" -- Good grief.. when I was a Cub Scout, our motto was "Do Your Best", and when I became a Boy Scout, we upped our our goals to "Be Prepared"... not "Be Coerced By Your Liberal Mom"..We see the same thing happening in our schools as well.. instead of parents helping teachers/leaders learn life lessons that will prepare their children for life, liberal parents want to control their children's thought processes.

From the "do we dare look" department - Online headline: "States With the Best (and Worst) Schools" -- Good grief.. it's a shame that we see this headline and have to wonder how Columbus affects the state of GA, yet know that wherever GA is, Columbus has dragged GA down. GA is ranked 32and out of 50.. hardly a crowning achievement,, but I guess when the emphasis is on making sure the students get a diploma regardless of whether they get a proper education this is what we can expect.
Just heard that police cruisers are riding around major crime areas playing the National Anthem when they see a crime in progress... and finding it easier to catch the criminals because they are "taking a knee".
L-E headline: "CRIME * Delay is sought in triple-homicide trial" -- Good grief.. wait a minute.. isn't justice "DELAYED", justice "DENIED"? Let's put the lawyers on trial for justice ABUSE!
The L-E is really desperate... One of the execs wrote a piece trying to claim the L-E is still relevant because it gets 100s of thousand "views".. let's parse this .. the L-E is taking a page out of the digital world to get it's "figures" Take an average 25 page newspaper edition which only has about 16,000 or so subscribers.. the L-E must be counting each page turned as a "view".. 25 time 16,000 is 400,000 "views"... and if someone posts a L-E story on the Concerned Citizens of Columbus Forum, the L-E probably counts each post as "12,00 views" since the forum has that many followers, but if you check the L-E Facebook page, you'll find the L-E page has only 49,000 'likes' which is less than 20% or the area SMA numbers.
L-E headline: "Fort Benning Ranger duo stakes claim as top snipers in the world" -- I had the honor of being the "official photographer" for the 2007 and 2008 International Sniper competition,, and these guys are GOOD! Hope some of you went out to Ft Benning and watched some of the competition.. if you didn't do so next year during the 100th Anniversary year of Ft Benning.

For info sake.. recently, viewer numbers have eclipsed 29,000 on six continents (all but Antarctica).
