Millions have been thrown into Carver on a massive overhaul in the 90s, and in a total rebuild just a few years ago, and results have been pathetic.. Why not swapping about half the Jrs & Srs form Columbus High with students from Carver for a few years.. let Carver students experience a successful surrounding/environment, and let Columbus High students take a "can do" attitude to Carver.
