Online headline:"We finally know who paid for the opposition research that led to the Trump-Russia dossier" -- Good grief.. How dare mainscream media use the phrase "WE" Finally Know.... the rest of the world new a year-plus ago.. what the headline should have said was " WE" finally ADMIT "we" knew .
---
Details from above story:

"1 - The opposition research firm that produced the Trump-Russia dossier was retained in April 2016 by a lawyer representing Hillary Clinton and the Democratic National Committee.

2 - The revelation came amid a protracted back-and-forth between the firm, Fusion GPS, and the House Intelligence Committee.

3 - A person familiar with the matter told the Post that neither the DNC nor the Clinton campaign knew that Fusion had been hired by Elias."

You know, I know.. even the "we" knows Hellary is lying about this... Nothing went on that the DNC and Hellary didn't know about.

Online headline: "White House on Flake not seeking re-election: 'Probably a good move' " -- Now, the next move Trump should make is an Executive Order that all campaign funds a retiring politician or a politician who loses in a primary or general election be immediately turned over to the FEC, and those politicians be banned from receiving any future contributions..

---
Online story: "Kaepernick has been a free agent since last season after leaving the San Francisco 49ers. He has recently filed a grievance against the NFL, claiming that team owners are colluding to keep him from being signed to any team because of his protests. If he can prove collusion, the former quarterback could be entitled to millions of dollars in compensation" -- What the NFL owners should do is file a counter suit against KaeperPRICK for starting a movement that is emptying the grandstands throughout the league.. What NFL players don't understand is they are paid gazillions of dollars not to play football, they are paid to fill the grandstands, sell ads on TV and merchandise through retail shops.

Can you imagine what problems in Social.Security would have been solved if your SS Withholdings had gone into Dow Index Funds rather than into Algore's "lock box"? Just since Trump's election, the DJIA have risen 27%.

---
You know, not one Democrat, and maybe only a handful of Republicans will admit that Trump has done a lot better running his companies over the years than politicians have done running the country.

Lowest first time unemployment filing..not in the last year, not even in the Obama years, but the lowest since 1973.. Nixon was still in office. The stock market is up $5.4 TRILLION dollars since Trump was first elected. Hey, mainscream media, where is your journalistic focus?

Seems I was right on target going after Columbus Council for wanting to add $5.00 per case for State Court cases. One local legal eagle says he gets full access to Nexus for a "$300.00 a month fee. Seems all of our courts combined could have such a subscription and 60 cases a month would cover the costs.

From the "what's Pezold up to this time" department -- L-E story: "Georgia State Rep. Matt Dollar wants legislation that would prohibit local government bans on Airbnb and other short-term rental services in the state. * That legislation was also sponsored by John Pezold, who represents District 133. * Airbnb is an online lodging service similar to the online ride-sharing apps Uber and Lyft. It terms itself a “hospitality service,” that enables people to lease or rent short-term lodging including that ranges from vacation rentals to hotel rooms. Airbnb does not own any of the places it rents, just as Uber does not own any of the cars. It is a broker and receives commissions from both guests and hosts in conjunction with every booking. * Because there is currently no regulation, Columbus Convention & Visitors Bureau President Peter Bowden said at the time, there is no mechanism for those offering short-term rentals to pay taxes or fees that other hospitality providers pay. " -- Pezold is really interested in things he personally might benefit from.. Remember his attempt to eliminate the Tax Freeze... well two houses he owns would have benefited tremendously had his side won.. oh, and remember his push on a bill keep Uber drivers from having to collect the 8% sales taxes, and then we found out that McDonald's was running tests with Uber to deliver food orders to customers.. now he's pushing for AirBnB owners to be able to avoid having to charge up to 16% (plus the state's extra $500 daily fee) in like hotels and motels do.. and he does own at least one home that he does not live in.

L-E Sports Commentary headline: "COMMENTARY * Questionable officiating undeniable in Hardaway’s recent football loss * BY JORDAN D. HILL jhill@ledger-enquirer.com" -- You know, I'm glad to see the L-E look into bad calls by football officials, but I'd rather see the L-E report on "bad calls" by the MCSD administration officials.

---
L-E headline/story: "CRIME * 19-year-old man killed in shooting * The coroner’s office marks Murphy’s death as the 33rd homicide in Columbus this year, while Columbus police list it as the 27th. The coroner’s office does not differentiate between a homicide that police consider a murder and one it categorizes as manslaughter or a justifiable shooting.: -- 33rd? Wait a minute,, last month I thought the debate was about whether we were up to 34 or 35, and now it's less?

You know most red light offenses could probably be stopped if the time frame of the "yellow" light was varied with the speed limits of the traffic.. as "Monk" might say, "I could be wrong....", but it seems that the time lapse of "yellow" is between the green-to-red transition is the same whether traffic is moving at 30 MPH or 45 MPH.

Online story: "A number of longtime aides to failed Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton are still being paid from her campaign committee nearly one year after her defeat, Federal Election Commission filings show." -- Hmmm.. after reading about her campaign hiring the Fusion GPS group for the fake Trump-Russia dossier. I can only guess it was more prudent for Hellary to keep those "in the know" on her campaign payroll, rather than paying blackmail/hush money to keep them quiet from her own wallet.
---
L-E commentary headline/content: "EDITORIAL * City itself could be crime victim * It’s not as if anybody needed to be told Columbus has a crime problem. We’ve known that for a long time, anecdotally and otherwise. But the dimensions of it, put in the context of state and national crime rates, are stunning." -- You know. all I can think of is that Mayor Tom-LYING-son's "Kool-Aid" delivery truck didn't get the message that the L-E has moved from 12th Street to 10th Street, and the L-E is seeing through the curtain that reveals the "Lizard of Oz".
