Online headline: "Obama's 3-year plan to fight ISIS" -- "3-year plan"? How about a 22 month plan so HEBDObama can say he actually completed a mission while in office?
---
After listening to Netanyahu... and wishy-washy Republicans, and Democrat Party critics.. maybe someone needs to start up Sex-Ed classes in Congress. Most of our representatives need to learn what constitutes being a man is all about.
---
You know... the MCSB's assertion that it is unethical and/or against "the law" for Myers and Thomas to voice their opinions that are contrary to the overall board's decisions is something that "might be" a part of the "Communist Manifesto", but not against their rights guaranteed by our Constitution. Never has this been reconfirmed more than by our own US Supreme Court which allows individual judges to publish their contrarian view to overall US Supreme Court decisions.
---
Online headline: "Justices sharply divided over health care law subsidies" -- You know.. the judges decisions should not be based on nor swayed by what will happen if OObamaCRAP is dismantled.. The only consideration should whether the law meets its Constitutional responsibilities.
---
Online headline: "US South Korean ambassador attacked by man wielding razor * Images showed a stunned Mark Lippert examining his bloodied left hand after he was attacked at a Seoul arts center Thursday." -- Good grief.. has Obamageddon's unassertiveness destroyed the world's respect of the US to the point that even North Korean interests will venture into another country and attack our ambassador?
---
Online headline: "White House admits Clinton broke the rules * Hillary Clinton's camp has insisted her personal email usage was normal, but the White House said otherwise Wednesday." -- Hmmm... as I recall, when Obamageddon was first elected.. he stated he wasn't about to give up his personal Blackberry phone..
---
HuffPOOPOO headline: "Hillary Clinton Responds To Email Controversy: 'I Want The Public To See My Email'" -- Oh... does Hillewinsky think she's covered her own arse on her own personal home network so that only the files she wants people to see will miraculously reappear like those "Whiewater" files from the Rose Law Firm in Arkansas?
---
Online headline: "Iconic Willis Tower up for sale" -- Good grief.. it's Chicago... what or who isn't for sale?
---
Idea repeat: "you've seen them.."Vote "YES for KIDS"... "There's No Time To Waste".. All that's missing is a picture of Nancy Pelosi saying, "Just pass it.. you can read it later".
---
If "truth in advertising" laws were applied to political ads, those "Vote YES for Kids" would have to read "Vote YES for US (who will make a ton of money)"
---
I'm still parsing the SPLOST sports projects discussed in Sunday's newspaper...here are a couple of concerns: Columbus High ball fields and various lighting projects:
Excuse me but the CHS baseball field was the object of major donations from MLB HOF Frank Thomas and the late Randy Jordan.. the field cannot be expanded, and it already has brick dugouts, a press box, an indoor batting/pitching facility, nice concession area, nice bleachers and a concreted traffic area.. what exactly does CHS's baseball complex need for $300,000.00.

---
Now let's discuss the CHS softball plans.. wait a minute.. CHS doesn't have a softball field on campus nor room to build one.. CHS softball plays down on a lighted field in Lakebottom Park... how can the MCSD take over a public park field using SPLOST money?

---
Oh, and thoughts of lighting all the baseball fields.. Stanfill says adding lights "isn't a luxury". Well, adding an ongoing electrical expense sure is, so start school earlier so games can start at 4:00/4:30.. Daylight Savings Time starts this weekend so an extra hour is being gained. Lights don't really help the student athlete... the become required to stay longer on practice and game days, and there's less time for them for homework/studying..

