Online headline/story: "Pope elevates controversial figure to sainthood * The pope's apology did little to quiet those who oppose the canonization. Serra's critics say he was carrying out a Vatican policy by treating indigenous people as inferior." -- Poop Francis strikes again.. Who's next..King George of England.. he had a track record of treating indigenous  people in all of the colonies (America, India et al) so well, too... or Muhammad...or go for the gold,  how about Hitler.. he had a policy as well if you weren't Aryan?

---
Online headline: "Obama declares disaster in Calif." -- Oooops, my bad, I thought Obamageddon was finally admitting his immigration policy stinks.

---
Online story: "Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton unveiled a plan on Wednesday to lower out-of-pocket health costs, including expanded coverage of sick visits to the doctor and tax credits for those with substantial medical bills." -- "to lower out-of-pocket health costs"?  "tax CREDITS"? Why not announce she wants "free healthcare" for everyone who will vote for her, Under her "plan", hospitals and doctors would have to be "free clinics" to everyone except working those in the medical field and successful business people and investors.

----
Of all the pictures Porkchop HILLsbury DOUGHgirl has posed for, none are as cryptic... prophetic.. as this one.. in her shadow is Sesame Streets' Robo-Crook... smiling..

To "Black Lives Matter": If you can organize this many people to protest, why can't you organize them to clean up the community and criminal elements causing the problem?

---
Truly "get's it" L-E "soundoff": " People who want to destroy flags, monuments and carvings because of the culture they represent are no different from Middle Eastern people who are destroying priceless, irreplaceable historical artifacts because of the religion they represent." -- And have you noted the similarities of the "Black Lives Matter" flag and the flag of ISIS?

---
Online headline: "New law says flyers must bring passport, not driver's license, to airport" -- Of particular interest is New York and Minnesota.. where NO document, NO ID is required to vote. You know, if a passenger on a domestic-to-domestic flight is required to have a government issued passport for ID, why is requiring a voter photo-ID a hardship? Oh, you know, I remember being required to have a driver's license when I applied for a passport.

Online story: "Remington, one of the world’s largest gun manufacturers, will on Monday join Gov. Robert Bentley (R) to announce they are bringing over 2,000 jobs to Alabama. * Most of the jobs will be relocated from their Ilion, NY plant * Remington first began considering new locations after the New York legislature passed the Secure Ammunition and Firearms Enforcement (SAFE) Act * A month ago Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D-NY) said “extreme conservatives” who are “right-to-life, pro-assault-weapon, anti-gay,” have “no place in the state of New York.”" -- Where is the DOJ? Where is the US Supreme Court? How can a state's Chief Executive declare itself exempt from the Constitution and laws of this country?

---
Hmmm... I wonder if New York is going to require visitors on incoming domestic flights to show a passport  and go through customs for luggage check for guns that are leagal in the other 49 states and possession authorized by our Constitution?

---
Online headline: "Michelle Obama stuns in blue for the pope's visit * The first lady wore a dress by Venezuelan-American designer Carolina Herrera to meet His Holiness, who hails from Argentina." -- "Venezuelan-American designer"? Good grief.. Does that mean we can expect a mass switch for African-Americans to become Kenyan-Americans, Egyptian-Americans, Ethiopian-Americans.. Oh, and how about countries that have changed  theie names and their country of origin isn't even a country anymore. Either you are an American or not!

---
Online story: "An Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) official flew nearly every weekend from his office in San Francisco to his home in southern California, amassing $69,000 in “excessive trips,” according to the Office of Inspector General (OIG)." -- $69K... forget the $69K.. just how many "carbon credits" did he buy from Algore with tax dollars?

---
Johnson & Johnson is not having a good week..It was exposed as an advertiser for "The View", and now as a supporter for Al Sharlatan.. Hmmm.. Johnson & Johnson don't make enough Band-Aids to patch up these scars.

---
L-E headline/story: "Bids to take over aquatic center coming in higher than amount budgeted * The first bids from vendors interested in taking over the Columbus Aquatic Center have come in higher than the $655,800 that the city was paying the previous vendor, Parks and Recreation Director James Worsley said this week." -- Good grief.. there's just so much wrong here.. First. why wasn't an operating budget assembled before the first dirt was excavated it see if it was an affordable expense worth paying for? Secondly, why can't a budget be materialized with existing City employees that is lower than outside contractors' bids?  Surely, outside contractors are incorporating a nice margin to pay themselves handsomely and provide healthcare as well?

---
L-E story: "Starting this morning, we’ve enhanced the Ledger-Enquirer e-Edition, the electronic replica of the print newspaper. *   If you’ve got it bookmarked, you’ll need to bookmark the URL again this morning. But don’t worry — if you’re a digital subscriber, your log-in credentials should remain the same." -- Good grief.. since it is a website based application, how come existing subscribers were not informed "electronically" (e-mail) ahead of time, rather than reading about it on the front page of the print edition?

---
Jonathan Gruber stupid LIV's L-E "soundoff": "Colorado now generates more annual tax revenue from marijuana sales than from alcohol sales. Politicians, why not Georgia?" -- Good grief.. a simpleton at best.. "why not Georgia"? How about the liquor and beer distributors would keep it at bay...

Have you noticed how much squealing Democrats do when an American stands up for values on moral issues? Guess there are too many Democrats that lipstick does disguise their appearance. Oink, Oink!
