Online headline/story: "Clinton says family paid State Dept employee for
email work * "We obviously paid for those services and did so because during a
period of time we continued to need his technical assistance," the Democratic
front-runner told reporters after a campaign event. * that employee, Bryan
Pagliano, told a House committee that he would invoke his constitutional right
against self-incrimination if called to testify." -- Hmmm.. where to begin - 1
- "obviously we paid for those services"? Why would Porkchop HILLary pay a
state department employee separately... additionally.. for work? Obviously
Porkchop HILLary and Pagliano knew what they were doing was not authorized
procedure. 2 - "he would invoke his constitutional right against
self-incrimination "? Obviously Pagliano knew what he was being paid to do was
illegal... since he "obviously" knew this and is concerned with his own legal
problems, what the House and/or Senate investigative committees should do is
grant him immunity from prosecution of his crimes so he has no 5th Amendment
concerns and would have to testify or go to jail for obstruction of justice if
he didn't testify.

(AP) — Last month, the Ohio Supreme Court's Board of Professional Conduct said judges can't refuse to marry same-sex couples on personal, moral or religious grounds. * Judges who stop performing all marriages to avoid marrying same-sex couples may be interpreted as biased and could be disqualified from any case where sexual orientation is an issue, the Ohio board ruled. * Marion County Judge Vance Day is being investigated by a judicial fitness commission in part over his refusal to perform same-sex marriages on religious grounds, a spokesman for the judge said. * When a federal court ruling in May 2014 made same-sex marriage legal in Oregon, Day instructed his staff to refer same-sex couples looking to marry to other judges, spokesman Patrick Korten said Friday." -- Good grief.. how can one judge.. even a panel of judges.. strip another judge's right to live under protection of the 1st Amendment of our Constitution? The judge in question did not deny a same-sex couple the ability to get married, he simply ,and faithful to his religious beliefs, referred them to other judges who didn't object to their religious rights being trampled.

L-E editorial crap: " There are no negatives in the improved SAT scores for Muscogee County schools, as well as across the state of Georgia. The news that both Georgia and Muscogee high schools edged closer to the national average is especially encouraging given that much of the narrowing gap is attributable to improvement at the local and state levels, and not just to a sag in national averages. (It is also statistically significant that such a high percentage of Georgia students take the SAT relative to other states.) * As recently reported, seven of nine Muscogee County School District high schools saw increases in composite SAT scores, and the two schools whose scores dropped saw only single-digit decreases. The surge in some of the schools was pretty dramatic, especially a 69-point increase at Spencer, 60 at Jordan and 59 at Early College." -- "seven of nine Muscogee County School District high schools saw increases in composite SAT scores"? When UGA offered to stop yesterday's game with 1+/- minutes left after a
lightning delay, there really wasn't so much mercy involved as you'd think.
Reality is that the game was about to be shut down on TV as another was about to
start, and UGA would get no more revenue for playing the game in it's entirety.
Sadly, some reserves for UGA lost an opportunity to play more and get
experience.

This guy has never, and I don't use the word loosely, penned a conservative
cartoon in his career. This is BS if he ever agreed with Trump on anything
conservative. Now if he thought Trump was "OK" because he invited Porkchop
HILLary to his wedding..
