He was scheduled to die in 2009, but a last minute "stay" to exam DNA further was issued. The exam did not clear him. He's still breathing and costing taxpayers 5 years later. Enough's enough.

No wonder our deficits are so high." -- The Fed tax rate on gasoline is $0.184 per gallon; states get from $0.124 to $0.609 per gallon on top of that. The Fed, and every state government make more per gallon than the big oil companies. Big oil cannot help if gasoline purchases are lessening. Increased political pressure on car manufacturers to build cars with better MPG, inflation/devalued dollars, unrest in the middle-east, and the reluctance of liberal politicians to allow infrastructure growth have negatively affected consumers comfort in buying/using gasoline . Combined with Atlas Shrugged's emphasis on vehicles that use minimum or no gasoline, gasoline sales are tough. It doesn't matter that manufacturers are making gasoline motors that produce minimum exhaust, even in high output motors, our liberal wing of politics is not happy.. ....mainly not happy internal combustion motors still exist. Hmmm, then what will happen to gasoline revenues when liberals succeed in their wish?
