. If there is some atheist literature, they don’t have to read it.” * Park managers initially removed Bibles after receiving a citizen complaint. The state attorney general later advised it was OK since the Bibles weren’t paid for by the state. " -- Wow... Bible are "OK" since "they aren't paid for by the state"? Bibles are "OK" anywhere, anytime in my life.

---

L-E story: "WASHINGTON — Treasury Secretary Jacob Lew says the Internal Revenue Service’s targeting of conservative political groups was “unacceptable and inexcusable” and he has directed the agency’s acting director to hold people accountable. * Lew told the Senate Banking Committee that he has also asked acting director Daniel Werfel to fix any flaws in management of the IRS to make sure there is no recurrence of the problems." -- "Fix any flaws in management"? He'll have to start at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
