L-E headline: "Former President Carter: Egyptian President Mubarak's toughness 'underestimated' " -- What does Cuzzin Jimmy know about estimating anybody else's "toughness"?
---
From above story: "“I tell the truth. Sometimes I don’t tell the whole truth,” he (XPOTUS Carter) said Sunday" -- Sayeth Alfred Lord Tennyson, "That a lie which is half a truth is ever the blackest of lies, That a lie which is all a lie may be met and fought with outright, But a lie which is part a truth is a harder matter to fight." Shame on you, Cuzzin Jimmy..

L-E headline: "Police say man stabs roommate with scissors, sending blades through his hand" -- Hmm, the second scissors stabbing in the past few day...what's next...will the Crime Prevention office start a "Midnight Sewing" class? Will the far left seek more 'scissor control' laws? Will Chares Bronson become the spokesperson for the Textile Workers Union? Blah blah blah...

From L-E story: "A big way you can help support the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is by buying a ticket to win the dream home." -- An even bigger way is to send a check directly to St Jude's Research Hospital, or donate online
Donate to St. Jude and help kids fight cancer

Hear the TSA is looking into using trained rats to search for explosives at airports. Instead of being feloniously groped by a "pat down", you may get the option to get a "rat down" ..... your undies.

Online headline/story: "Demand from China Drives Corn Prices to 30-Month High * Corn prices are up 92% in the past year." -- So much for ethanol protecting US from OPEC..... Time id right, no, urgent, for Congress to open up oil drilling in our massive known domestic oil fields, and let hungry people in the world get corn for food at a lower price.
---
Online headline: "Bernanke: Failure to Raise Debt Ceiling Could Be 'Catastrophic' " -- Like raising the last time hasn't been? Not raising it will force government to reduce itself...and that will probably eliminate Bernanke's job, so why are we listening to this guy?

Did I miss it? Has anyone seen an apology from Paunchy-Tummy Tim for celebrating Groundhog Day on the wrong date?

In his interview with Bill O'Reilly last night, potUS Imam-a said giving free medical care to 40 Million who don't buy it is necessary and that it has to be borne by those who are responsible for their family's healthcare. Once again, he's wrong. When government mandates Emergency Rooms treat patients who make no effort to be responsible, what's the incentive for those people to buy insurance or be responsible for their bills?
---
Hmmm, wonder if hospitals would have a chance at recovering indigent medical care if IRS would put medical bills as a top priority to be paid before any 'refund money' is sent to the filer?
---
In the same potUS Imam-a interview: "“The people who dislike you don’t know you. The folks who hate you, they don’t know you,” Obama said Sunday in an interview broadcast during Fox’s pre-game coverage of the Super Bowl. “What they hate is whatever funhouse mirror image of you that’s out there. They don’t know you.” --
He doesn't live in the White House, he's living in an Ivory Tower, insulated from the people by his Tsars and spokepersons. Besides, it's not about hatred for him; it's about disgust for his political behavior.

Poetic justice? WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange (hey, something does rhyme with 'orange' after all) must feel a little violated at the Swedish records of his sex charges were 'leaked' to the world's media...bless his heart.
