Online story: "A 19-year-old suburban Denver woman who tried to go to Syria
to help Islamic State militants was sentenced to four years in prison Friday,
even as she tearfully told a judge that she never wanted to hurt anyone and has
disavowed jihad." -- Hmmm... how about sending her to Syria, along a "wanted
flyer" about her denial of jihadist commitment plastered on billboards.

Online headline/story: "A Scorsese Documentary on Bill Clinton Is Stalled *
Mr. Scorsese’s partly finished documentary about Mr. Clinton — which once seemed
likely to be released as Hillary Rodham Clinton was navigating a presidential
run — has stalled over disagreements about control * Mr. Clinton insisted on
more control over the interview questions and final version than Mr. Scorsese
was willing to give," -- Good grief.. why should Clinton care about what
questions he is asked.. he'll either lie or dodge them all together.
---
HuffPOOPOO headline: "Michael Bloomberg Reportedly Still Interested In
Purchasing The New York Times" -- Hmmm.. Carlos Slim is the largest shareholder,
and now Bloomberg wants the rest. What will the 99-percenters say when the upper
1% of the 1-percent is in control of the 99-percenters' "bible"?
---
Online headline: "NFL power rankings: 30 most dominant teams all-time" --
Stop.. don't bother to think about it, much less actually hope for the Falcons
to have a spot.. they don't
---
Online headline: "YouTube star GloZell Green sat down for a chat with
President Obama on Thursday, and she accidently called his wife something she is
not." -- Ooops. my bad.. I figured she asked if she wore boxers or
briefs...

Online story: "A Muslim woman filed a lawsuit Thursday accusing Dearborn
Heights police of violating her constitutional rights by making her remove her
Islamic headscarf after they arrested her for driving on a suspended license. *
The lawsuit asks for Dearborn Heights to "modify its current policy" so that
Muslim women can wear Islamic headscarves during booking procedures. * Kazan
objected, saying her Islamic faith required her to cover her hair and neck in
the presence of men who are not part of her immediate family, the lawsuit said"
-- Good grief.. it's American police protocol to remove headcoverings/scarves to
take mugshots, and any long clothing items that a prisoner could use to endanger
themselves while in a cell. Sentence her to a one way ticket to Syria.

A friend of mine passed on the astute words of a friend of his concerning
multi-tasking vs focus.. he said, "You can't chase two rabbits".. The
Congressional Republicans should remember this.. for that matter, the MCSD Board
should also..
---
LIV's L-E "soundoff": "Muscogee County citizens might more readily go along
with Myers and Thomas if they would just once give a reason or two why they are
so adamant about having a top-to-bottom audit." -- Good grief.. hasn't this
Jponathan Gruberesque commenter been reading about the $30,000,000.00
"accounting error" at St Francis?
---
L-E story: " Bowing to privacy concerns, the Obama administration reversed
itself Friday, scaling back the release of consumers’ personal information from
the government’s health insurance website to private companies with a commercial
interest in the data." -- Good grief.. and we were concerned about leaks in the
NSA while Obamageddon was actually selling the info he swore to keep
private!
---
L-E headline: "Army: Fort Hood lacked system to ID threat of ’14 rampage"
-- Yeah.. military personnel carrying guns (other than a solo jihadist), and
don't forget.. theis was caused by a Bill Clinton Executive Order.
---
L-E headline: "Obama heading to India, hoping to improve ties" -- Oooops,
my bad.. I thought Michelle apparently has bad taste in her daily TIE selection
for Obamageddon..
---
Side note.. why would India believe anything Obamageddon says/suggests?
Honesty is of importance in India.

Does anybody other than the staff at the Ledger-Enquirer read the retro
"Doonesbury" strip on the editorial page.. I guess it's a liberal thing.. to
retry the same garbage in hopes "the right person" will make it work. Hmmm, this
is probably the foundation of the definition of "insanity" .. doing the same
thing over and over expecting a different result.
---
L-E story: " A loaded .45-caliber pistol was found near a fence at E.J.
Knight Apartments on Thursday, Columbus police said.* A check of the weapon
revealed that it wasn’t stolen. Police seized the gun and took it to the Public
Safety Center." -- "wasn't stolen"? Maybe..more than likely, just hasn't been
reported stolen... yet..
