Online headline: "Egypt presents proposal to end war in Gaza" -- Good grief... Israel has made the only proposal that counts.. "leave us alone, and we'll leave you alone". Of course, if Egypt wants to make a proposal that works, it could broker a swap with Mexico to swap Sgt. Tahmooressi for Obamageddon, Pelosi, Reid, Rangel, and the Clintons.

HuffPost headline: "David Axelrod Hits Hillary Clinton Over Foreign Policy Dig" -- Democratic Party strategists define "loyalty" a little differently than honest people... Axelrod was the Clintons' advisor when they put food in his mouth.. now Obamageddon feeds him. It also explains the Democratic Party campaign strategy.... feed the supporters appetizers and promise the main entry will be served soon, but serve Kool-Aid to drink until then

Online headline/story: "Ruling made on teen accused of killing teacher * Lawyers for 15-year-old Philip Chism said trying him as an adult would violate his right to due process. * Philip C*****, who is now 15, is charged with robbery, rape and murder in the attack on Colleen Ritzer, 24, at Danvers High School in October 2013. At the time, he was a 14-year-old freshman who had recently moved from Tennessee.
C*****'s attorney, Denise Reg(_*_)n, argued in court Tuesday that the state's youthful offender law, which requires minors 14 years of age and over charged with murder be automatically tried as adults, violates her client's constitutional rights of "equal protection, due process, fundamental fairness and freedom from cruel or unusual punishment." -- "Violates her client's constitutional rights"? The (_*_) violated the Constittutional Rights of his victim to "life. liberty and pursuit of happiness". Maybe the lawyer needs a few of her rights "violated" so she knows what "violation" is.

HuffPost headline: "Clinton looking to hug it out with Obama" -- Thinking about this, it could really work for America.. two "climate changers" holding on to each other could produce either enough "cold" to permanently freeze them together, or enough heat to turn them into charcoal. Now this would be a reality show I would watch.
---
HuffPost headline: "Obama Makes First Public Comments On Fatal Shooting Of Michael Brown" -- Wait a minute... Good grief... Obamageddon is commenting on some still not clear street interaction in Missouri, but says he doesn't have a clue about what's going in Gaza or the Mexican border, or where Sgt Tahmooressi is?
---
HuffPost "headlie": "Texas Abortion Law Could Send Women Across Borders" -- Good grief... the article is about going to a town 15 miles away in another STATE, not crossing the border into Mexico.
---
Online headline: "White House policies pushing voters to Republican Party?" -- Well this actually is happening, but, unfortunately, the like of Graham, McCain, are pushing against the door .
---
From the "good news, bad news" department - WRBL 3 headline/story: (The "good news":) "Three Muscogee County School District schools listed in 2013 on Georgia's list of "alert schools" worth monitoring because of low assessment scores and other measurements are no longer on the list, according to Georgia Department of Education spokesperson Matt Cardoza. (The "bad news":) Baker Middle School, Eddy Middle School and Forrest Road Elementary School were on the list in 2013 but Eddy and Forrest dropped off the list because of a change in the 2014 classification standards. Baker was closed." -- Hmmm, the other possibility was that the MCSD schools improved by scores that didn't drop as much as the rest of the state's schools.
---
WTVM9 story: "The latest figures show that underage pregnancy has fallen from 5% to 3% in Muscogee County over the last six years, which is slightly above the Georgia average of 2%." -- Hmmm definite proof that while figures don't lie, liars figure a lot. Liberals say 3% is "slightly above" 2%. Realists know that 3% is 50% higher than 2%.
---
Online story: "The Environmental Protection Agency needs to do a better job explaining and disclosing the data it uses to determine the costs of proposed regulations, particularly those regarding climate change, according to a Government Accountability Office report released Monday. * While the agency adhered to many of the guidelines outlined by the White House Office of Management and Budget when describing the economic effects of proposed rules and potential alternatives, the report said the information EPA used was "not always clear." -- Hmmm, "not always clear",, or as Alfred Lord Tennyson put it, ""A lie which is half a truth is ever the blackest of lies." And don't you believe it is not the intention of liberls to spread these "blackest of lies" to get their Machiavellian results.
---
Online headline/story: "Liberal mayors slam economy under Obama in new report * Wages in a wide swath of new U.S. city jobs are down 23 percent from the jobs that were lost when the housing bubble burst in 2008, according to a report by President Barack Obama’s political allies. * That’s a damaging claim by Obama’s friends, as he claims on the 2014 campaign trail that he has led the economy to recovery * The report was produced for the U.S. Conference of Mayors, which largely echoes the priorities of Democratic urban mayors, and is led by an Obama ally, Sacramento Mayor Kevin Johnson. It was unveiled at a New York event hosted by the city’s far-left mayor, Bill DeBlasio." -- Don't you love it when liberals eat their own when they can no longer avoid reality? The liberal mayors have pretty much called Obamagedden a "liar", which he is, but that's tough for liberals to utter because they voted for Obamagedden's "promises", and will vote based on the next Democratic Party candidate lies.
---
Online story: "A White House official on Tuesday defended President Obama’s Syria policy as “deliberate” in response to recent remarks by former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, who said in an interview the “failure” to arm the country’s rebels left a “vacuum” for terrorists to fill." -- Good grief.. "failure to arm the country's rebels"? You know, we are seeing the live results of turning over weapons and equipment to untrained Iraqis and how ISIS has commandeered them for their own use. Liberals just do not have a clue about terrorists making political promises to "do good" if liberals will give them power.. but doesn't that reflect why liberal entitlement programs are in such shape as they are?
---
Online headline: "Maryland assault weapons ban upheld in federal court" -- Good grief.. true assault weapons are already banned unless you have been granted an opportunity to buy a tax stamp/license to own one. What the lower court fed judge has done is to call look alikes "assault weapons" and the US Supreme Court will disagree with her....at much expense to other taxpayers.
---
Online story: The showdown over whether the state can single out Fulton County to limit its ability to raise taxes will now be settled in the courts. * The Fulton Commission adopted Aug. 6 a general fund millage rate of 11.781 mills, a 17 percent increase for property owners. The vote was 4-3 with Commissioners Liz Hausmann, Joan Garner and Robb Pitts dissenting." -- Good grief.. now you know why the tax freeze in Columbus has been such a Godsend. the MCSD hits us at 23.37 mills, and the City hits most of us for an additional 17.09 mills. Maybe we ought to be paying close attention, and see if we can countersue for a rollback!
---
Online headline: "Republicans begin $2.5 million TV assault on Michelle Nunn" -- Hey, it was Michelle's and the Democratic Party strategists that let their evaluation leak out.. Republicans are just wanting Georgians to know her as she sees herself.
---
Passed along by a fellow BCer - There's a survey posted concerning deflation as an the economic toll on prostitution. Am not going into real details but one item caught my eye.. the highest rate for 2-women was $355 per woman, and 2 -men garner $358 per man. Where are the libs shouting for inequality in pay! Sorry if this was intrusive, but it is funny.