So the DOJ thinks the Ferguson police department needs more monitoring and oversight. Hmmm, guess you could say the DOJ needs even more of that, but who do we hire?
---
Online story: "A southern New Jersey mayor has banned its residents from asking questions at meetings after getting into a confrontation with a man." -- Hmmm.. does our Mayor TomLYINGson have a cousin in New Jersey?
---
Online headline/story: "When Seattle Raised Minimum Wage to $15, They Had No Idea This Would Happen * A survey company was hired by the left-leaning Seattle and they concluded that 42% of employers in the area were “very likely” to reduce the number of employees per shift and 44% were “very likely” to reduce employee hours in an attempt to survive the massive labor cost increases. * The future of Seattle business looks bleak as well, with 43% of businesses polled claiming they were “very likely” limit future expansion in the city. An alarming percentage also claimed that they were “very likely” to close at least one city location." -- "survey company was hired by the left-leaning Seattle"? Talk about a "backfire".. imagine what the findings would have been if a conservative survey company had been conducting this?
---
Online story: "Federal Judge Kimberly J. Mueller, an Obama appointee, said in a decision on Thursday that the Second Amendment does not apply to firearms." -- Good grief.. first.. you wanna bet Obama will agree with this federal judge yet disagrees with another federal judge who "stayed" the Alabama same-sex marriage opinion of another judge? Secondly... what 2nd Amendment is she talking against.. OURS or Marx"s?
---
Cathy Williams.. late of the MCSD board, after bailing out her last two years while serviny, has become a staunch SPLOST supporter and anti audit proponent. On FaceBook, she is monitoring L-E stories and public responses. In a recent rebuttal about "money being wasted", Williams responded:
"This is the link (note: there was no link included) to the MCSD 126 page Comprehensive Annual Financing Report and Annual Audit, for years. You can "believe" what you are told, or you can read the audit and know that we do have accountability. Rise up, Columbus. Vote, YES! "
Well, Cathy, I can show you my checkbook/debit card ledger and it will show where every penny I spent went.. but it will not tell you if I needed to spend it nor whether I paid the best possible price for it. Vote "NO" until a forensic audit is performed!
---
Now about Spencer High School..if the alumni are so fired up about preserving the honor and legacy of William H. Spencer, the Spencer alumni should be up in arms about FIRING the hold-over MCSB members!
Please note the "Proficiency in Math" score of 8%... no new building.. no new SPLOST can FIX this.
---
Hey, "Yes for US...uh.. Kids" committee.. how about telling us where Jim Buntin lives now.. how about Santa Rosa, FL.. guess he figured he could donate $1,000.00 since he won't be in Columbus having to pay the SPLOST taxes on everything he purchases.
---
From an earlier online story" Militants of the Islamic State have destroyed a large portion of the ancient Nineveh wall in Mosul, which dates back some 2,700 years. The tragic loss adds to a series of archaeological, historical, and religious sites of great historical value that have been reduced to ruins." -- ISIS has blown up huge sections of the historic wall of Nineveh - why is there a mosque still standing in America.. Islam is not a religion.. it's a political agenda disguised as a religion
---
Online quote source: "“Be courteous to all, but intimate with few, and let those few be well tried before you give them your confidence.”- George Washington" -- Hmmm.. this can be looked at in several ways to apply to today's political arena.. but it's probably the voters who need this written on the walls of ecvery ballot booth in America.
---
L-E headline: "REGINA MILLIRONS TRIAI * Sheriff Darr claims release of records politically motivated" -- "claims release of records politically motivated"... of course they were! Glad we have someone who can find and interpret a clue properly.. now if Mayor TomLYINGson would simply "get a clue".
---
L-E "headlie": " Feds won’t bring charges on officer in Ferguson shooting" -- Doh! It's more like "Feds CAN'T bring charges on officer in Ferguson shooting" -- he didn't do anything wrong that any police officer of any color would have done in the same circumstances.
---
L-E headline: "BOSTON MARATHON BOMBING * Defense admits Tsarnaev carried out plot" -- Good grief.. guess the Defense lawyer figures enough liberals are on the jury that he can get him off with the"sympathy defense" because Bomber Brother 2 lost his brother to a police barrage of gunfire.
---
L-E headline: "Child, 7, reportedly victimized in sex crime at Columbus MedCare" -- The L-E should at least say whether the accused is/was an employee there or an outsider there for medical help.. The public should know for protection, and the business shouldn't be penalized/vilified if it was an outsider.
