Water, especially upstream flood water, takes the course of least reistance,, alway has, always will.

Today we have 300 million guns and the first 10 minutes of every broadcast is shooting incidents." -- Good grief.. guns don't pull their own triggers. The difference now and 30-40 years ago was that murderers used to get the death sentence carried out.. it sent a message to those thinking about committing such crimes, and it took any chance of recidivism off the table.