From the "think I'll amend my Christmas Shopping plans" department - Online story: "the managers of a (Dublin Mall) mall in Dublin, Georgia are facing immense criticism after telling a group of shoppers that they were not allowed to pray inside of the mall. * Allegedly, the group was eating lunch in the food court, when they stopped to say grace. Suddenly, they were approached by a security guard who told them about the no-prayer policy. According to mall managers, “congregating, soliciting, and disturbances” are not tolerated in the area. * However, the group claims that they were simply praying before their meal." -- Hmmm, I guess buying a Christmas present would be heresy and punishable at Dublin Mall. You are forewarned.
---
Cut backs on 10,500 +/- jobs at Ft Benning don't appear to be motivating many protests from Columbus. Could it be that the Government & Democrat politicians are pleased that more people will need welfare, or is it that conservative civilian workers are too busy trying to make ends meet and paying for entitlement programs that they haven't been able to sit down quietly and write?

LIV's L-E "soundoff": "Tell the Texas parents of the 7-year-old who shot the 8-year-old in the face that having guns is a good idea." -- Typical lib assessment.. leave out pertinent facts that don't support his/er assertions. Truth is that, according to Texas City, TX sources, that the mother left the two boys alone/unattended in the apartment, and the 8 year old is "not in a life-threatening situation". You can surmise that neither boy was given proper gun training . Onnthe other hand, boys that age get sex ed at school.
---
LIV's L-E "soundoff": "We may never see peace in our lifetimes. Warmongering conservatives and their radical Islamic counterparts will see to that. And of course there are lunatic countries like North Korea to worry about." -- Good grief, now libs are equating conservatives with radical Islamist's. How about explaining Islamist terrorist affinity for attacking weaker, not stronger governments. Even 9.11.01 was set up because of our military being downsized by Clinton and being ill-prepared for an immediate response.
---
LIV's L-E "soundoff": "We might as well kiss tourism goodbye in Georgia, now that every moron on the street is “packing heat.” I wish we had Matt Dillon in Columbus." -- Well, the morons are the people who feel criminals would obey the current gun carry laws if another one was passed to go along with the gun carry laws that already make it illegal for criminals to own, much less carry, "heat".
---
Another LIV's L-E "soundoff" - my guess is that Sunday's "supermoon" has brought the liberal loonies out in force: " This question is for right-wing Christians: In the Bible, God gave dominion of the earth to man. Doesn’t that mean good stewardship and responsibility for the earth?" -- And God reserves judgement for himself, not self-appointed wackos.
---
L-E headline: "OFFICIAL: ACTOR ROBIN WILLIAMS HANGED HIMSELF WITH A BELT" --Wasn't going to mention Robin Williams' death, but I want to know why liberals seem to wallow in the macabre situations of celebrity deaths. Even our liberal L-E had it on the front page/above the fold yesterday.
