HuffPost story: "ISIS (not ISIL as Obamageddon likes to group Israel into
the mix), the extremist fighters in Iraq and Syria responsible for the tragic
beheadings of American journalists James Foley and Steven Sotloff, has spared no
one of its extremism. However, there is one victimized group that isn't
receiving as much public attention as it needs: women. * They usually take the
older women to a makeshift slave market and try and sell them. The younger
girls, basically they ... are raped or married off to fighters, and once these
fighters have had sex with these young girls, they just pass them on to other
fighters." -- Hmmm.. sorta like the Democrats' "war on women".. enslave them
into welfare situations, then pass them around the different programs.

Remember those 270 school girls kidnapped by the Islamist militant group
Boko Haram last April? Update: 57 "escaped in the first few days, but not one
has escaped or been rescued since.... Hmmm, sorta like the Democratic Party
Welfare and Voter Registration Plans.. ensnare them all in the welfare
"net" (allowing for 20% or so to realize what's going on and escape), then keep
the thumb of oppression on the backs of the rest.

You know... since all the Islamic jihadist activity began, have you noticed
that Louis Farrakhan and his Nation of Islam have just about disappeared from
the mainstream media attention? Oh, he's been active.. Farrakhan addressed the
killing of unarmed Michael Brown by Ferguson police in the context of the
conspiracy against Black youth in general, and will lead a Million Man March in
Jamaica next month. GOOGLE Farrakhan..what comes up about Ferguson is limited to
conservative or leftwing sources.. the mainstream media is completely silent on
Farrankhan. Sppoky... dangerous.

Online story: "Hillary Rodham Clinton, making her return to Iowa for the
first time since the 2008 presidential campaign, implored Democrats on Sunday to
choose shared economic opportunity over "the guardians of gridlock" in an
high-profile appearance that drove speculation about another White House bid
into overdrive." -- "shared economic opportunity"? Good grief.. America has seen
what giving majority control over both Congressional chambers will do, and got
OObamaCRAP to prove it. I'm willing to bet Hillewinsky still hasn't read
it..

Online story: "Don't Drink Caffeinated Beverages - Pass on the soda, energy
drinks, and double-shot espressos to better manage atrial fibrillation, Dr.
Hedgepeth says. Caffeine increases your heart rate and makes you more
susceptible to an Afib episode or other heart arrhythmias. Consider drinking
decaffeinated coffees or teas and water instead. To liven up plain water, add a
slice of lemon or lime, or drink natural fruit juice for a sweet treat." -- Good
grief... when I turned 40, I decided to "heed" info circulating in the medical
field..so replaced my "high test" morning beverage with "decaf". When I was 43,
I went back to "high test
because of the horror stories about the processing of "decaf" being worse for you than the caffeine. Who's in charge of this story now... Algore?

You know... that discount store ad... the one with a group
of "fashionistas" confronting another group..One says she likes the other's
purse.. she responds, "It's Italian leather".. I have a question about "Italian
leather"? Do they skin Italians to get it?

Hmm... did you know that Frances Scott Key wrote his poem, "In Defense of
Fort McHenry" 200 years ago this past weekend? He wrote it while detained on a
British Warship because of his accidental knowledge of the plan to attack Ft
McHenry. The poem described what he saw during the night based on the flashes of
light generated from explosions. Later, it was adopted to music. We know it as
"The Star Spangled Banner". Wish mainstream media had given this as much
exposure as it did Hillewinsky going to an Iowa "fish fry".

Kanye West is a gem.. Forever more concerned with himself, he chastised two
wheelchair bound concert goers for not standing up as he asked so he could sing
a certain song. Guess he'll never be asked to be an Ambassador to Australia..for
sure.. and hopefully nowhere else, either.

Online headline: "Ancient fossil of pig-like animal found and named after
Mick Jagger" -- Ooops, my bad.. thought Ancestry.Com had done a DNA check.

I'm getting PO'd at the NBC golf announcers... For the second time in
recent weeks, the announcers have really made an "old" issue at him being 44.
It's like they think the PGA should let him ride around the courses in a
"roundabout: scooter.

I've always enjoyed "Matlock" (though not for its judicial procedural
correctness).. did so when it was original, and maybe even more so in reruns
25-30 years later. I really enjoy seeing the "Atlanta" scenes showing how the
Interstate looked then compared to now.

Those Tyson ads telling us the chicken strips don't have any "added
hormones or steroids".. I' wish Tyson would tell us the strips don't have
"steroids" at all.

According to the L-E, there's a strangling growth of hydrilla taking over
areas on both sides of the Chattahoochee. Hey,, just advertise in Colorado that
this stuff is actually hydroponically grown marijuana and it's a "discount pick
your own" farm. It'll be cleared in a week or so.

LIV's L-E "soundoff": "This week in Georgia: a 2-year-old finds a gun,
shoots himself to death. An elderly Iraqi immigrant killed by a stray bullet
when a man accidentally shoots himself. We gun-worshipping Georgians are so
stupid." -- Hmmm could it simply be that there are ignorant gun possessors, as
well as ignorant soundoff submitters?
---
LIV's L-E "soundoff": " If the school board thinks it’s appropriate to
have taxpayer-funded private meals, then maybe they could do the same for the
bus drivers who haven’t had a raise in many years." -- Good grief.. I suggest we
eliminate free meals for board members, and paid drivers to get kids to school.
Let the board members feed themselves and parents get involved in their
children's school needs.
